I was very impressed by the service. From the salesman to the techs who came to the house to spray. They took time to sweep away the spider webs. That was great! Never had that done before. We appreciate Dylan Hutchisons checking our garage and traps for inside pests and spraying for major pest hotspots. Were glad he found no new mouse or pest activity around the house and put fresh bait in both bait boxes. We like that his standard pest mitigation services include treating all trim, foundations and entryways.

I have always been pleased with Croach Pest Control. They let me know days in advance when they have me scheduled so if i need to change i can, they also text me before they get to my house, knock on the door to see if i have any questions, concerns or problem areas they will let me know when they have finished and always leave gates shut after. This is the one time they didnt do anything. The only reason i was aware SOMEONE was on my property was bc they were on the phone during the entire service talking extremely loud that it woke me up.

Very pleased with the work theyve done and professional interactions. Our main concern was rodents and we have not noticed any activity shortly after starting, and the add-on insect control was a bonus. I was expecting a bit more comprehensive rodent control and evaluation inside of the house, but their services seem to have done the job so far with their outdoor box placements which are similar to the ones used around commercial buildings.

Chanen, the technician, knocked on our door and asked if we had any concerns or problems since the last application. I told him that Ive seen an increase in wasps and we found ants in the back bedroom coming from the sliding glass door. He made all the applications and then came to ask where I saw the wasps because the high wind was evidently keeping them down. I went with him to show him. We found a bird nest in one of the bushes so we decided not to put any insecticide in that area till the next application time. He treated the inside of the garage and replaced all the ant traps. He did everything I would have done.

I continued to have problems with spiders. I finished my contract (1 year) and when I told them I was canceling their service, I was treated like I wasn t very bright. The account manager talked over me and tried to pacify me when all I wanted to do was cancel my service. Never again. I have used other companies and will be going back to them.

Jeffrey was very very good. He found a few bees nest that we had no idea. Very quick. Very kind.

Explained everything to me and showed me exactly what he did and where all the extra things were done. Also explained to call him if any extras needed to be done before the next spray.

Absolutely love Braden. Hes friendly and does a very good job. He listened to my concerns and has taken care of my problems. Braden is the only tech I want sent to my home.

Jeffery was extremely professional and polite. He was fast as well as efficient. We apologized for the mess since were doing a small remodel and havent had the time to clean. He made us feel at ease and never judged us. This was greatly appreciated since the last few times we havent let a croach employee in because we feel bad when our house is a mess and they have to walk around. A year ago I helped my grandma with taking a storage unit off her hands and our house was filled with boxes. But now that it is manageable and bugs were getting bad inside I couldnt use it as an excuse not to allow Croach Pest Control in. I am glad I did. I got an amazing service, no more bugs, and now Im not scared to let a croach employee in (even if my house is not cleaned up to my standards). Thank you Jeffery for amazing service!
