They were very thorough in letting me know what to expect when I dropped of my cat for her ultrasound. I appreciated that; also, the doctor and techs on staff were really great and answered my questions and were so gentle with my kitty. When we got home, due to the sedation, my cat was experiencing some issues and after calling in a bit worried, the doctor called me back and let me know it was all normal. I appreciated that and felt reassured. I also felt the pricing was reasonable.

This is the hardest review I’ve ever had to write. My dog went in for imaging on 10/29. I relayed info to them that last time several years ago he didn’t snap out of it very quickly and it worried me. The front desk lady said they would run full bloodwork and xrays to make sure he was healthy enough to go through with it. She also said she would relay the info and maybe use different pre-anesthesia drugs as that can cause some issues. I picked my dog up that afternoon from the clinic. They said he did great and came right out of anesthesia. I took him home and laid with him on the couch for the day letting him rest on the couch. He didn’t move until the next morning. I took him out to go potty and he peed blood. I relayed this info to the vet, along with him not eating or drinking, they said “that’s concerning, we didn’t use a catheter. He did have plenty of fluids though so he shouldn’t be dehydrated. Monitor him for a couple days and see your vet if it persists” He started drinking water and wanting to go out every hour or so with a few drops of pee (no more blood). He still couldn’t walk, I had to get a special harness to help him stabilize and walk with him. He was a shell of a dog. It seemed like he was brain dead. We went to a vet on 11/2, 4 days after the MRI. They gave him more fluids, an appetite stimulant and anti nausea medication. He ate very small amounts of food after that. On 11/4 I called the vet back saying he seemed bloated and not getting better, they wanted him admitted for the day and to do more bloodwork. That’s when they told me many of his levels were so high they wouldn’t even read. Everything was askew and he was in acute kidney failure due to toxicity from the MRI and would have to be put down that day. My vet communicated with Sage and they tell me this is somehow UNRELATED. So the day before he’s hiking, running around, playing, and the next he’s a shell of what he once was. The first photos are of him 2 days before. The next are the day after. SAGE did bloodwork the day of and said he was healthy- also that they didn’t see much on the MRI and did much more than they originally intended, which leads me to think he was out longer than he should have been or had too much dye, just so they could find something. Who knows, it doesn’t matter now. Paying $4,400 to them to kill my dog was not something I would wish on anyone. Plus the thousands from the other vet. The last week of his life was torturous and miserable. The greed and lack of accountability is out of control in today’s world. It’s taken me a week to even be stable enough to gather my thoughts and write this all out. You stole my best friend.

Sage got my boy, who was completely paralyzed in the rear end, in immediately. And we had a 2hr drive to get to the clinic. Also, provided a clear explanation of what they saw on the MRI. Great service for my boy when time was of the essence to help prevent permanent paralysis.

Amazing Place / Amazing Staff / Amazing Service! These guys are great and highly recommended for imaging. I had to get an ultrasound for my dogs kidneys! They are great with telling you what you can except. The pricing was affordable and not spendy like some vet offices. This was 1/2 the cost what was quoted at my vet office. They send imaging and synopsis to your vet for review. The office is super clean. The staff is super friendly. The Dr. Rankins took the the time to chat with me and tell me about their findings. I did not feel rushed at all.

The staff and doctors were all very caring and communicative, and they did their best to help my cat feel safe and comfortable during a stressful situation. I received an initial update on my cat's condition the same day (Friday) and a very thorough analysis first thing Monday morning.

Saved my dogs life. My border collie was acting really off for three days. Started losing mobility and partial blindness. I went to the vet and they thought it was a pinched nerve. However after providing him pain killers nothing had changed so we thought maybe it was neurological. Therefore I called MedVet in Salt Lake City. They refused to give him an MRI even though the vet had recommended because he was not “fully paralyzed” and they had other priority patients. Luckily after I hung up an assistant called me back on the side because she could tell I was upset and let me know about Sage. I called them immediately. They got Austin in for an emergency imaging. He had brain swelling and what they thought to be meningitis. When he got out of the imaging session he was fully blind. I called MedVet immediately...they got him into the emergency clinic, gave him less than a 50/50 chance. After about two years of treatment and a bit over 10k…he has been released from treatment and is healthier than ever. Gain back the 25 pounds he lost and all of his vision has returned.

Super accommodating to my not dog friendly and medically complex doggo by scheduling us for the first appt of the day and being so sweet and mindful of it. The radiologist came out and talked to us about his ultrasound immediately, which may not be the norm, but it was so appreciated so we weren t worried and wondering. Really great experience for something that was stressful and scary for all of us! Thanks for the compassion to us and our dog.

Dr. Sage and her staff took incredible care of my cat after fitting her in for an emergency ultrasound. They gave me regular updates and took care to keep her comfortable, and Dr. Sage continued to help me get my cat into an overnight hospital after her business hours.

$3K for an animal MRI! Apparently, this technology is only available at this location. I dont know enough about them to offer any more or less than 3 stars as theyre very new to our area and the price info was as far as I got with them. I shouldve known better-- if you have to ask, you cant afford it!
