Very happy with Bow Wow Barber Shop. I have been getting both my dogs groomed for a couple years now. Before that I would take to Petco, but wasn t happy with the inconsistent results. With Bow Wow Barber Shop I know what I m getting, and will continue to take my dogs there to be groomed.

When I picked up my goldendoodle I noticed the tail looked long, as if it wasn t even trimmed. So I asked her to trim it a bit and she totally shaved his feathered tail off! Upon being shocked seeing it she stated it will grow back. After getting home I noticed a mat on his ear so I m assuming she didn t even cut his ears. Last time I asked her to trim the ears more upon pick up and she said oh you want the teddy bear look. I asked for the same this time and the ears look untouched. I assume when a dog gets a haircut that all his hairs get cut and not just a shaved body. The body was shaved nicely.
