I love Kibbles & Cuts. Theyre are great with my little dogs. I get there nails cut here. I drive 30 minutes. Every time I come in the staff greet me, get us in and out. They take care of the need of both my dogs and are so kind to them. We have been through three different places before we found Kibbles & Cuts. Its a comfort knowing I have somewhere to take my dogs to get there nails trimmed.

I recently took my two cats, Mochi and Froggy, to Kibbles and Cuts, and I couldnt be happier with the experience! The staff was incredibly attentive and gentle with both of my cats, making sure they felt comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire grooming session. Mochi, who can be quite shy, was treated with extra care and patience. Froggy, on the other hand, has a lot of energy, and the groomers knew exactly how to handle his playful nature. Both of my cats came out looking clean, well-groomed, and happy. The groomers at Kibbles and Cuts are true professionals who clearly love what they do. I highly recommend Kibbles and Cuts to anyone looking for top-notch grooming services for their feline friends. Mochi and Froggy give them a big paws up!

This was a frustrating experience. I was excited to try them, even though they were a little bit more pricey than other places I have tried. I gave very specific instruction on what I wanted with my pup. I was unable to pick him up and had my mom pick him up for me so when I got home later that day I saw that none of my instructions were really followed. I knew that that would probably be the case as I have had the same experience at other places. Typically I can take him back in and they ll fix it. I have called several times and it s almost as though they have my number blocked. Of course, the first time I called to schedule the appointment they picked up right away. Not sure what that s all about. I have not been able to get a hold of them and definitely not satisfied with the $92 I spent for a haircut for a 12 pound dog way over priced and bad customer service. Too bad. I do not recommend this place.

This place has gone downhill. I paid $100 for terrible service where the groomer completely ignored my instructions. When I complained, the owner, Jeremy, had the nerve to say, Id love to chat and give you some feedback. Does he seriously think he can tell me how to ask for my dogs grooming? Some groomers here are poorly trained, and the quality has become unacceptable. Ive seen uneven cuts and missed spots. One visit might be okay, but the next is a disaster. Dont waste your time or money here. Jeremy, the owner, will likely respond to this review with a familiar excuse, much like he has done with previous negative feedback.

Great service with friendly employees I had Ashlyn groom my Shih Tzu, he turned out amazing and happy! I will be back and will be requesting Ashlyn for my little buddys next grooming. Definitely deserve the 5 stars.

These guys did a great job with my little guy Axle, hes a bit of a drama queen when trimming his nails. So Im glad they were able to get them done as good as they did and he looks and smells great!

Jasmine is an incredible groomer! We have such difficulty finding a groomer that can do the cut on our Shihpoo for some reason, but she immediately knew what we wanted and delivered! She really took our dog from a sad old dog to an adorable puppy again! Most importantly, she is so gentle and kind with our baby and that matters the most to us! Highly recommend her as a groomer and she should definitely get a raise because a good groomer is worth their weight in gold!

Follow up! Absolutely ridiculous owner! Here s what happened. I googled dog groomers and kibbles and cuts came up in Draper. I tapped on the call link and scheduled an appointment. When I showed up today they said it was for the Sandy location. I didn t even know they had multiple locations. I left a honest review and moments later the owner called me. Normally I would appreciate this but all he wanted to do is argue and then proceeded to harass me with texts after I hung up on him in frustration. They wanted to keep my dog all day in the chance that they could fit her in. She is 4 pounds so obviously I m pretty protective of her and not knowing the facility and the people that was just not an option. That explanation was not good enough for him as if I owed him a chance to groom my dog. Now normally this wouldn t be worth my time to do this review but after the phone call and the texts I have to let people know who they re dealing with. Even if it was my mistake this guy was so rude I wouldn t ever think about returning to this establishment.

We walked into the place to check it out. Once inside, there was a lady and her dog. Her dog was a little aggressive and growling with hair on ends. The woman with the dog said her dog never acts that way. The lady at the Register made a comment, maybe its the people. Like we are riff raff. We had done nothing wrong other than go into a place that we would like to bring our dog. And now we wont. Update. We would have been a paying customer. But part of being in business is customers service not just grooming. Your customer service is abysmal from your cashier to the person responding to the reviews. You could do so much better.

Worst grooming our dogs have experienced. Our two maltipoos were given back to us with injuries, Carl got his dew paw ripped and Milo got a cut in his belly. They acted like it wasnt a big deal and we were stupid enough to pay for the services. Dont take your dogs! Update: The manager Mary was very understanding of the situation and they are covering to costs of the vet. Carl ended up getting stitches and sedated. Definitely not how we anticipated spending our Saturday but it was refreshing that they cared enough to cover the costs. Hopefully today was a bad experience for us but not the norm for this establishment.

Matt was super great. My cat really struggles when going to the groomers. This is the first time he did so good I will definitely be coming back.

They do a very good job on your dogs but you always feel pressured to tip them

My poor dog is traumatized by her experience. They cut her nose and didnt have the decency to tell us when we picked her up. Noticed it bleeding on the way home. The cut is also very choppy. And finally, they brought us out the wrong dog when we came to pick her up.

We took our bernedoodle here and had a great experience. They consulted with us about the length we wanted and gave us exactly what we agreed to. Plus, they did the best job with the teddy bear face request that we have found from any groomer. Our girl has never had a better looking haircut! No cuts, nicks, or scratches found anywhere on her. We will be coming back!

I get my dogs groomed bi-weekly and Cody is amazing! My dogs get so excited to see him. I have taken them to places in the past and they were so scared. When I drop them off I always know they are in good hands. I would highly recommend this place.

They always do a great job on my 2 dogs (88lbs & 50lbs ). Usually my dogs are super nervous and anxious but they have done a great job making them comfortable and now they get excited when we walk in the door! They have done a great job of listening to what I want (shave vs trim) and they are reasonably priced as well.

I ve had both of my dogs groomed here several times and will keep coming back! Their cuts have always turned out great, but even more importantly, I know they re in good hands! Usually I ve gotten a really good grooms for both of my dogs. This time, I asked him to please leave Maggie s eyelashes. Plus, he also read the notes and reiterated that I wanted Maggie s eyelashes left alone. Well, they were cut off and she has two shaved places on her crown. I was really disappointed with the grooming I received on Tuesday.

They groomed my dog perfectly just like I asked. The only problem was my dog came out with a bright pink bandana and they were telling me how cute she looked, but my dog is a boy. I asked for another bandana that was more boyish and they brought me out a rainbow bandana with hearts and said thats all they have. Pretty lame for all those boy dogs that day!! I originally booked at their South Jordan location and they needed to move me to their Sandy location which was a 30+ minute drive for me. That was fine, but when I got there none of the information that I had already filled out in advance came up in their system. That included details on how I wanted my dog groomed, extra pampering, etc. That part was a little frustrating but not a big deal. I liked how the store had dog food, treats and other little fun things for your pets. Four stars because I think their customer service needs a little work. The bandana situation seemed to annoy the employee checking me out. Also, I was asked via text from the owner to see if I would do a review and I asked who the groomer was that worked on my dog so I could put their name in this review but I never got a response. They did offer me in advance, via text, a $15 credit for driving the extra miles across town, but forgot to put that in the notes and I had to ask for it which I shouldnt have had to do.

Cody does a great job. Toby is a grouchy pup and Cody cleans him very well. I like kibble and cut because they get the dogs in and out fast. I dont like leaving my dog all day like many groomers do

I was very skeptical in booking to have my Persian cat groomed as I am new to Utah and had only used one groomer in the past 6 years since owning my cat. The staff here is very knowledgeable and patient with the likes of overprotective and potential first time customers. The groomer I had answered all my questions, was reassuring and did a fantastic job! I will be bringing my boy back without a doubt. I can t remember the groomers name, but I m sure they have a record of it on file, and I will be requesting his service again. Thank you Kibbles and Cuts!

This place has gone down hill! The groomer didn t say anything/greet my dog. My dog was scared and she just grabbed him and put him in a kennel. Usually groomers greet him w/a hello and try to welcome them. I asked her to do what they did last time. She confirmed w/me. He looks terrible. How does she have him for 3 hours and send him home w/ these ungroomed grinch feet!

I have been coming here for a bit with my dog. At least three times they have called me the morning of my appointment and canceled when I have waited weeks to get an appointment in the first place. The second time this happened (which was a reschedule from the first time) I expressed that I was frustrated because I don t have unlimited time to take my dog. They were able to fit me in that day. Today, they called me an hour before my appointment and canceled again. They offered to see her tomorrow but I make my appointments on my days off and I have to work. Most grooms have been great, she comes back clean and groomed other than one time and they fixed their mistake when I brought her back. I just don t feel like the customer service is even adequate. I was able to get in somewhere else this morning and they did a great job. I will not be returning.

I have taken my Golden Doodle here for 3 years and the groomers always do a great job!! The last two times I have taken my dog, I didn t receive a call saying he was ready so my pup was waiting longer than he needed to. The receptionist said she called and left a voicemail but I never received one. She explained that the phones sometimes do not go through and they ve had problems before. I m hoping the owners will see this and get them a reliable phone so this isn t a further issue. I will definitely continue to take my dog here because of how fantastic they are, I may just call every hour now to see when he is done haha

I took my dog to Kibbles and Cuts for the first time today and it was great. Kaitlin groomed him exactly as I asked and the staff at the store were so nice and helpful. They even agreed to order in his dog food so I don t have to get it from the East Coast. I ve struggled to find a good groomer for a reasonable price since my last groomer went out of business but now I ve found it. And the mini tie they put on my 90 lbs dog is adorable.

Worst grooming experience today.. I still paid the bill, but very very dissatisfied with my dogs trim. Its more like a major hack job.. uneven everywhere. I could have just trimmed it myself and saved the hassle and the embarrassment of my dog looking horrible now until his fur grows back! Very disappointed!

Hands down the best dog groomers we have found! Everyone is so friendly, professional, and take pride in their work. The groomers are extremely patient with my nervous dogs.

TLDR: Animal abuse.... I have been coming here for nearly a year to get my cats nails trimmed, nothing but a positive experience every time, fast in and out. However, last time I noticed my cats paw was bothering her. I inspect her paw and see that her quick was cut, it was swollen and probably very painful. I had to go to the vet and get her pain medication as well as antibiotics to prevent an infection. The really sad part about this is the groomer did not let me know. If I had not been vigilant this could have gotten very bad. I would be more forgiving however, Ive lost all respect over the fact that they did not tell me what they did to her. I cant trust my cat with a dishonest groomer. Avoid any place that is going to be dishonest with you, dont come here.

I have been bringing my sweet doodle here for 3yrs. I ve dealt with the last issue I m willing to deal with. I have gotten forced reschedules countless times, rude customer service, and sub par haircuts over the last year! My 15 yr old fixed his hair cut this time. Why did I pay what I did, if she was going to need to fix it. The time before they forgot to text me when he was finished, so he sat in a kennel for 5 hrs with no potty or water time. I finally called to see if he was finished at the end of the day and that is what I was told oops Sad because we really liked this place but I can t handle the new normal.

Worst place ever to get your dogs haircut they do not pay attention to detail. I took my dog there since she was a pup. She s had about four cleanings. She is over a year old now. About one week ago I was getting ready to schedule her another appointment. I smelled something funny coming from her ears, when I open them it look like she has not had her ears cleaned since she has been attending this groomer!! it smell like yeast and I m glad I caught it when I did because it would ve been a vet visit. Beware of this dog groomer business. On top of everything, she came home very skittish, and was acting strange for two days her last visit. My dogs ears was from NOT being cleaned not allergies!! You are NOT a vet to diagnose my dog!

They always do an amazing job!

They cancelled on me for two weeks straight. Still don t have an appointment. Nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone and voicemail box is full. Don t waste your time!

As a new dog owner this was my first time taking my puppy in to get groomed. He s a shy little guy but upon arrival he was greeted by Austin (amazing groomer) and he did a great job making Cooper feel comfortable. From scheduling to pickup, the process was seamless. To top it off, Cooper looks fantastic, still the cutest puppy ever!!! Great, helpful, friendly, competent, and professional staff. I definitely will make Kibbles & Cuts Draper the only spot for Cooper s grooming needs!!!! Incredible experience!!! Thank you.

I had posted a review over a couple concerns concerning the service and appointments. The moment I posted the review with one star I received a call from the owner and I have to tell you that the accountability and ownership of my issue was top notch and top level and top service. You can really tell that kibbles and cut owns their service and is 100% accountable and transparent and is very important to them. It was almost like an old-school handshake with the conversation I had with Jeremy the owner. It was actually really cool that the owner had called and wanted to know how we felt and why we felt the way he did and his willingness to make it right. I have to tell you that if they had six out of five stars, I would put that there I understand that things happen and not 100% of the time everybody could be happy, but in this situation, I am 100% happy about the way. Things have been handled moving forward. I am on my way to drop my two happy puppies off and they cannot wait to meet their groomer. I am super happy with kibbles and cuts from the toilet location to the Sandy location I recommend this groomer to anybody . Thanks, kibbles and cuts!

My cat was injured during his grooming apparently he freaked out like he s never done before and he tore out a nail. The poor thing was bleeding all night, nearly gave us a heart attack. We had to take him to the vet and get the wound cauterized and it was all very stressful. But I m happy to say the owner Jeremy made it right, and honestly, that s all that matters. It s difficult to find people nowadays who will take accountability. I do recommend Kibbles and Cuts, they tried very hard with my cat. Cat owners, maybe talk to your vet about a medication that can help your cat relax during the process. I didn t know my sweet cat could hurt himself like that, we need to make sure we protect the groomers too!

They always seem to do a decent job and my pups always seems like a happy boy and not traumatized by the whole thing so yay for that.

So let me start off by saying this is a revision to an earlier post, that didn t start off so well. But it ended up just as perfect as it could. I had an issue with scheduling that I wrote my last review on. But shortly after my post the owner called and took care of everything. He went way above and beyond to make sure they had the opportunity to make a lasting customer. After picking up my puppy and seeing how well she was groomed and how professional the groomer was and how well they took care of our puppy, they have more than earned my business. I m booking three more dogs with them for January. Thanks again Jeremy for going way above anything I expected. You deserve the five stars

My dog has never been afraid of any groomers till he went for his second and third groom here, I thought it might ve just been the one groomer here he had a bad experience with but the second was even worse. They TRAUMATIZED him and he won t even step foot near the door now. When we would go inside the groomers wouldn t even greet him either or treat him nice , should ve been the first red flag. Took him somewhere else and he never trembles there like he did at this place. Stay clear

I have had my 2 fur babies cinnamon and sugar both groomed here for the last 4-5 years. I have loved customer service from the receptionist to the groomer. I have to drive 30 minutes out of the way but don t mind at all because I know my girls will be taken care of.

I scheduled grooming online, went in a couple weeks later for the appointment I scheduled. I was told they didn t have an appointment for my dog. Another customer walked in after me, without an appointment, and the girl working the register took her dog right back to groom the dog. I was not offered to schedule an appointment or anything, so I left. This was my first time scheduling for my dog. Obviously your online scheduling didn t work. I pulled it up again and it went to schedule the same way. The worker said I would have to set up an account if I had scheduled correct, when I went online again- no account set up pops up for the Sandy site before you can schedule. Poor service=loss of business. I offer this feedback so you can train employees to offer scheduling the customer if something like this happens, rather than telling the customer they may have scheduled with another groomer and didn t realize it. I told her I know I didn t schedule with Highland, she said there is an unaffiliated groomer in Tooele. I know where I scheduled, it was this location. I found you from the Instagram advertising. I left work early to get my dog there for a 3 pm appointment I had made online. I have moved on to another groomer, so no need to try to make things right with me. Best regards-

My dog was groomed by a groomer named Caitlin and she was amazing! Super gentle with my dog and took her time to make sure it was done correctly and safely. I will definitely be bringing my dog back here to be groomed again. All the staff was welcoming and super friendly. Lots of natural treats too showing that they really care for the well being of pets.

Kibble and cuts just wow let me say how disappointed we are with todays visit. We have brought our dogs here before and trusted that our dogs will be properly cleaned. Sadly today that is not the case. We have come in before to have our small pups be groomed. (A complete head to tail shave. No special requests!) for TWO SMALL dogs. A very easy and basic grooming, bathing, plus nails and teeth brush. We were quoted a reasonable amount for their first time visit and services equaled what was paid. Grooming was fully done. BUT after todays visit we were charged an Additional $50 for THE EXACT SAME SERVICES. totaling $167 for both dogs, that s $83.50 per dog!! They are miniatures!!!! and! received an obvious mediocre grooming job... Our dogs were clearly NOT bathed. Upon pick up, nails were trimmed and shaving was done but that was it! It is very obvious there was no bathing or brushing off their fur to remove all the short excess hair. (there was crusted urine left on our pup...) Its sooo sad to have both my pups come back dirty. Its unacceptable to have our entire back seat covered in dog fur...they are poodles..they dont shed!! how hard is it to simply bathe them or rinse them after you cut them??? .. just wow I will not be returning. If you feel like getting ripped off then go in for a visit. I advise you seek services else where. Edit: We are going to try your Highland Location. only out of need since everyone else is booked out months. I am really hoping that this time things turn out differently and out dogs are taken care of properly. I will update and write a new review after.

Very nice and clean place. They seemed a little scattered on the operation though. I took my mini schnauzer in to be groomed. This is the second time I ve taken her in. The first time was great. He did leave her muzzle a little longer than I d like. But this time different groomer. Now I did tell him to trim her very short. She was scruffy and I didn t want the schnauzer skirt. I did not tell him to shave her completely down. He even cut off her eyelashes. . You never cut off schnauzers eyelashes. At least he left her Mohawk. The pictures are her scruffy before and her shaved after. If she didn t have her Mohawk and come running to me I would ve said my husband picked up the wrong dog. So disappointed. She is usually hot and now she s walking around shivering. I won t be going back. I need somewhere that actually knows how to trim down close on a schnauzer without shaving off everything.

I ve been here for dog food and other things but just had my 2 Pomeranians groomed here today for 1st time. They took a little longer than other places I ve been to but they did a great job!

Our dogs usual groomer is no longer where they used to be so we had to find a new groomer. We go to the Smiths Grocery that is by Kibbles and Cuts quite often so I thought we would try it out. Now to say I am impressed would be an understatement. Our dog is such a sweet boy, but he is skidish around strangers and has never allowed a groomer to do more than 2 services on him. When we walked into Kibbles and Cuts, he was so excited and walked straight back with the groomer with barely any hesitation. They spent 3 hours with him which I love because they were able to really give him the attention that he needs. When I picked him up, he looked better than he has ever looked. They were able to do a full grooming including a bath, blow dry, deshed, teeth, nails, and bum trim! The best part is that he was a very happy pup. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We will definitely be going back.

I took my rag doll cat in for a lion cut today. They did a great job and reasonably priced as well!! Bravo Kibbles and cuts!!

My cat desperately needed a nail trim and they were able to get him in the same day, which was nice. The set-up of the grooming area is not the best, though. My boy has zero experience with dogs, and is fearful in new environments. He was brought through one room in full view of two large dogs (who, to be fair, were silent and paid him no mind). It was just a lot of anxiety build-up from the get-go. He was then taken into a second room where I watched through a window as he was given zero affection or warning before being torn rather abruptly from his carrier. It should be noted he is not an aggressive cat and was not being troublesome outside of desperately trying to cling to his safe space. Once forced on the table, the trim went quickly. The dogs being groomed all seemed very relaxed and calm, but I do not feel it was the right place for us - or anyone with a skiddish animal.

Walk in to get dog toenails done. Quick, easy and affordable. Very nice people and a great selection of everything for your pet as well as grooming.

I have two Newfies and a golden doodle. They always look amazing. The staff and groomers are exceptional.

My experience with Kibbles & Cuts was excellent from start to finish. My puppy had a traumatizing first groom with a different groomer/business. She was returned to me withdrawn, anxious, and head-shy, and she refused to eat or drink the rest of the day. She had an absolutely awful haircut to boot! I spoke with Cheyenne (Im sorry if Ive spelled your name wrong!) about this experience and my concerns a few days prior to our appointment at Kibbles & Cuts. She was very kind and reassured me that theyd take great care of my girl. Austin groomed my Mabel today and he did EXACTLY what I requested. From what I understand, she was rather difficult (especially around her head/face) requiring a second groomer to step in and help hold her. Youd never know that by looking at her...she looks great! A big thank you to Austin and the groomer that assisted him! She came home clean, cute, happy, playful, and ready for a walk and snacks!

I ve never had my Siamese cat groomed before, but they did a fantastic job. They are nice and close to me, and what a fun environment with all the dogs. They also carry food; more specialty kind, but if that s what you re looking for.

I was nervous to take my sheltie in since shes very nervous at new places, but I had a great experience here! They did a fantastic job with her bath/brush/trim (which couldnt have been easy with all that fluff!) and she looks amazing! The staff was friendly and professional. Ill be back again for sure!

I take my long haired cat to get groomed by Matthew and he does an amazing job every time. My cat is sometimes stressed when we visit and Matthew does a great job of handling him and adjusting the groom when my cat is too stressed. Love not having to worry about trimming his nails, and he is so soft and shiny after a groom!

UPDATE regarding business response below from 11/18/22. I can not tell you how disappointed I am in the way the business owner chose to respond to my original review. Previously in my work career, Id managed a well-known, and highly-regarded Veterinary Hospital in Salt Lake for many years. In fact, before I brought my new dog to you to be groomed, Id asked my good friend to come over to check him out & trim the hair from his eyes. (Her background? She has been one of the top vet techs in the state for over 25 years.) She handled my dog, trimmed the hair out of his eyes, & checked him over thoroughly. We had both noticed a few mats underneath his ears, which could have been combed out with a bit of patience & time, but that was all. To conveniently cast blame on the previous owners (who are amazing, caring & loving people who spoiled him daily with the best care in every way) was such a cowardly and negative tactic to use. And to sarcastically patronize me at the same time was uncalled for. You should have reached out to me to resolve this matter privately. (You have my number on file.) Because of that decision on your part, I had no choice but to respond with the actual truth of the situation publicly as well. In the end, I dont know if the groomer was the one being dishonest about what transpired or if its a common business practice overall to use blatant untruths as a tool to cover your tail (pun intended). Either way, I would love a refund, but that wont change what happened to my dog. To that end, I will forego a refund in the hope that you spend that money towards the retraining & educating of Kenna (& maybe yourselves) as to how to treat animals & customers in the future. Original review on 11/18/22.. **BUYER BEWARE** I gave them one star because my dog at least wasnt noticeably bleeding from the grooming gone terribly wrong incident! (Although I later discovered scabs on the tips of both ears.) Two & a half weeks ago I took in my shaggy Yorkie mix for a slight trim and came back to what looked to be a hairless Chihuahua who was completely unrecognizable! From the end of his nose, to the tip of his tail, including whiskers & eyelashes, all shaved completely off! No more Yorkie mustache and beard, no eyebrows or spiky ears. I now have what looks to be a hairless rat for the winter. Absolutely NOT what I agreed to!! To add insult to injury I was told he was bathed. But he did not smell any different. And definitely not clean. We had only owned our dog for 3 weeks at this time and it definitely traumatized him and us! Paid $80-ish for the worst cut Ive ever seen on a dog! This was my first and last visit to Kibbles & Cuts!

For the price pretty basic groom. I paid the same amount to a groomer that took the time to put bows on the girls and bowties on the boys. Also there no communication with the groomer just a card then to have the counter person push their products to make you feel pressured into buying them

They are so thoughtful and truly care about the well being of your pet. I started bringing my dog here when I moved to Utah and I have had such a better experience than in the larger chains. Worth it in every way!

Awwsumm experience

Inability to do anything but wash my puppy and do an uneven trim on whiskers. But charge me full price. So after paying I bought some clippers and gave him a haircut and evened up face, whiskers and chin. I spent a lot of money for what I could have done myself

I have taken my dog to Kibbles and Cuts several times and have had no issues but never again. Granted my dog s fur had a lot of matting and needed a serious grooming. She came home with cuts on the inside of both ears, a couple on her legs and tail. Now she s on antibiotics and pain killers and has to wear an ear wrap for weeks. I m looking for a new groomer.

Ashlie was great with my 2 huskies Ive taken my dogs to multiple groomers over the years and nothing has compared to what she did. My dogs still feel soft and clean :)

Had 2 longhaired cats groomed here. They were able to get me in fairly quickly compared to long waits of other groomers. Great quality. Great value.

Schedule an appointment for today May 22 @ 8:00 AM. Arrive 5 minutes early and was told that i dont have an appointment. Was treated like a nobody and was told have a good day...What is sad is i have been going here over 3 years and this is the first time that i was treated like a nobody. They didnt even try to help me with finding an appointment. It is sad that helping a customer has gone down the tube So now I am looking for a place to groom my dog.

Cody was professional and informative. Cut looked good. Took time with me to discuss specific grooming tools for mu pom pup.

I rescued a senior dog with a traumatic past and an attitude problem about a year ago, and have been doing all his grooming needs myself as I was worried I would traumatize him further by taking him to a groomers. I was very hesitant at first but the front staff and the groomer were very welcoming to both me and Louie (my pup). I don t remember the groomers name but she was blonde and very kind. Louie looked amazing and so much more youthful, and he seemed to love the staff. They were very gentle with him and worked with him rather than against him. Already have another appt. booked!

They do such an amazing job with my st. Bernard and 2 corgis. Very professional, experienced and super friendly staff.

I was a new customer and on the first call I was put on hold twice for about 5 minutes each time. I took my border collie in for a cut and shampoo. Right off the bat I got grief about how I wanted my dogs hair cut. The groomer kept telling me she would not shave him any longer than a certain blade setting. She began to be very arrogant about the whole grooming. It was apparent she wanted to cut him her way and not how I wanted. After she repeatedly pulled his hair trying to demonstrate length he nipped at her. He didn t make contact. She was very rough with him when she took him back to an area that wasn t visible to the public. When I picked him up I could tell he had been mistreated and when paying my bill I had been charged a $10.00 special handling fee and overcharged 15.00 on the original quote from phone conversation. There is no way for me to be able to know that the special handling fee was even justified. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

I m extremely grateful for this place and Cody! He took on my challenging mini poodle that s is very snippy and crazy at the groomers and no other place would take her and Kibbles and Cuts took her in and groomed her perfectly with no problems!! They handled her great and I m so excited to have found them! I highly recommend coming here for grooming!!!

We have been very unimpressed with the new management. we have been customers for the 1.5 years. We took our dogs to them September 29th 2021. When we dropped off the dogs they were to get a haircut and a bath but instead got my dog back with CUT EARS! Not a single person in that establishment informed us that they hurt our dogs whether it was unintentional or intentional. You would think They would have let us know after they saw blood. My dog is constantly shaking his and ears. We also took our cats to get claw caps put on and they did not inform us that we needed to provide the caps. They were quite rude about it.

So friendly and helpful. They were so sweet to my dog! Always helpful with food related questions I have.

Super friendly staff and great grooming!

I took my dog in for a full groom last Tuesday afternoon and picked him up later in the evening. After getting home I noticed he had a lot of redness and irritation all over multiple parts of his body. He had scabby patches inside his ears and a red swollen spot by his eye. I called the location but they were closed and I left a message with this information and asked the groomer to call me back to talk about if he noticed anything that day. It s now been a week and a half with no call back. My dog LOVES his ears scratched and I noticed hard bits on the tips of both ears only to find they are additional scabs that have make the hair mat down to his ears and it s very red and irritated underneath. I will never be going there again. I can t upload videos so there are screenshots of what I took.

I took my papillon service dog Raven to havea trim and her nails done. They did a great job! My little girl is so soft and her nails were done perfect. The staff was friendly and gentle with my dog. She was sent home with a cute bandana too. The price was comparable to the other groomers i researched. And i went to them because their ratings were excellent! If you need a groomer go to kibbles and cuts!

Not impressed. They did a great grooming on my dog but when I got home I noticed a huge cut on my dog. I did sign a waver being aware of things like this. but I wasn t told about it when I came to pick him up which is very disappointing. it would have been nice to have been made aware. it is really bothering my dog.
