Joni did an amazing job with my 6 month old puppy, Poet! He has never been professionally groomed before and he’s in the midst of crazy teen phase. He’s not a fan of getting wet. She still managed to get him totally groomed and he looks and feels amazing 🥰

I took my 8 month old puppy to Joni and had the BEST experience! Not only does he look amazing but he also came back to me happy as ever! I can’t wait to take the rest of my pets to her in the future. Great customer service and talent all around. Cannot recommend enough!

Joni is so aware of special needs pets MY Lacey Golden Doodle is getting along in years and it is getting hard for her to move and to be patient. Joni not only grooms Lacey beautifully but is patient and loving with her. Lacey always comes home beautiful and happy. Joni has even gone the extra mile by breaking Lacey's appointment into 2 sessions when necessary. Thank you Joni at Pampered Paws and Ponies.

I am a new dog owner and had no idea where to begin with grooming. Joni was extra communicative and detailed about what and how she does her job. In meeting her, she explained everything yet again, and basically said she would go at the puppy’s pace to make sure she felt safe. And of course my Chica felt safe with her and was able to do the whole grooming experience as a puppy that’s never experienced it before. She smelled great, she looked beautiful, and it was a great experience for all. She may be on the pricey side, but for Chica’s first experience, Joni is well worth it!

Joni is awesome! I’ve never had my dog groomed before, and she did amazing work with him. Her communication was great and made it very easy to work with. She also went above and beyond to make sure my pup was well taken care of even though he is not always the easiest to deal with.

Joni is amazing. She groomed our standard poodle and golden retriever and did a wonderful job. She was very kind, gentle and thorough. Her space was very clean and comfortable for the dogs. We highly recommend Pampered Paws & Ponies and will definitely be using their service for future grooming!
