Harmons Daybreak in South Jordan

I love harmons ready made section. Specifically they re ready made $8 soups, however, recently I have noticed that the ingredients are raw. Bought the broccoli cheddar soup and the broccoli was hard as rocks in the soup. Not good at all, and for $8?? The quality of the food definitely depends on the location. The soup at Harmons in Daybreak is NOT good.

Salad bar is extensive, their soups are like homemade, their burger place has SO MANY OPTIONS for toppings!

Always a good experience. Just wish the meat counters chicken sausages were available year round

Its a nice store. Even small, they have everything I need. It is a little pricier, and their donuts arent the best, even for other grocery stores, but their deli items are great.

I live in the neighborhood and love that Landon keeps it local and builds relationships with customers to where you can call and he makes you feel like he knows you and he s there ready when you are. The homie packs things gets em ready he understands how to respect people and get respect and I don t know why anyone would go anywhere else; speaking from a Brazilian I know the cuts and you gets the picanha and you can t find fresher who treats you like that truly anywhere else in town and I feel blessed he s down the street and I can call him on Christian Eve stressin and he comes thru like that, thank you!

My favorite little store.

I like this store because it has the self scanning AI machine that lets you walk out of the store without paying for anything but actually pays for it but you dont even notice because its so high tech and advanced. The future is so cool I posted this from my fridge

I usually prefer Harmons over other stores because of the healthier options. HOWEVER, this store has a Trash selection. Extremely small parking lot, all three times ive been here self checkout has glitched and had issues. Items in bakery and deli are ALL very overpriced. There is a price increase here on everything. Go to walmart down the road, winco up the street, or if you are a real die hard harmons fan, there is one off redwood 9 min away from here and it is much more improved. Overall this store needs improvement. 3/10. Saying its okay is being extremely generous.

It s a great store with a nice cafe and a variety of products.

So I bought some chicken breasts and in the package it stated 4 hand trimmed chicken breasts. When I hot home, opened up the package getting already to cook then there were only three chicken breasts. Because they are vacuum packed you cant see each individual breast but you would assume Harmons was telling the truth. So it says 4 chicken breasts, but you pay the price and get three. Whats up with that??? I like Harmons, but I feel they are way over priced. Your payimg for an really nice looking store but lets be honest how much time do you spen in the store. I get my stuff and go. I end up going to Smiths or Lees to get the same thing for a cheaper price.

I had some friends over for a get together. Landon in the meat department was instrumental in making the evening a success. Landon went above and beyond.

I love Harmons I walk over most days for a salad or treat. The staff is always friendly and helpful. A couple years ago there was a delicious chocolate torte dessert in the bakery that I would get all the time and top with some raspberries. I still look for it every day.. would love for Harmons to bring it back!

Everything about this Harmons is amazing BUT a year ago we had issues with all of the Once Upon a Farm baby smoothies being pretty expired in the fridge and we let management know and now a year later there is still an issue. Went in today and half of the fridge was expired 5/27. Wouldn t normally write a review but with it being a food fed to babies and toddlers I feel like this should be a bigger concern for them.

Harmons in Daybreak has the BEST employees and management staff. Rachael Urry is knowledgeable, friendly, and takes care of her customers as well as employees. High quality food AND people there! And just look at this!!

Harmons Daybreak is a great grocery store! I love the location, its so convenient for everyone in Daybreak. They have great promotions on their app, its a great way to save money on groceries. I always check the app before I go shopping to see whats on sale. One of my favorite things about Harmons Daybreak is the burger place upstairs. Its a great place to go for a quick bite to eat or to sit and have a meal. The burgers are so delicious and they have a variety of toppings to choose from. Harmons Daybreak is a great grocery store, youve got to try it! You wont be disappointed. And dont forget to check out their app for promotions and the burger place upstairs for a delicious meal. Its a great place to go for groceries and a bite to eat.

Definition of shrink-flation

Harmons has great fruit and produce but holy cow they overcharge big time! $20 for a small bowl and $50 for a large tray. Way out of control and the definition of greed and price gouging. Lock it up Harmons! You ARE the most expensive grocery store in UT.

Great service, they ran out of bands for my corsage which delayed me by about 15 minutes but gave me a free donut. Love this place and it s employees

We bought a variety box of cookies from the bakery. When we got home and tried the pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, they were hard and dry. The pumpkin cookies are normally very soft. All the other cookies were just as stale. It seems like they had a bunch of old cookies, so they threw them together in a variety pack. Im very disappointed in the bakery. The frozen food people are awesome though. The one girl helped me find all the vegetarian stuff I wanted.

Placed an order for gender reveal cupcakes and explained that I would like some filling in a specific color at the center of the cupcakes. Girl on the phone said Like a gender reveal? I said Yes She said Okay no problem! We do those all the time! and none of the cupcakes that we had ordered had any filling in them. Ruined the occasion.

This is a new Harmons location and super cute! The first floor is the grocery store and the second floor is Just Burger (a place you can buy burgers). They have a big ready meal section. The other sections are a bit smaller. The ready meal stuff taste great-love the chicken curry and the red pepper hummus.

Absolutely innapropriate practices from the pharmacy, will be filing a formal complaint through Harmons and a formal utah business/pharmacy practice complaint. We went in for a strep test, and after checking heart rate they said they needed to refer us to a physician because mild tachycardia doesnt permit a strep test. Mild tachycardia is normal in illnesses, we are both medical professionals and are aware of this. Referring a patient is fine. However, even though they couldnt do the test, they said we could not have a refund or even partial refund on the money back we paid for the strep test they couldnt perform, and that it is policy to keep it. This is unethical, many Harmons have had self testing blood pressure/heart rate stations. To take a forehead temperature and heart rate costs nothing to perform and was 45 seconds. No strep test was performed. No labs were performed. No diagnosis was given. No prescription was recommended. To keep all $40 for a pulse check is absolutely unethical, and higher management and utah business/pharmacy practices will be contacted.

I would get your flowers elsewhere. My husband brought home a dozen red roses for our anniversary today. He stopped at Harmons because we have always bought really fresh flowers from them. He went to the Daybreak store because it is close to his work, but we typically get them from the Taylorsville Harmons. When I opened the plastic to cut the stems, the flowers all fell apart. I was left with a pile of leaves and petals and had to handle the roses very carefully to avoid further petals and leaves from falling off. I finally said, this isnt right, you need to call them. He was instructed to take them back, which he did. Daybreak is 30 minutes from home. Our dinner plans have been delayed by an hour and the surprise of flowers was ruined. Dont get flowers from this Harmons unless you inspect them very carefully. Im actually very surprised they sold a product this terrible. Lesson learned; we will only get flowers from the Taylorsville location in the future.

Me and my friend went to get a donut because the harmons donuts are cheap and awesome but also we were going to get a gift card (visa) then we went to the bakery cashier because the other cashiers were full then this girl named Gabby was like yes i could activate the gift card but a minute later she was like i pranked you guys then laughed at us then she wasted our time but we were fine with it but then we went to the cashier and a bit later when the other one was activating our gift card, gabby interrupted and was like i dont know how to activate it and laughed at us again so please dont let that happen and she wasted our time

Quality of products and service are both great, and the accessibility to Daybreak is an added bonus.

Was waiting in line at the bakery in the morning. one of the bakery employees didnt acknowledged me and proceeded to acknowledged everyone else in line. She then acknowledged someone who wasnt even in the line and helped him out and completely skipped me in the process. The other worker was the cashier who saw me waiting in line and still proceeded to help the other person who wasnt in line. Terrible way to start my day in what once was my favorite store.

Love the variety!

Milk has been running low, or has been completely out the last 3 times I ve been here. Being a smaller store, I understand the limited choices available; and I can usually find what I need except for a handful of items I have to go to a larger store for. They need to make sure tho that the basics are stocked.

this location is absolutely awful- I would rather go out of my way to visit any other harmons over this one. The person running it, I believe their name is Nicci, is absolutely not someone who represents the company well. The employees all seem miserable and it seems like there are not nearly enough of them. The company should fire Nicci and hire a lot more workers

I love this location! I came on here to say just that and was reading through the comments. There are some bashing the store manager, they all seem to be written exactly the same, maybe the same person? Nicci is a FANTASTIC store manager. I would shop here over any other store because of her. I have had to ask her for assistance on several occasions and she is always so helpful and kind. All of her interactions I have seen with employees are simply amazing. You will NOT be disappointed by shopping at this location.

I ve been a loyal customer since they opened. Nicci and Dani are amazing. They make sure everyone is taken care of, they are so kind to the employees and customers and go out of their way to make everyone leave happy. They are assets to Harmons

I have shopped at Harmons in South Jordan for years, but after shopping at the Harmons in Day Break, I will never go anywhere else. The store is kept spotless, everything is fresh in the meat counter and bakery. Before I left I asked who the manager was and was told it was Nicci Rivetti, when I asked to speak with her she came right out, and was the most gracious person, I thanked her for keeping such a well run store in my neighborhood. Kudos to you Nicci on an exceptionally run store.

I shop at this location. The store is always clean and all the employees are happy and helpful. Nicci is always helpful and smiling, you can tell she cares about the customers and employees and is shows. Keep up the great work Daybreak!

I have lived in Daybreak for several years and we are so happy to have our own Harmons . It is such a great store , we love our cheese night thanks to Nicci the store director who makes this such a great time , I now take a few relatives to join in. Great store Nicci and the rest of the staff are the best. I love to come eat there for lunch best salad bar. And deli around .

Nice neighborhood grocery store, limited brand selection and a bit pricey on some items but all the panty staples and a pretty great salad and soup bar. Also, if you want to grab a good burger and fries, Just Burgers is upstairs...!!

Harmons Daybreak does what other grocery stores in America wont do: encourage walkable and easily accessible urban environments. No longer will people around here be forced to drive, cross a sea of asphalt, and load up a weeks worth of groceries. Now, we can plan and shop as needed, getting fresher food, better ingredients, and an overall net gain on happiness.

Beautiful, small location with more than you d expect. The Just Burgers grill up top closes at 9pm as does the Gelateria down below. They are NOT open until the store closes at 10pm.

Excellent store. I noticed how friendly the staff of the store welcomes everyone with open arms. When I was there the staff and management were walking around making sure everyone in the store were being taken care of. Thank you Harmons Daybreak for making my shopping experience an excellent experience.

If you are a foodie and love to cook this, store inspires, Lovely Wandering! It is beautiful and inviting. The staff is happy and helpful. Retail is Alive and well in the eyes of Harmon s executives that planned and executed this wonderful store. We will always enjoy this store!!

Wonderful layout and experience with shopping. Feels like you are walking through a giant food pantry with everything you could want at your fingertips. Bravo Hamons, you knocked it out of the park here.

Wow. I love this store. I wish it had the Cooking Classes like some of the other Harmons, but so far this store has exceeded my expectations.

Cutest little Harmons! The restaurant upstairs, Just Burgers is pretty good. It s expensive but the food is good. The workers at Harmons are just always so friendly. Great addition to the community!

Nice addition to Daybreak. Hopefully people will walk or ride to the store more often than not. Two issues. The store is kept too chilly. The music is so dated. Other than that I love being able to walk there.

I m not sure about the rest of the grocery store, but I stopped in to grab a coffee because we were out by the water and I was cold. Before I even got a word out the lady who was running the register snapped We stop serving coffee at 7. It was about 7:10, so I was fine with not ordering anything. I told her I didn t know because I d never been in before and I hadn t been able to find hours for the cafe. She snapped again That s just how things are around here. Come back another time. As I was leaving I said I won t be back and she shouted Yes you will. It was totally bonkers. I did call and speak with a manger. No, I m not a Karen I was just completely shocked by the interaction.

Staff is super friendly

Had a GREAT experience today at this Harmons. First, Michelle in the pharmacy was amazing and did a rapid step test for $20. I ve only had the run around experience at doctors offices here in Utah just trying to do a quick 5 minute test. So, come here to do rapid strep test for $20. Then, I shopped around and one employee in the produce was so helpful for me and went all the way downstairs to get me freshly cut butternut squash. All of the employees I interacted with today at this location were kind, friendly, and loved their jobs. I am so grateful to have had such a positive experience in this grocery store as I feel like the majority of Utah is saturated with Karen s. Thank you Daybreak Harmons, I will be back!

The walls are so compact I thought they were closing in on me like in the movies

My best harmon friend didn t know I was having a bad day and just made it! I talked about how much I loved their pumpkin cookies and she offered me one :,) this is why harmons keeps me so loyal!!! This will be my home store for future, thank you for making my day and reminding me why I keep coming back!

So the employees are really nice outgoing and over all had nothing but awesome things to say about then all way to go Harmons love it!!!

Special ordered stuff on the 15th to pick up on the 17th at 10:30. At 11 it still wasnt done. Disappointed. First order ever put in.

solid grocery store!

This Harmon s location has the absolute best employees around. I live 1 minute from here, so I come here often out of convenience. While I prefer that the District location has full stock and a drive-thru pharmacy (I have 4 kids that I don t always want to drag into stores), this location has exceeded my customer service expectations every time. As a business owner myself, I am very aware of what customer service should be. This location has a smaller capacity for stock, but they have majority of the brands I prefer. I can t say enough about their employees constantly taking initiative to go above and beyond their duties and expectations... and it s a beautiful location with yummy burgers upstairs to boot!

I have never loved going to a grocery store before but the employee and customer service is beyond amazing. They are so helpful and nice even when you re looking for a center piece one minute before they close on thanksgiving day.

I bought a tiramisu and its rancid and bad taste was unbelievable. That helps me to NOT buy there again. Everything is old and tastes bad.

Such a great store. The associates don t seem overworked and they re always genuine. There s this lady with pronoun pins and she s the absolute sweetest. While the prices are a bit higher, it s more than worth it.

I am here every twice week to week. Grass fed waygu burgers and tallow for the fries and premium fish, gourmet buns and Boars Head cheese. Real food, not wheat and seed oil fillers, really great fast as possible service. The best burger and fries in the world, highest quality ingredients and staff

today i went to this location and i had the strangest experience. i went in and got all of my needed things and then i went to checkout. i went to the checkout lane with an actual cashier and the first thing i did was ask a question. the cashier didn t know so i asked the bag girl and then when she didn t know she was being very snappy at me. then she asked another lady and the lady answered my question and made me feel stupid about it. then i paid in exact change cause i m poor and the bagger girl (named gaby) looked at me like i was utterly stupid. when i was done checking out she didn t even put my stuff in a bag. then i went upstairs to eat my sandwich and when i was done and went downstairs again she was staring at me so hard. please consider talking to your girl gaby and tell her that she needs to up her customer service game! otherwise i love this harmons!

Cute Harmons that is modern looking on the outside. Got a cute plant from here. Self checkout was a little finicky but the attendant was helpful
