The Walmart is great at Bangerter and 10400 S.! Especially the Pharmacy! They take care of you and help with every big and little want and need. You can t go wrong with them!

I had an older cashier and she didnt care about my food or items. I mean, I bought cookies, and she was slamming them around and put them in the bag upside down. Now the frosting is on the lid and not the dang cookie.

What else is there to say about Walmart? The one thing I hate the most, honestly is the consumers. They never put anything back when they dont want to buy it for whatever reason. They just put it somewhere in the store. Heck give it to a staff member they will take care of it. Otherwise Walmart is Walmart.

This place is a reliable disappointment. Last time I was here I got aggressively panhandled. This time they didnt have what I was looking for. So on the way out I tried to buy a Coke from the foyer vending machine and instead it gave me a the wrong thing and a punctured can spraying drink everywhere. I hate this place. Had a friend to give me an Xbox Xbox has never been open never been used ask if I could exchange it for something else was told we dont do that unless you have the original card and receipt. As for a manager was told there is no such thing as a manager on Sunday go pound sand. I have a brand new Xbox with no damage all the parts everything is there its only been opened once and theyre not willing toexchange it. Whoever the whoever the kid was was the lead and he said theres no one here other than him and he cant do anything because we dont do that very helpful very very helpful if I could I would give a

I bought a frozen Rotisserie chicken (2) because it was late and they did not have any dress made. It was the worse mistake. I got stomach sick. I have requested at customer service to not sell the rotisserie chicken after a day because they make people sick. The lady said that she couldn t make that request to the manager in church of the deli.

Very limited range on what they provide vs other Walmarts. Can hardly ever find what I need here.

Store is well organized, and shelves are usually stuffed full, so youll always find what youre looking for.

The self check out lines are back.... yeahhhhh. I am able to check out quickly and always tempted by the candy impulse buying ha ha

They carry everything I want and pickup service saves a lot of time. The pharmacy is great and has helped me out of a jam a time or two. I can get my vaccines there. Prices are low. Harmons is a nicer store but more expensive.

I had a surprisingly pleasant and positive experience at the south Jordan Walmart. They had everything I needed to make Costa Rican chicken and rice and I was able to check out with the app and a minute or two. Convenient.

It is one of my first places to visit when buying appliances.

This place is ran by high schoolers but overall a great place to shop. Great selection and lots of parking. Sometimes the grocery pickup is a little unorganized but they have everything. Very busy.

I love the guy who works at the 104th & South Jordan Parkway location because he is always singing oldies at the top of his lungs while stocking the shelves. Its hilarious and awesome! I wish there were more self check out lanes utilized to make it faster to go through. Decent clearance items are regularly out. Always cluttered with stocking boxes but clean store overall. Helpful workers.

I was very sad to see the Garden Shop s plants were all almost dead due to not watering them. I tried to do it myself, but the water wasn t turned on. The tomato plants were just starting to have tomatoes but doubt they will make it. I did go to customer service to tell them to please have one of your many employees working right now to WATER THOSE PLANTS!

Please, as a long time customer... real question here: What is Happening? I bought what said was Onion bagels and they arent ONION bagels at all!! Poppy Seeds, which raises a huge concern: Why and How and What is happening at this Walmart for this to happen? I have the purchase ticket.

Went to return an item last night, was told that the customer service center closes at 9 pm but opens at 6 am. I go in to the center just past 6:30am and wait, use the call button several times. Just before 7am the nice lady at self check out tells me no one is there...never have I ever been this livid at a business. I work graveyards and this was a massive inconvenience. Absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention that the call button said someone was on their way multiple times...

I found exactly what I needed super quickly, and it was not too busy.

First of all it was late at night stalkers stocking their shelves and not letting their customers in the aisle Waze just poor attitudes

I really like this location. Its generally not extremely busy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Stock is well maintained and there is a good variety of options available. Pokemon cards on Thursday or Friday.

The store is clean and stocked with the usual selection of items. The fruit selection was actually pretty good for a Walmart. Checkout lines moved at an average pace. Prices were exactly what you would expect from any Walmart, and the overall shopping experience was adequate. Nothing stands out as exceptional, but it gets the job done. It was your typical Walmart experience.

Ordered online pick up and tried to reschedule it from tomorrow to today. I called the store and asked them to reschedule it. They could not. I asked if I resubmited the order today would I be able to pick it up today. They said yes, but yet they cannot just change the order to pick up tdoay. Instead, I have to cancel the order and then individually find and add everything back in my cart and hope that after doing that there are still slots available to pick it up today... Smiths provides much better online ordering and customer service both from the app and when you call them.

Thought it was nice got asked by a few employees how they could help me i asked if they had a poker chip set and they did in and out with no problems interactions are short and sweet so thats fine by me

I came in to town about a week ago. And was told that my trailer would be safely parked at Walmart, at least for a night or 2 and all I got was. Its not gonna be okay for me to be there. Im not gonna be safe and its the place that people know that you can go there for at least in night. It was a nightmare because I thought I would come into this town to be okay, thank God, my friends found a hotel that I was able to park my trailer and now I am safe and healthy. I wont even go to that walmart to shop because of how I was treated.

I hate this store. Staff is rude and not helpful. Wouldn t look up a price for an item missing a tag, found it online and they still didn t help me. Update: asked an employee to help me find an item and they just said, no .

Checkout #14 would not release the electronic theft devices on 2 TVs I was buying. Said it would be easier for at customer service. I then had to wait in line, then show a receipt, and lift the tv boxes onto the counters, to have them removed. Extra 20 minutes of my day I didnt have available.

This Walmart location is convenient, however one employee was extremely rude. I walked in the Walmart to the bakery and forgot the mobility scooter, because my right leg gives out at times, and jogged back to the entry to get one. I got on and was denied it because I ran back, so I obviously was not disabled. Her excuse was that the Walmart was busy, which it was not, and its for people for real disabilities. Luckily, I was with my sister, who had to help me walk through half the store. Not to mention the awful accessibility to the front bathroom. There was someone who was on the mobility scooter stuck in the entryway because the hallway is extremely tiny, only for walking people to enter. Just a note, not all disabilities are visual.

Typical circuses ran by the overseers of hell known as the Walmart corporation. The new norm with expired or close to expired food and the cheapest made goods in all the lands, and by cheap, I dont mean least expensive. Other than that, yeah, I mean, its a Walmart.

Not sure why Walmart just has to remodel during the day-when most people shop- instead of overnight. Seems kinda dumb. Shelves are empty and you already trip over the order pickers who never notice youre there anyways.

I hate when they change the products of their isles

Yesterday there were 2 end caps full of marked down notebooks I picked up a couple and they rang up full price. The cashier argued they must have been put in the wrong spot by another customer and didn t want to honor the price. The last few times I ve been there prices are not the same at check out as they are on the shelf.

Amon, or amonohvir? (Cant spell it) has to be the worst one here. Rude, short, and super unwilling to help. Heard him consistently be rude to his coworkers as well.

They have no staff forcing you to use self checkout, but the lines are ridiculously long, then they want to check your receipts at the door. I hate talking to people, so I understand the self checkout but I am tired of the excessive lines a line to checkout then a line to get out of the door.

Literally walk into this Walmart very rarely because of how POORLY stocked they are. Every time I try again I m reminded why I just don t shop there. WHY is this Walmart the worst!? The grocery Walmart should have been kept open and this Walmart torn down. I mean come on- why can every other Walmart be stocked but this one can t be!? Like the GM is afraid of loosing their bonus if they stock their shelves. It s terrible!!! Someone needs to screw their heads on much tighter with running this location.

I still love Walmart. Plus they have their gas stations with low prices.

As a Walmart+ member, I used the scan and go feature in the app. It was such a timesaver! I only needed a few things, so it was no trouble to scan as I put things in the app. The store is being spruced up, but that didnt cause any shopping problems.

The clerk only rang up half my order and ended the transaction. She was still busy talking to someone she didnt pay attention to what she was doing. When I told her the rest of the items were mine as well she literally huffed and scanned the rest so I had to run my card a second time. I rarely go to this store and this is why. The items are always in stock, excellent produce and meat selection, but the customer service is not what I expect.

I ate the deli here, and on two occasions, I got sick from eating the food and threw it all up. Staff in the online order section is unfriendly and seem stressed.

This is my absolute favorite Walmart to shop at. The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable.

I m leaving one star because I couldn t leave zero. I came here with my family to get things for the holiday. And the whole time from the moment we walked in we had been glared at by the Walmart workers. Me and my mom were followed around the store by one lady. She would stand a little bit of a distance away or she would be diagonal from us and she would stand there at give us nothing but rude glares. And we had gone through about the whole store and wherever we would be, she would be there as well. My dad was getting food for the holiday, and got yelled at by another worker, saying he needed to move. And as we had hit the self checkout I had been glared at the whole time. Being at this store had made me extremely uncomfortable by the workers. I won t come here again.

Terrible customer service

This Walmart is a bit ghetto. They dont have a lot of normal things. Staff are weird, and are either sitting at the registers, or just aimlessly wandering around like they are stoned. They have recently updated the store, to try and look more like a Target. It looks better, but the staff are still inept.

Really bad outdoor service spent more then an hour waiting and no body came to help me even called costumer service and nothing happened

Kevin Carle is so rude that I have charged him twice and it is very annoying. Walking away does not listen to the Client. We spend a lot of money at Walmart and he doesnt care about the overcharges and is very rude when talking to his girlfriend on the phone. First you must choose the Client, who will be the administrator of your store.

Customer care was great tonight. We were greeted and felt very welcome tonight. A great experience and found what we were looking for easily. Associates were very helpful.

I hate the new renovations. It looks nice but the aisles are so small it makes me feel claustrophobic. You are constantly bumping into other shoppers and god forbid you need to turn you car around in the aisle. This review was prompted by a visit where I had to literally wait for at least three people in an aisle to move through the path while I was stood horizontally to the aisle shelves bc there was no room! I can t even imagine how terrible this is for people who are overweight or/and need the mobility scooters

I really dont like when you go there and ask for help, they dont speak English, so you have to wander around for 10 minutes to find some one that does. I like to go in a store and get what I want and leave.
