Tay and Ethan are REALLY amazing! Came in with my 4 year old daughter and they were so good with her! They showed us all the pets and were so nice to us. We fell in love with Bosco. We love that this store price matches. I will never come to another pet store moving forward. Tay and Ethan sold us on this store! ❤️
The staff members were super helpful helping us decide which cat and fish supplies we needed. They allowed us to hang out with the cats and provided expert level support for teaching us how to care for the new fish. Great staff, clean store and a great overall experience!
Very impressed with this store. It was well stocked and very clean. The employees were friendly and offered their assistance. When I went today there was a pet adoption going on and a lot of positive energy. It's a great store!
I seriously love this store. Their reward system is awesome. You save so much especially if you need to buy in bulk. Their delivery is top tier. They have high quality dog and rabbit food which is a necessity in my house. Their fish are also kept in great condition, which is not often seen in chain pet stores. I also love that they’re so close. I have yet to use their pet wash, but it’s got everything you need. I love that they have high velocity dryers as well, which is another necessity with two huskies. Highly recommend.
What a cute little shop! Went in here because a friend recommended it to me for their dog washing station. It was great, no longer do I have to wreck my knees washing my dogs in the bathtub. The person at the register with the awesome glasses (couldn't remember their name - my apologies) was so helpful and friendly. They even came over while we were bathing our pups to give us a treat for them. It was so sweet. I wish I had a chance to walk around the store but my mom did and said it was pretty neat. I bought their dog wash punch card so I'll definitely be back.
It was my first time visiting Pet Supplies Plus and Kimberly was amazing. She made us feel welcome, was patient with our questions, guided us throughout the store as we made inquiries, and was super open about membership, discounts and clearance items, and price matching with Chewy if needed. She smiled and made us feel very comfortable with the experience. She was honest and forthcoming and clearly passionate about animals, adoption, and the company's work. We'll be back.
Update: The owner contacted me and wanted to make things right with the poor grooming experience. He offered to fix my dog’s cut and have him back to be groomed next time to earn our trust back. He also said they were going to adjust their grooming schedule and work with their groomer on improving communication with clients. I really appreciated the time he took to reach out to me, and that he wanted to do everything he could to make things right. He was very understanding and kind. —————————————————————————— The store is nice, and the selection of items was good, but I can’t say anything good about the groomer. Maria said we could pick our dog up in 2.5 hours. We returned to find the groomer chatting with the clerk at the register, and our dog wasn’t dry and hadn’t been groomed. She said he was taking a long time to dry and to come back in an hour. I asked why she hadn’t called to tell us about the delay and she said “I’ve been busy”. It took an additional hour and 20 minutes (total 3hrs 50 mins) before he was done, and the cut is terrible. You can see in the pictures his head and ears are terribly uneven. Definitely not what I expected when I paid well over $100 for grooming. DO NOT take your dog here for grooming.
This is quickly becoming one of our favorite stores to shop at in Sandy. Staff is always very helpful and friendly whenever we go in. They have a great selection of high-quality dog and cat food and always seem to have what we need in stock. Their toy selection is HUGE and way more affordable than any other petstore we've shopped at. We only need dog and cat supplies, but they also seem to have a good selection of fish, reptile, winged, and other furry creature supplies. Their rewards program is great with points and frequent emailed coupons. Next time we go in, we're bringing our dogs for a self wash!

At this non mega chain store you get good ole fashion customer service like things used to be. Shout out to Kim the cashier who went out of her way to help both on phone and in store, the proactivity was welcome and store owner should know I bought more than I intended with Kims help :) Buhbye Petco/Petsmart and your lame service. Shop here and support stores with great service!
I have taken my dog (border collie) nova there 2 times so far, they make her so soft, and so clean!! I love how my dog looks so happy there!!
Made my first stop into the store today to get some clotting powder for my dog s nails. The staff were friendly and helpful. I can t believe I hadn t shopped here prior and I ll definitely be back.

This store is mostly tailored to dogs; I wish I had a dog so I can take part in the self grooming wash, food, and toys. I mainly went in to look at fish, and the selection was small. I probably won t come back until I have a pet that can use services.
Love this Branch and everyone is always polite and Friendly even during rush hours and seems to always want to know how the puppers is doing. 10/10 would recommend.
I really like this pet store! I find it very well kept with great options. I regularly wash my dog in their self service stalls and he loves picking out a treat when were done.

I had an amazing experience today taking my dog to get his nails trimmed. He s scared of getting his nails trimmed after some poor cuts done by myself. The woman who trimmed his nails was so kind and patient with him. She also gave me great tips on how to make nail trims less scary for him in the future! Will definitely be coming back!
Ive used Pet Supplies Plus for a while now to get my dog food delivered, which I love. I decided to try them out for a grooming and was overall unimpressed. I should have clarified when I dropped my dog off, but the services described vs what Ive received at other groomers did not align. I paid for a de-shed treatment (which was great) and a Bath & Brush. The bath and brush is listed as: Bath with shampoo, conditioner & blow dry 15-minute brushing (no detangling) Nail trim Ear cleaning, hair removal (if needed) Scissoring feet & pad shaving Sanitary trim. In my opinion (again, based on similar services offered at other local groomers) the sanitary trim was not completed. I have a golden retriever and in all my other grooming appointments, this service included a light trimming of the butt area. Additionally, scissoring feet did not happen. Again, golden retriever with grinch feet and all of those hairs were still very long (albeit cute, but probably need to be trimmed). Im not sure if the teeth cleaning happened, but I know the ear cleaning did not - as I cleaned them when we got home. I messaged the groomer when I got home and she explained that these services were performed as they should be, which is fine. I wont argue with someone on their interpretation of a service. But I do know that what I paid for does not match what I received in comparison to what I pay for and receive elsewhere.

Started going here recently . Connie is the best . Cat supplies is our goal and this store has it all . If you dont have a cat the orange male kitten is there needing a home.
I brought in my mom s Pomeranian and my Australian shepherd for grooming services. Staff was friendly and very nice. They did a wonderful job on both dogs !
Good experience each time I ve been here. Animals seem happy and well taken care of. Im specifically leaving a good review for the bigger sized cups for beta s. Not a huge difference but it s raising the bar for other pet stores which I love.
Great store, but terrible owner and how Brian treats his employees, selfish. I ve been to this store multiple times throughout the year to buy stuff for my dogs. Brian is nowhere to be seen whenever his employees need help, like when a lady infront of me asked for crickets, only one person went back and no one covered for them. He sits in his office all day and I rarely see him when I m there. He goes straight to his office. On the other hand the employees are lovely and have helped me whenever I am looking for something specific, Brian should not run this store or any other store/business, poor service and poorly ran.

Just made some purchase 3/18/24,7:51 pm. Experienced discrimination: no greeting after I greeted, no response when I said thank you! Have a good night right after checked out. - when others come in, welcome in, let us know if you have questions. With smile. I like the store for years and normally make orders online. Even for the few times I visited this store before, I had good time most of the time, feeling sorry for other workers s hard work trying to keep this place good.
We used to go to a Pet Supplies Plus store for their self-grooming stations when we lived in Texas, so we were bummed when they didnt have any in Utah when we moved. We were excited to see this location open because their dog wash prices are unbeatable!! Such a good deal, especially if you buy their card to pay for 5 washes at a time
Such a great pet store/self-serve dog wash! I brought my old boy, Butch, in for a quick wash and blow dry. He had a ball and picked out a fun stuffie on the way out! Everyone here is so friendly and kind. We will be back!

We stopped by in passing as we noticed it was open, and what a great store! We were honestly blown away by the selection, and the groomer and self service dog wash looks like great set ups! Definitely going to be our new go to for supplies for our critters, happy to support local and have a pet store so close!
Okay everybody. We had a GREAT experience taking our shih Tzu Annie to the groomer yesterday. Becky did woderful with Annie. Very detailed and meticulous would be the best words that I could describe her work. Annabelle came out of here looking like a champ and very relaxed. I highly recommend Becky and this new store. Excellent job!... Well be back!
Staff was so friendly and patient!! we came to the grand opening and i m so glad we did! the groomer handled my dogs nail trims like a champ, i m impressed! she was very calm she took her time to get them relaxed and comfortable which shocked us because they hate trims! the wash was very kept up with immediately after each wash, they were fast and ready to go ! they had games, photo booth, prizes , and free gifts. we have been having to drive 20+ min up to lehi location but i think we re switching since it s so much closer and the environment and store itself is awesome. thanks for having us!!
Uh, blah. A neighbor posted that this place was open. I was excited; some place to bath the dog and get supplies. I stopped by this am, I saw at least three different employees, not one acknowledged my presence. You all have what I purchase elsewhere; bully sticks, Merrick canned dog food, kibble for the cat & dog, great toys but dang, I was invisible. Not sure I will return. It says friendly on the door .. I beg to differ.
Gave our old boy a bath there today. Nice store and nice bath setup. Nice young ladies working there who provided good customer service.

Love supporting local businesses :) They have all the brands that the big stores have and if you are part of their member reward program they have lots of sales and coupons you can use that save you money. I would definitely recommend anyone with pets come here. Employees are friendly and always willing to help as well.

It s a wonderful place! Everyone is kind and they always have what I need, the self service dog wash was inexpensive and very convenient! Provides everything we need, my puppy loved it! The environment is welcoming and everyone is so friendly!
Becky Brown groomed my Pomeranian. She looked so good and was so happy! She knows her stuff! She mentioned that my dog has a skin disease that is unfortunately untreatable. She noticed this just from looking at her. I highly recommend her! I just found our permanent dog groomer.
