I have brought my dog here multiple times over the past year. Overall the company is fine. My dog came home with a nick from the shavers under his leg. This is the 3rd time he has been cut.

Super weird atmosphere when you first walk in. Seems like everyone that works there is afraid of that horrible lady in charge. We paid way too much for what the service they provided. Horrible customer service. My biggest complaint is that my dog came home limping after her appointment!! I took her to the vet and they didn t have any answers for me. Very very disappointed! I think some sketchy things are going on behind closed doors. Be careful taking your pups here! How they are responding to negative reviews is the first indication of how bad their customer service is. Fix your business model and you ll make more money.

They really seem to get to know the animals they cut. Prices is about normal and they will do whatever you ask. Ive taken my pups here twice and every time the price is higher than what Im quoted prior to the service. One dog has gotten an ear infection BOTH times hes been there. Went for a deshed for both dogs and they both came out with more loose hair and shedding than they walked in with. For the amount of money they charge ($120 for a pitbull bath and brush) is kinda ridiculous and forgetting to shave down paw pads that were laid for has me at my breaking point. Wanted them to be great and sadly they let me down. Wont be returning. The staff was decent but the quality was horrible. Petsmart has done a much better job for less. UPDATE: This is definitely the right salon. And Ive taken my pit to petsmart and petco several times. They accept pitbulls with no issue so Im not sure where exactly you got that information from. If you guys overcharged in error say that but to say Im lying is ridiculous. You guys are overly expensive which many people have said and do a lack luster job for the price. Petsmart and petco are definitely cheaper and actually do a good job and fulfill the full service youre paying for. My dogs anal glands are still leaking, still shedding, paw pads werent trimmed for the 2nd time. Lets take some accountability here.

I am blessed to be able to take my dog to this groomer! We used to live in Saratoga springs and now live in Draper but we still make the commute to this groomer since they are so good. My dog has anxiety when getting hair cuts and they do such an amazing job!

The way the owner responds to negative reviews here is appalling. The aguing and accusations are really a bad look for the business. It doesnt inspire confidence or trust. I will go elsewhere. Try a phone call to customers to resolve concerns and make things right.

I had a negative experience when bringing my dog in for the first time. I am kind of nervous to leave a review because of the defensiveness with the other poor reviews. They did not do what was asked and reacted in a severely aggressive way when we attempted to communicate some issues with the services provided. They said I was being mean and I will not go back. Overall a very negative experience

I ve been bringing my dogs here for over 5 years - the owners are fabulous!! One of my adopted dogs came with many behavioral issues and would bite when he felt threatened. For a long time I had to try and cut his hair myself because I couldn t let him be aggressive to others. I talked with the owners and we came up with a plan for him. The owner took her time with him and worked with him a ton. It took several times being there, but now he doesn t bite and lets her cut his hair. He is always so excited to see her. I wouldn t trust him with anyone else! Not only did they help Max, they also always do a great job on both dogs. I highly recommend them!

We have been long time customers of Pooch Cuts and have been generally happy with their services until lately. The customer service has gone down hill. To the point of completing ignoring our requests and charging much more than in the past. Last cut was almost $100! That wouldn t be a big deal except, unfortunately the quality of service has taken a dive too. Time to find another groomer.

They do a great job with my pup, she always comes back looking adorable, and barely traumatized at all, which is really saying something since she is the biggest scaredy-dog on the planet. I previously posted a review where i mentioned a billing issue i had experienced on my most recent visit. The owner of was really quick to call me and explain what had happened, what I had misunderstood, and offer to remedy the issue. Like really quick, within an hour of posting the review. They are on top of it, customer experience is obviously very important, and their customer service is top-notch. This is important in a business that we place so much trust in, leaving our furry friends with them. I am changing my review from 4 to 5 stars, I am super impressed. I really appreciate that they care about my experience and I feel very much valued as a customer. I will definitely keep bringing my pup here! Thanks, guys!

Trimmed my dogs nails quickly!

This is the very first time Ive ever taken my dog to get groomed or bathed (done it myself), and I just moved here, and I have to say they did absolutely amazing! I was worried that my boy would be a problem but they assured me he was great. His undercoat is so much lighter, he seems so much more relaxed. His body language when I picked him up was relaxed. The staff is amazing! Very sweet and kind, and understanding to the questions! I will definitely be taking my boy and any other dog if I get another, right here! Thank you for your kind nature and knowledge

My pup had the bath and brush package and they did a fantastic job at an unbeatable price! Will definitely be coming back.

05/22/2023: Prior to taking our 8 month old mini Aussie Bella in for her first grooming appointment I let the person over the phone know that Bella was my husbands PTSD Service Dog. She told me the best time for Bella to come in is 8 am so she could be the first doggy in and they d be able to get her out the quickest so she could get back to my husband quickly. Mike read the instructions & photos I sent with my husband and did exactly what I envisioned! Mike was able to get Bella out quickly without sacrificing any quality work. I am so so so impressed with Mike that we will be only going to him!! Thank you Mike SO much!!!

Walked in. Weird vibe. It seemed like the teenagers weren t really sure how things went or how to interact with new customers. They couldn t do my dogs at the same time, which is fine. I noticed one s dew claws were the same. When I called they said they know they did them. It seemed pretty defensive to me. I had one dog s anal gland expressed, but after a week they were still leaking. I had to take him to the vet because I was concerned and the vet said they were both full and hadn t been fully expressed.Super unhappy with the service, price, and overall feeling of this place. Kind of worried to post this since every other low review has been chewed out and told they are wrong. I don t know feels pretty in-line with the defensiveness I experienced

I have taken my retriever here multiple times and they have always done great work. They follow my directions on how I would like her fur cut and they do a thorough job with de-shedding. They always give her a cute bandana, and she always smells amazing.

Fantastic experience with even a tough pup! He looked so good after they got finished with him. Definitely will go back!

I enjoyed the staff very friendly. However was very costly and I hv to go get her hair cut again in the next day or so at my expense again after $126.00 she only got a light trim on her hair I did ask for it to be close.

Pooch Cuts are remarkable, I take my hairy beast there and they come out looking like a dog everytime. They have been our go to dog groomer for over 4 years. Kind, friendly, and top notch grooming. 10/10 they always treat you right.

We have been taking our dogs to Pooch and Cuts since the day they opened. The owners have a genuine interest in our dogs and how they are doing. They are always professional and do an AMAZING job!! They let me know if anything changes about the cut or questions they may have to complete the job! My dogs always look top notch when they are all finished.

She is normally jumpy during haircuts, but she is always so good whenever I take her here! They have always been so gentle with her. Laurelyn is so great! She always leave my dog looking fabulous! I ve been bringing my doodle mix here for over a year. He loves swimming and during the summer despite my best efforts tends to get matted. They are great at carefully getting out the mats and making him look so cute! 15 mins before he is done they give you a call so you know to head over, it s great know he won t just sit in a kennel waiting for me.

Incredible groomers and always do an incredible job with Spartacus.

This place is awesome!! Brought my pup here and I was nervous because she hates being groomed and we ve been told she gets aggressive. All the other places we ve taken her to have not been able to finish because she gets upset or they ve had to shave her because they said it was too difficult to get mats out. Neither of these things happened here. They said she was completely fine and my dog absolutely loved the woman who groomed her. She came out looking better than she ever has and they did exactly what I wanted. Will absolutely be coming here again.

I went in with my puppy, he is 3 and half months. They said they couldn t accept it without the rabies certificate even though he is wearing the rabies tag, i drove back to my house to get the certificate and still didn t accept it because the certificate didn t had the clinic s name. I called the vet clinic to have them verify the expiration date of the rabies vaccine with the groomer( which it said on the certificate too) still didn t accept it. I think she just didn t wanted to do it, for no apparent reason, taking my business to so many other options of pet salons.

I love this place, they always take such good care of my pup! They know exactly how I like his hair cut! They are super friendly and accommodating!

My wife won t stop raving about this groomer. I had the opportunity to pick up our girl and I was so impressed. We have been through so many groomers trying to find someone that will give a good poodle/teady bear cut and this is the place. The owners are so friendly and after missing our apt they still go us in. They have great customer service. Worth every penny. Mylo was happy when I picked her up and I could tell that they truly love the puppies they groom.

I took my small dog in for the first time, they told me it would be $55 dollars. I had explained I need the haircut and nail grinding, and I was here because my previous groomer kept neglecting his duclaw on the side (other nails are fairly short) so the side claws were long. I was very clear and upfront with all this information and in response they gave the $55 dollar price. They had him for 5 hours, which is a very long time. When I picked him up they said I owed $77 (much higher than $55) and didn t give a reason why it was more just that it s how much his services cost. Very frustrated, I won t be returning again.

The staff is friendly and was kind enough to fit us the same day we called. I was slightly disappointed that all the services listed in the puppy bath and brush were not done when we picked him up. He smelled good and they brushed him out nicely. But the sanitary trim was not done. Neither was the paw pad trim. I guess our puppy nervous peed so they decided that was a good reason not to finish. We probably wont visit again because we want the job finished completely if we are paying for it. Or if they cant finish all the promised services they should discount their price.

I ve been taking my dog here for as long as they have been open and thought they had done a fantastic job. My dog just went to the vet and he has an ear infection that almost caused him to go deaf, due to the lack of ear cleaning that was supposed to be done. The vet said that it looked like it hadn t been done for over a year. With that being said time for a new groomer.

We love pooch cuts- we have a Weimaraner and a Bernese mountain dog and they look gorgeous every time we pick them up! Their staff is so nice and knowledgeable - and they know my dogs which makes us feel special. Very reasonably priced as well.

It was a great experience . My dog looked really cute. She was a little shorter than i expected but it will grow. I also didnt realize they pluck or pull all the hair in the ears. I didnt want that done. Overall, i will go back at this point. The price was reasonable too. Thanks

I had an amazing experience at Pooch Cuts & Bathing! They give you a time estimate when you drop off your dog and give you a call about 15 mins before your dog is all finished. It was an easy process and my pup was squeaky clean with lovely trimmed nails after. I felt confident that my dog was treated with care here and will definitely be back.

Prices are too high. $85 for an 8lb yorkie is absurd. When trying to schedule, a child always answers or returns the call. An adult doesnt get on the phone to answer actual questions. Been using groomers for my pup for years and very disappointed with how this place conducts business. The response to my review is proof enough the business isnt ran very well. The owner is defensive when someone is dissatisfied. I wasnt rude on my call but a child cant answer everything. I didnt try to schedule again AFTER trying to get information on how cancelations work. The fact I wasnt able to respond to the owners post after his rant is unprofessional. Note to owner: ALL reviews for services and prices reveal a lot. As for me not being welcomed back, well Im sure I stated I wouldnt return! Remember bad business practices news travels fast. Being honest and being rude are completely different. I hope you listen to the customers who rate the business low. Theres a reason.

Do NOT take your dog or puppy here. They will charge you to keep your pet in a kennel for FIVE hours or longer with no real explanation, on top of not completing the service you booked for. Understaffed and so unprofessional. Really unfortunate. The owner became extremely defensive and rude after calmly explaining an issue we had with the appointment. Would not recommend this place to anyone at all. Truly disappointing service. Im sure she will respond to this review trying to explain herself and blame my non-aggressive 8lb puppy, but the negative reviews couldnt be more accurate. The worst part is how rude she was to me. Dont take your pets here if you value your time or money.

I am so happy we found this place! They are so kind to the dogs and truly know what to do for what breeds. They got us in pretty quick, and were extremely communicative with us regarding times and pricing. They talked us through what to expect, and were so patient and loving with our Great Pyrenees. He looked and smelled amazing, and we have already set more recurring appointments here. 12/10 recommend!

Really liked bringing out dog here. Everyone was super friendly. Our dog can be a little difficult and we have had other groomers make comments about how hard she was but everyone here really liked our dog. Setting an appointment was super easy and our dog was so clean afterwards.

Super rude to customers. I am a first time dog owner and they were truly rude and unkind to me over the phone as I was asking questions. Unprofessional. I d much rather take my dog somewhere they are kind to me and him. Never planning on coming here. Just terrible.

Did a good job

Called about nail trimming and was given pricing. When I got there they said they needed a rabies certificate and that his tag wouldnt work. Drove a half hour there without being told that and then another half hour home. They were pretty rude and not polite or even remotely apologetic that I wasnt given that info before bringing my pet in.

Very happy we found this place! I took my Siberian Husky there and they all did such a wonderful job! Her coat is incredibly clean and soft! They took care of the shedding problem too and I m so impressed. Bonus was the cute little bow! Definitely coming back and highly recommend Pooch Cuts and Bathing :)

Imagine this, you call the shop ask when you can get in and how much they say 11 and for 77$ (Obviously I was expecting tax) It was 77$ becuase I have a Husky and I wanted the furmentation done so he doesnt shed as much or at all for a couple weeks. (Went to Paw by Paw in daybreak and made this happen) So 1. I get there and am told its now 87$ wich ends up being 93$ after tax I was a bit bummed but I was like thats alright I guess maybe the person on the phone didnt know whatever. 2. They tell me 3-4 hours. After 4 hours I CALL THEM and ask when is my dog gonna be ready? They say oh hes not done yet and we werent able to trim his nails becuase he wont let us. So whatever they charge for nail trim Im guessing 15$ included in the 93$ Im just paying for nothing. They ask me to come get him in about 30 minutes not knowing if hes gonna be done. 3. I get there and I can hear him yapping in the back and they go and grab him. He comes out all excited to see me and freaking out obviously, I pay and she then says oh by the way you should brush him when you get home and tomorrow becuase hes still shedding (At Paw by Paw I picked him up and he was perfect, nails were trimmed and he wasnt shedding) 4. So after I pay for this 93$ groom I then have to trim his nails myself and brush him. Waste of time and money.

Best groomer we ve used in our 8 years of living in the area and owning dogs. They listen to your concerns and they are amazing with the dogs. My usual anxiety ridden dog was just fine with them! Thank you! You have a client for life!

I am the 5th one star review in the past 3 months for this groomer. They are rude, they do not listen, they do not do a good job and truly do not care about you or your pet. They do what they want and charge an insane amount of money for it. They also tell you one price on the phone and then change it once you re at the store. Please look else where and save yourself the grief with these people.

Been bringing my two dogs here for over a year now. Got a text reminder at 7:00 PM the night before tried to call and cancel because I could not make my 10:00 AM appointment the next day because my family is quarantined because of COVID of course they send reminders right before they close, so I called right at 8:00 AM the next morning and the guy was rude and said I had to pay a $15 cancellation fee. I told him I would love to bring my dog in today but I kind of can t and at least I gave a 2 hour notice it was just for a bath and brush I am sure they filled the spot especially on a Saturday. Needless to say after that I don t think my dogs will be coming back here.

I ve been using these guys since we got our first puppy last year. I m very picky about how they look, and having her groomed every two weeks; and they ve always been exceptional with my puppy and scheduling. They ve even gone out of their way to stay late to make sure she s perfect. And they are always so kind and workable. We now have 2 puppies and they are just as exceptional with our new puppy as well. I was previously using a mobile groomer that charged me 60% more. So I m thrilled to have these guys so close and so affordable.

Pooch Cuts and Bathing is simply the best! They are always responsive to get us scheduled. Our two Siberian huskies look fabulous after each visit, and their friendliness and professionalism is always top-notch.

My dog has anxiety so he doesnt do well at most groomers. BUT Pooch Cuts and Bathing is the best groomer I have ever been to. They are so patient with my dog and has gotten to know his personality. I highly recommend them!

Dont get your dog cut here. They nickle and dime you for everything they can, been here twice and is always 20% more expensive when you pick them up than what they quoted me on drop off. Also, they dont communicate anything. There is a big cancellation fee that they never brought up, and the first time I came they told me the puppy cut would include a body trim. They only trim the face, and poorly at that (Ive had to fix it with the kitchen scissors both times). Worst of all, I brought up all of these issues with the staff during my visits, and they dont apologize or try to do anything to make the experience better; they just quote the rule book and tell you too bad. I wont be coming back here and neither should you.

I absolutely love these guys. They are friendly, personable, and always give my dogs the best care. My dogs love their spa day. They take all three at the same time.

LOVE THESE GUYS. We ve been taking our goldendoodle here for almost two years and she absolutely adores them. They are always so responsive, so accommodating and so friendly. We get so many compliments on our doodle s fur and I wish we could take the credit, but Pooch Cuts is where it s at! Would definitely recommend them to EVERYONE looking for an awesome groomer.

This is the only place we will take our corgi Caboose. He always gets nervous being left, but as soon as he sees the owner hes happy and comfortable. It says a lot about a groomer when your dog is excited to see them. He always leaves with the cutest puppy butt trim, they are the sweetest!

Best dog groomers around! My dogs love coming here (they hated going to petsmart). The owners love and care about your dogs and it shows. They understand the different breeds, how to cut them, and how they behave so they make sure it s a good experience for both you and your dogs. I will never take my Morkie and Pom anywhere else!

I have had such a good experience with Pooch Cut & Bathing. My three year old Cavapoo started coming here about a year ago and they make him look so good. They suggest certain things for his coat, ask your expectations of the type of cut you want, and communicate very well. I always get a call about half hour before he s ready. About a year ago I got another Cavapoo and I have exclusively taken him to Pooch Cut & Bathing. They acclimated him as soon as he was old enough as a puppy to come in for a wash and a pleasant experience. Since he s only gone there and he s always wagging his tail when he sees the owner. Family run and it really feels like it with my pups. They always make him look so cute, smell good, and he always leaves with a cute item of clothing(bandana, tie, ect). I appreciate them a lot!

My small dog needed a nail trim, as we just moved to town and it had been a while since her last one. I was told by the girl in the front I needed to provide proof of rabies vaccination. I showed her my dog s medical history my vet emailed to me when I moved, which clearly said Rabies Vaccine-3 Year and then clearly displayed the date of 07/14/2020. She told me that wasn t enough proof, and would not let me explain. I finally had to cut in and ask to speak and explained that meant the rabies vaccine expired 07/14/2023. That wasn t enough. She then pulled out an copy of an invoice for another client and said the difference with theirs was that there was a reminder for the rabies vaccine on the bottom that displayed the date. This woman is incompetent, and lost what would have been a consistent and loyal customer. I don t know if there was a language barrier or if she simply didn t know how to do math, but regardless don t come here unless the rabies vaccine has a reminder date on your records.

After using another groomer for a couple of years, I just had both my Goldendoodle and Malshi groomed at Pooch Cuts & Bathing for the third time in a row. The dogs look great, theyre happy, and the prices are very reasonable. It seems the secret is getting out, because this shop is booked 2-3 months in advance. But dont let the advance booking put you off, because their wait-list saved me. When I forgot to book a return visit one time, they put me on the wait-list, called me a couple weeks later, and we got the Goldendoodle groomed a week after that. Thats pretty good given the packed schedule they have. Im a fan of Pooch Cuts & Bathing.

I understand defending your business but blatantly calling customers Liars in very response without even acknowledging or apologizing and not even offering to talk to get more details is a huge red flag for me seems to be a few complaints about poor communication.

Amazing place for large fur balls! We have a German Shepherd and we always get a furminator and he always comes home with almost no shedding! We have tried many groomers in the area and this place is a little more expensive but totally worth it! The people are very friendly and care about the dogs! Great place!

Pooch Cuts and Bathing has been a great grooming facility for our dogs. They treat my dogs very well and know their names. We had a bad experience with another place that let our dog get out, and it was run over and killed. Pooch Cuts has been very sensitive to that and always makes sure we know they are doing everything they can to keep our dogs safe and happy. They are often able to get me in earlier than my appointment due to cancellations. They let me know ahead of time when my rabies certifications are about to expire. We love having a place close by that we feel we can trust with our dogs.

Pooch Cuts & Bathing are so professional. They always try to accommodate me everytime my dog tanji get messy from our hike. I have two chow chow which everytime they have their shower or grooming in here they looked gorgeous. I love Pooch Cuts & Bathing because they are the only which respect my preference of how I want my dogs to look after their grooming. They are great.

I just took my dog here for the basic walk-in package and a paw pad shave. I m honestly super pleased. I ve been dreading taking him in because I mostly groom him at home, but they made the experience great. They had him done super fast and my dog was super happy afterward (sometimes you hear horror stories about how a dog acts after being at a groomer). I was a little concerned that they didn t do the services as thorough because of how fast it was, but nope, they did an amazing job. So it was fast and done well. I was able to wait inside because my dog was well behaved during the service which made it nicer. And I talked to one of the groomers (or owner I believe) while I waited. He was very friendly and even gave me some tips for grooming my dog at home after I mentioned I do. It s nice to know they truly care about the dogs and aren t just in it for the money. I will definitely be bringing my dog here again.

They kept my dog for 3 hours in a kennel. We made an appointment and after those 3 hours they still hadn t cut my dogs hair. Once I told them I was going to pick up my dog either way they trimmed her face so that they could still charge us. They were extremely disrespectful over the phone. I will not be going back. Terrible customer service, they won t let you watch the process which is a huge red flag.

they had my dog for 3.5 hours and has still not cut her hair. they just had her in a kennel for who knows how long. When I called to ask about it the lady said I didnt love my dog and hung up on me. Vary unprofessional wow never take a dog there

My three generations of Yorkies are a handful on the best of occasions. Grooming is not on their list of fun time activities. That said, They always come home clean cut, well groomed and smelling nice. The shop is by far the cleanest that they have ever been taken too which I think reflects upon the way the business is run. All the services requested were done and done in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Pooch Cuts to everyone . Maddie, Zoey and Khaleesi give 5 stars also.

I called to set up an appointment. I tried to talk to them about some of their bad reviews thinking they were one off situations, but the young lady that worked there inadvertently confirmed they were not. Also her boss kept talking over her the entire time we were on the phone and I thought to myself If this lady can t even treat her associates well I m not gonna trust her with my dogs. SO unprofessional!

I love this place! They do such a great job and are so caring to my dog. I have a 70 lb English cream retriever that is absolutely terrified of blow dryers and they are so patient with him while trying to get him to tolerate it a little better (they usually just end up doing kennel dryer, but he does better and better each time with the blow dryer haha). I would definitely recommend them! My dog always looks great after!

Nichole is hands down the best groomer we have ever had. We have a pomeranian that not only has a long and beautiful coat, but her trachea collapsed last September and so she requires more gentle and precise care and in turn she takes a little longer to groom. Nichole has always done an EXCELLENT job with our energetic girl. Shes patient, kind, knowledgeable and extremely talented. My dog loves spending time with Nichole and always comes home happy and perfectly cut and clean! I will never go to another groomer. Nichole truly is top notch!

I am in love with this place! I had an emergency yesterday, one of my dogs had an accident in the cage while I was at work! And they were able to take my dogs in same day, they had wonderful customer service and took such great care of my animals! Plus I am so happy with the results! They smell so good and seem so happy! They took care of me and my babies! Will definitely be bringing my business here for now on!

Weve used this place numerous times for our two little poochies. They are great to work with, and the prices are reasonable. Weve used numerous places over the years, and this one is great.

Just picked up my Pyrenees. They did such a great job. Zero shedding and smells amazing. She came home happy. (They also have great things in place for covid precautions). Overall a great experience!

I have a husky who HATES getting her nails trimmed. One time it took 4 people to hold her down and she was not happy about it. This place did a great job and had one person cutting and one person talking to her. She was pretty happy when she came out. I m definitely going back here.

These folks do great work. I have them do their bath and Furminator service on our dog and he comes home shedding less, smelling great and with super-soft fur. They always finish earlier than promised and communicate very well.

Staff is friendly and engaging in and obviously cares a lot about the pets they service. Price is reasonable and the cuts are good.

The customer service was great and scheduling was flexible. The groomer was awesome and my boy looked beautiful. I will be returning in the future.

While this shop is new, Misty has been our dogs groomer for years. Years ago, we had a husky, Sasha, that was so difficult to work with that Sasha had been banned from several grooming salons. Misty was so patient and kind with her - Misty was Sashas only groomer for life. When we eventually got another dog (labradoodle), we were thrilled to find Misty again! Shes been Marcus groomer for the 2 years we have had him. He was groomed today and looks so handsome! Thanks Misty!

They are very sweet and loving to your pet, they really pay good attention to detail and are very knowledgeable about different breeds styles and cuts, and they keep their salon very clean. Actually took care of my pup properly. Better than PetSmart. They took the time to shape the hair on my labradoodles ears and they put her health before style. Fantastic job.

This is a nice option for somewhere close to get my dog groomed. It is roughly the same price as PetSmart. I like that I was able to get in day of and he came out smelling good and with a cute banana! The only thing keeping this from a 5 start review is that I paid for the package that I thought included it all, but his paw hairs didnt get cut. He is a lab, so he doesnt get haircuts, but I have come to expect the hair in between his pads to get cut when we do the higher package grooming. I know Petsmart does it for us without having a haircut package. Besides that, I would definitely recommend and take my dog back. She was very friendly and the facility seemed very clean.

Wow. Just wow. I have never been turned away before from a dog washing place. Our dog gets crazy dirty so we want him clean, we show up and they are not busy at all place is empty and get told to come back with an appointment. Do you really not want cash on a day that your dead??

Took my doodle in for grooming showed a picture of what I wanted he came out looking nothing like what I wanted. Besides him not looking like the picture, he looks terrible. The grooming of the face is a hack job. Everything was completely shaved down, yet leaving him a poofy tail. he just doesn t look right.

They took really good care of my senior pup. He can be a hard dog to work with cause he is deaf and blind but they made him feel comfortable and look his best! Clean, efficient and outstanding work. Youll be happy you took your dog there! Positive
