I will give you 5 stars if you can fix my two frustrations in my first time there. 1. Extremely; I will say extremely hot 🥵 heating; besides I was sweating in a winter outside temperature; I was also wondering how fast food will deteriorate in such conditions. 2. Because it was my first time in a brand new store ; was very difficult to find team members ; took me 1hr to find my normal groceries that in my old store wil be maybe 15 minutes . It’s all.
Meh. Expensive, moderate quality, occasionally better produce variety than nearby Smith's. Have to jump through hoops to join their loyalty program (with no gas incentive like Smith's/Harmon's). Would have much preferred any other grocery option in this location. Alas. A more-expensive Kroger-clone.

I was loving this store when it first opened, but lately the pharmacy section keeps having food residue in the bins or splashed across the boxes. And that's probably mostly from a messy customer, but it is kinda gross, especially when you're trying to buy toothpaste or lotion
I want to love this Maceys. It’s conveniently located next to liquor store and Home Depot. The staff is super friendly, the store is pretty clean, but unfortunately that’s the end of the good. Prices are sometimes double what they are at the smiths across the street, and lately I’ve had the same repeat issue. Most recent issue is I purchased shishito peppers and rocket apples. Both seemed fine in appearance, got home and opened bags and each had fuzzy moldy centers. I noticed a lot of product and meat was towards the end of shelf life when I go to maceys, to the point I don’t actively purchase it even if I need it. It seems the worst of the issue is packaged perishables. I’m quickly losing faith in this store, they need staff dedicated to checking perishables because I’ve lost money on purchasing rotten produce.
Customer service and the cleanliness level at this Macy's is over the top, they made it really easy to shop. Everything was forward-faced and looked full. They had all the prices in the right locations with the right pricing. (I wasn't paying as good attention as I should have been). They are definitely hiring some very Hard-Working and kind-hearted people. SHOUT OUT TO KIMBERLY! I had a pretty bad day and was out shopping for the necessities to get me until payday and when I went up to the register I didn't have enough $$$ (how embarrassing) and a wonderful cashier named Kimberly helped to purchase items I was going to have to put back. She was an extremely kind lady who deserves some recognition for her kind deed. Thank you Kim
Great New Store. Love the clean fresh look. Super clean and well stocked. Friendly staff members to help you out. Love the Huge Kong Kone. They also have a fresh bread maker, that makes bread while you wait. Delicious! And it is as cheap as the breads on the shelfs.
Little Cottonwood Macey's Market Place has opened. It is clean, and has a fresh new vibe. In the food court area they've provided usb ports, and plugs on the table top bars to charge your devices while you enjoy ice cream or sushi from their sushi bar. This store is a great clean place. It has more options to offer than the regular macey stores.
Nice assortment and selections of groceries and vegetables. The best one around. Apparently not all Maceys are the same grade.

Very clean and well laidout store. Great selection of read to eat food, fresh baked bread, and tremendous sushi options. The sushi chef is willing to make your special request as well. Ample free parking easy access from 9400 south as well as Highland Dr. Be sure to enroll in Maceys rewards program for additional savings.
clean store. the prices reflect the atmosphere. its a little more then the shabby Smiths across the street.

I would love to give this place five stars, but I have to give them 1 because their produce, the most egregious offender being the garlic means I always have to go to harmons anyway, so unless I don t need produce I just go to harmons even though it s three times the distance so I can get decent produce.

So clean and great service, just a little understaffed at the soft serve ice cream counter, so a little bit of a wait.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that the ice cream cone sizes are not consistent and it depends which employee is working for how much ice cream you get. I have gotten the largest size twice before and one time there was a generous amount, more then I was expecting and another time there was so little I thought it was the size below.

Terrible grocery store .a step down from Smith s even. Could have been a great location for a flagship store, instead it s just a generic and low quality market. Over priced mediocrity.

New Maceys is very clean and great Customer Service. to go Sushi is there and Tempura rolls are available.
Hate to say it, actually dont mind but, wish it was a Winco built here. Another flop like fresh market is my projection. Maceys nor Smiths across the street seem to not be able to compete with Winco prices.
Love the Kong cones and the cool bread machine! Its become the new hangout for the teens and tweens of the neighborhood!
Love this new market! Great variety and prices
I was waiting in line to get ice cream and the girl MacKenzie not only stormed off but also was rude with her coworker and I was waiting way too long for cones. Shes also been rude with me, snobbish even, when I was buying deli meats. I dont want to come in when she is working so I can avoid her attitude.

A cashier named Suzy P just came out into the parking lot on a cold night to tell me I left something behind. Very nice to do that. Great store!

The staff are incredibly rude. They are very unhappy and would prefer if you didn t ask you to help,unlike smiths right across the street.
Went here cause needed a couple things late at night and stupid wal marts line was a half hour long. The place was a ghost town. But they still had more employees than walmart did.
Rarely a line at check out, great meat department with butchers ready to give you the cuts you need. Good variety of already prepared cold and hot foods in their deli.

Not a bad Grocery Store. Clean and well stocked. Friendly employees but the store needs help! Half of the time I forget its even there. Its not good or bad its just Bland and forgetful. In my opinion, something needs to change if they want to survive or create any type of competition. Write a song maybe that might help. Best of Luck

I love this store, their customer service is top notch in the morning & afternoons when I shop. If you cant find something just ask an associate & they will locate it for you, if they happen to be out of it they will make sure to order it right then for their next truck in a few days & if its an ad sale item that is going to change before you receive the product they will give you a raincheck! They also unlike Smiths expect VISA credit cards!

Unfortunately yesterday was Fresh Markets last day open. It was an a wonderful place to shop and work. I remember watching the store being built and have been a loyal customer from the beginning. I was only able to work there for the last 9 months but it was by far one of my favorite jobs bc of all of the amazing people that worked there and our delightful customers. So many people will be sorely missed. Hopefully the building doesnt sit vacant for as long as Blockbuster Video did. Lets hope something worthwhile goes in next.

Very clean and well-organized store. I was looking for a snack and they had some healthy options as promotional items right at the front of the store. I also used the restroom and it was clean and pleasant. Parking lot was large and easy entry/exit.
Really not a fan of the product layout here. Prices are slightly competitive with Harmons but not near the selection. Not my first choice for grocery shopping but you can get most of what you need.

Great customer service and the ability to come and go quickly. Lines are short and you can also check out on your own. They have a great selection of products and Ive always found what Ive needed without any problem. Everything is set up in a logical way so you can find things quickly.
Ducked in to get flowers hoping they would be better than what I found across the street. They were and cheeper. Store isnt the best looking but his price for quality.

This store has the greatest energy of any store I have ever been in. People are nice and I always find what Im looking for. The setup of the store makes you just glide through the aisles. And Fresh Market has the best French Bread ever, great flavor.

How do Associated Food stores and pharmacies stay in business? Pharmacy, GM, and grocery are overpriced. The are old junky stores that think they can charge like a gourmet Harmon s!

This place has nice wide aisles, good selection, and prices on par with Smiths. Most pleasant place to shop in the area. Staff are also super friendly.
First time going to one of these. I loved that in the chip aisle they had all sizes of bags, and though I didnt look around too much the store was massive and reasonably priced. Ill be returning soon.

Theyre an underdog competing with Smiths but this stores management is so so lacking. There are way too many items on their shelves that are near or even over their expiration date. Produce is mediocre to good at best and they seem to have lost too many customers. On the bright side its never crowded here.

Nice A Fresh Market, clean and well organized. The bakery has these wonderful French bread hamburger buns my kids love. The only problem we have had, is the last few times we have picked up Ice Cream Novelty they have been stale with ice crystals.
This place is a pretty lower prices grocery store got lots of selections and sales always running! I would recommend shopping here if you need groceries and are trying to save money!! Definitely great place for shopping and many things to choose from with friendly and polite staff :)
Its a grocery store... They usually have what I need and I know where things are located so I shop here a lot. Its organized better than Smiths but they have less stuff and less selection. The produce doesnt seem as fresh as it used to be and weve had a couple of moldy berry issues but I think their meat quality is better than the competition.
Fresh Market has been a great grocery store as long as I have been in the area. They have good selection and great prices.
Went in for a few quick items. I was pleased to see that the produce was fresh. Prices were good and sales well marked. I ended up buying more than I had planned due to advertisements and a clean well organized store.

What an awesome store!
Bad store in so many ways... Frequently the food on the shelves is past its best by date. I have purchased items that have been as much as 1 year past their best by date and have had to take them back just to discover all of the items were just as old. They charge far more than Smiths on the same products. At Smiths Tyson chicken strips are frequently in the 6-7$ range while at Fresh Market they are generally 9-10$. I now always check the expiration dates and best by dates because they are too frequently passed that I dont trust any of their stock. Also, it frequently appears as though their merchandise is damaged and has come from a damaged merchandise salvage of some sort. Cans are bent, boxes squashed, yogurt containers bent and covered with yogurt. The Pharmacy is a disaster. If you need a quick prescription filled this place will take 40 minutes filling a 20 pill order that you can literally buy off the shelf (half strength). This store is frequently out of products and seems to often stop carrying products that are popular. Almost as though they dont like to have to keep restocking when they can just let the unpopular items go bad on the shelves. This store has a few good points, but so many negatives that if you are not familiar with it, you would be better served going to one of the nearby Smiths.

Good store. I would say the location isnt as convenient as the Smiths across the street. Also, price wise Smiths has this place beat. Cant speak to quality or variety of what they offer. Seems to have everything that I have ever looked for and without quality concerns. They do have updated NFC terminals for payment.
