Nate the manager was very kind & polite. He made me feel like part of the family. Although this is my 2nd Natural Grocers, it seemed a little small, but still has a lot of great items youre probably looking for. The register lady helped me set up my membership too. Addendum; things changed a lot past 2 years. Today, a new young black lady with a perm had her hair brushing up against my food. She wasnt too bright either as I told her to ring up the waters as 2 gallons. A manager came out and told me they can only do gallons. Instead of arguing how she didnt listen and how he should train her better at the register, I decided to hold my tongue. I love Natural Grocerers but I wont be coming back to this location.

The store is clean, with good layout, and generally well stocked. The people who work there are helpful and friendly. Equally important, this store has healthy alternatives to foods I must avoid. Among various other foods, I need to be dairy-free AND grain-free as well as gluten-free. This store is stocked with foods I can enjoy. Plus, Natural Grocers carry the best pasta (Cappello brand in the freezersection) that I highly recommend. (Yes, Cappello is pricey but well worth it for an occasional splurge.) Natural foods is a great place to shop overall, and their prices are reasonable in comparison to other healthfood grocery stores.

I love this store. They have great proces on supplements. I dont see them cheaper online. We also love to buy snacks with clean ingredients there. Lately I like Honey Mama Chocolates in the refrigerated section.

Awesome little store with all your organic groceries and supplements. Staff was extremely friendly. No bags, only boxes (if they have some left) so bring your own bags. Fairly priced as well I might add.

They have a lot of good quality supplements you cant find as readily anywhere else. I like that. I also love the idea of a store like this in the neighborhood that isnt Whole Foods. But every time Ive gone here to get green produce, none of it looks good. The few times I take the risk and get something that looked semi decent, I get home and its rotten inside. Id love to support this business. But Harmons accross the street does manage to have great quality organic greens, and very often fresh. This place should too.

Natural grocers is the best place for exotic mushrooms or anything vegan. They also have an incredible supply of high quality meat if you are in to that. All of their produce is organic and reasonably priced. Absolutely LOVE them!!

Ive found some amazing products here! This antibiotic ointment lasted us half a year, and works extremely well to help heal cuts! I went to get more today but they couldnt find it, but Wendy was super helpful and got me something that works similarly. I hope they get this back in stock soon!

I wish more people visit the store. They have a lot of organic produce and the staff are very helpful. It is sad that not many people visit the store and it is a bummer, because they carry good, and healthy produce.

It can be a bit unclear what is where, but theyve got great selection of things like soap, lotion, deodorant, etc., which is what I mostly visit for.

We usually love shopping here but there was an issue with our card and come to find out they reported fraud on our card and thats wrong , passing judgement on people. Shame on you. But hey thats you I guess. We will shop at a different location.

We LOVE Natural Grocers!! Love them absolutely, Im grateful to have a true health-oriented grocery store only 10 minutes from home. Much more affordable than Whole Foods, and we love the selection. The only downsides are that their produce is not always fresh, weve made the mistake of purchasing milk, fresh rosemary, etc and gotten home to find they are rotten. We watch expiration dates and check the produce a little more carefully now.

Great place to eat organic, get vitamins, tea, produce and hygiene products. It has the farmers market feel that sprouts once had. Definitely stop here for fresh food, natural products, herbs and supplements.

I love this store! Every staff member has always been so polite and helpful to me. I love checking in produce deals, supplements, chocolate bars, skin care, haircare, organic or cage free eggs, cheeses, Amys food items (frozen), and protein bars (chilled). Sometimes youll find samples of skin or hair care. Sometimes youll go in and there will be great deals you werent expecting. They have tons of homeopathic remedies. They have tons of tonics and tinctures. They have mens and womens powders, collagen, bone broth, and turmeric. You can join the list for their newsletter and make sure you always input your phone number before you pay at the checkout. Bring your own bags or use their empty boxes for your items. Once in a while your purchase may qualify you for a free reusable shopping bag.

They have always carried what I needed and I have never been disappointed until a year ago they no longer carried Dulse because the company who sold it stop sending it. So sad. I hope they bring it back. Everyone is very friendly and courteous the store is always very clean.

A little pricey but got some good produce.

We love shopping here because their prices are actually affordable compared to other health food stores. They have a Great organic produce selection, huge variety of different frozen paleo/gluten free/specialty foods, and unique healthy skin products. Theyre also really helpful and give free advice on vitamin and herb supplements.

I used to shop here alot and and it honestly made me feel so much better walking in there than harmons or walmart, I love the idea of a all organic store, it just makes me feel better about what Im eating. I would honestly LOVE to work here.

I was really impressed! I love the atmosphere. It is quiet and not very busy. You can tell the workers truly care about the customers. They were very kind and helpful. The prices are cheaper than Harmons! This place is a gem and Im excited to shop here now.

This store is clean, organized, and has a fantastic selection of all kinds of natural products. The produce is good, but they also have great body products and a lot of sales on those brands. Their natural supplement/medicine selection is fantastic as well. I can always spend a long time browsing and finding gems at natural grocers!

Expensive, low stocked, not very friendly employees, no bags for your groceries if you are lucky and find some boxes boxed your own groceries.. to me its not worth it...

Mostly organic/healthy options. Small and not crowded. Definitely a good place for some yum healthy snacks!! Wide variety of nutrition bars, fruit, frozen healthy sweets, supplements, etc. The best part of all is probably how fresh the produce is, especially the blueberries.

I shop here for gluten free items I cant find anywhere else.

Nice store but no groceries bags

Sadly, Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Natural Grocers does not enforce the mandate for their customers to wear masks. On my last visit, I inquired about this to the cashier after noticing none of the other customers wearing a mask. The cashier herself was dutifully wearing one. She claimed their maskless customers put up so much of a fight, and that they just kind of conceded to them after a while. Earlier, a customer was walking around without a mask and coughing, and rolling her eyes at me when she saw I was wearing one. Wearing a mask is such a simple, mindless thing that takes no effort, and has been proven to prevent the spread. The science is real. The tests are real. The real-life examples are real. The numbers are real. The hospitals struggling to give care to so many sick patients is real. Seems like the anti-maskers have taken over this store, because all the others including the Harmons across the street wont let you through the doors without one. I cannot support a business that allows such irresponsible behavior. To those in a risk group, or to the elderly: Avoid this store location.

Natural grocers is the only grocery store I shop at because they are not ignorant to that fact that not everyone needs to wear a mask. Staff is always friendly, great products, and it is nice to go someone and not be treated like a terrorist for not wearing a mask, even if you might have a medical condition. Thank you natural grocers for supporting each individuals right to choose what is best for their lives, from products to policies.

Natural Grocers is awesome. I have trouble buying some types of food at regular grocery stores due to my food sensitivities. I went there today to buy whipped cream for Thanksgiving and left with 10 other items that Id never find anywhere else. I highly recommend this store for anyone with food sensitivities or allergies, or just food conscious people.

Perfect customer service

I love Natural Grocers and especially this location. Legitimately everyone who works here is great and they have the supplements, herbs, beverages, and food that any self-respecting hippy would need to survive.

They have everything we need from vitamins and supplements to groceries and a great deal to fill up on reverse osmosis water! Also lots of great dairy and gluten alternatives so we can avoid our food allergies.

They are always friendly and willing to help. I know most of them by name now, and they offer good quality food at a lower price than Whole Foods or Sprouts. This store hired great people!

They have a great selection of healthy foods. They are a bit pricey, but anywhere that has natural and organic foods will charge more.

You can sometimes find reasonable deals on organic produce, but usually not despite their attestation to the contrary. I generally find Sprouts to be a preferable alternative.

Great food to buy

Natural Grocers is awesome! They have a great selection of healthy food that is minimally processed. The staff is always awesome and the place is always clean. The prices are abit higher but it is nice to not be tempted by big brands.

All their produce is 100% organic and I believe everything else in their store is non- gmo. Way better then sprouts and whole foods because there isnt cross contamination from non organic produce. I really admire a company who takes a pledge against harmful pesticides and artificial flavorings. The staff is always super friendly and has brought in items I really wanted. They have a special order form available at check out (say if you wanted to order a whole case of something just for you) and when they have in store sales, man is it a sale!

So expensive and staff is a bit odd, but quality of stuff is really good!

Whole organic foods at reasonable (for whole organic) prices.

Came here to get Safflower oil 1 of the 2 needed oils to make home made dog food. Couldnt find the safflower oil anywhere else and was pleasantly surprised by their prices. These stores normally are way overpriced but the the walnut oil I juat purchased at Walmart was half the price here. Will definitely be back for unique ingredients in the future.

Wow!!! Went in for an interview and came out with a new grocery store to shop at regularly!!! Cant wait to go back! The money Im saving over Sprouts is really making me happy!!! Staff was super helpful and friendly!

Its funny that Sprouts is a lot more popular. I thought Natural Grocers was expensive but Sprouts is worse in many cases. For being a smaller store, Natural Grocers has a pretty well-rounded selection, especially for the supplements! Id give Natural Grocers five stars if they were more affordable. I try to be supportive but some of the products are crazily overpriced. Ive randomly checked a few items and some are actually very competitive and reasonable while other items are about $5 to $15 higher in-store than online. I have to laugh at one of the other reviewers comments mentioning that the staff is a bit odd. The lady that does the overhead advertisements for the store confirms that. Theres also a girl whos been working at the store for a few months who is one of the strangest people Ive met. The majority of the staff is quite friendly, including a couple new people theyve recently hired, so thats a plus! In the long-run, I dont see this location staying in business if they dont increase the amount of foot traffic. Hopefully that wont be the case because the store is in an easy access location and they have some great products there. You just need to be reasonable and work on the prices!

I like natural grocers in general. This location? Not so much. This location in south Jordan the service is terrible, not unfriendly but mistakes are often made on pricing. So I guarantee every trip I make will have some kind of pricing error.

I like this place but no one ever seems to know if they have a product when I call. And when I ask to reserve it cause I m coming in 15 min to pick it up it s never there and no one ever knows who i spoke with. Super disorganized.

I had gone into Natural Grocers assuming it was more of grocery store--much like Whole Foods. While it did have grocery items, I would say that approximately 60 percent of the products are supplements in pill/powder form. Im sure that it has its place in the salt lake valley, but it just wasnt what I was expecting--especially across the street from a Harmons.

They have a pretty good selection for just opening, but they dont have a few things that I wish they had, but their prices are pretty decent for most of what they sell. Plus the people who run the place are friendly. The rewards program is great, too

I dont visit here very often but when I do its not very busy, everything is stocked well with what they have, and the things they have that I have tried are great !! Friendly staff, I would recommend coming here if you are looking for something unique or special that you cant find in a regular grocery store.
