Every time a silly raccoon decides to eat my entire stock of neighborhood cat food, Richard comes out and takes care of the problem for me. Very reasonable prices and quick response times, both for the initial consultation as well as once the critters actually been caught, which is nice since I dont want the poor things to be stuck in a cage for days on end. Absolute pro, I hope I never have to find another raccoon guy.

Wasn t the right place I was supposed to call, they pick up wildlife and I was looking for a shelter for a dog but the gentleman that answered the phone (Richard) gave me the correct information I needed for the situation!

I called and talked to Richard and asked if his company would catch a raccoon. He said yes and so I scheduled an appointment. However, it tuned out that my entire neighborhood has seen this creature and apparently certain guys have been setting their own traps. I would highly recommend. He was so accommodating and helpful. Found some baby quails who had been in the area on the sidewalk for over an hour without mom. Every sanctuary/wild life rehab was closed and I decided to give this place a try on advice with what to do. Answered immediatley, and all though this wasnt the normal service, I was walked through what to do in regards to helping these babies reunite with momma. She came back within a half hour and all was well. Thankful Richard helped talk me through it and had the best ending possible. Will reach out for any actual service needs in the future as well.

Called on a weekend and they showed up an hour and a half later. My cat has been playing keepaway under the basement, and even though we re still looking for her, Richard was able to locate her AirTag collar and give us a lot of hope. World class people, thankful for their time and responsiveness

Weve had trouble with marauding raccoons in the past, so we called Critter Wranglers to place some traps. Richard was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He even took time to inspect our property and show us signs of where animals may be coming and going. We also appreciated that Critter Wranglers gave us the options of checking the traps ourselves or paying them to do it!

Richard solved our problem in less than 12 hours. He worked around our schedule not his, only concerned with ridding us of our raccoon problems. He set the traps at 10pm and by 4am the next morning the raccoon was caught and gone from our residence. He was honest, knowledgeable, timely and reasonably priced. Wow, just wow! We had a skunk issue in our back yard, they had taken up residence under both our shed and deck. They had sprayed our dog several times! I called Richard with Critter Wranglers, he was quick to get out to us that same day and was very reasonably priced! His quick actions to get here same day allowed him to catch all of the skunks that had been living under our shed within a couple of days! I couldn t believe he was able to remove them all without being sprayed. That was awesome to watch him remove them. I would encourage anyone to use Richard with Critter Wranglers, he was very professional, honest and knowledgeable great guy to work with.

I contacted Critter Wranglers to help with a skunk that fell into our window well. Richard was upfront with pricing and offered to come out that same day. After a bit of conversation he offered ideas on how to help the little stinker get out on his own, making Richard not need to come out. I appreciated the honesty and great advice he gave. Richard, Was amazing at catching a large 30lb+ raccoon at our house. He went the extra mile and even climbed a tree to nab the wild creature. He was reasonably priced and came immediately after we called late in the evening. I would highly recommend him to any one trying to rid themselves of an annoying pest.

Called several different companies and they didnt respond. Critter Wranglers responded immediately and was able to come same day. They were able to get a pigeon removed that had become trapped in our chimney quickly and humanely.

I set out my havahart trap (not the one with solid sides) hoping to catch a weasel or raccoon that killed one of our chickens. To my surprise, instead I caught Pepe Le Pew, so I called Richard early in the morning to help. He came same day and was super cool and professional. He s totally the skunk whisperer and I can imagine he does a great job with other critters. He did a great job stealthily removing Pepe in the trap without getting sprayed. I definitely recommend!!

Richard was great! Recommended by my real estate agent, he responded quickly and his pricing was clear and upfront. He remotely diagnosed my likely problem via pictures and, while he was ready to come out right away, he recommended waiting to make sure there was actual activity so that I didnt incur the cost of him coming out only to find that the critter had already moved on (which he apparently had). A few raccoons got into my attic in December. I called Critter Wranglers to get rid of these thing and I could not be more pleased. Richard was so knowledgeable, a great communicator, and very upfront with his prices (which were extremely reasonable). If you have some unwanted guests, call this company right away and you will be very glad you did.

Richard to The Rescue! I lost my man card in the past somewhere between getting married and putting throw pillows on the bed that my wife and I share. We had a litter of coons slinking around the house a few months ago. Little trash pandas trying to steal my hard earned heat during the cold winter months. Ill trap/remove/kill/eat spiders, rats, mice, snakes, ants, deer, elk, sheep one time when I was a kid, cows for food, beetles, small cats (Joke aunt Martha, no one is touching Mr. Pickles), but when it comes to little raccoons, I just cant do it. I mean they have hands, little HANDS! Their little fingers are something that should have been in the exorcist. Richard came out, set some traps, and within 24 hours the little thieving bandits were out of my life for good. Richard took the time to explain how they had gotten below the house, and made the necessary repairs. Prompt, efficient, and very reasonable on price.

Richard with Critter Wranglers was an absolute blast to work with. We had lots of smelly critters living in our back yard AND in our attic. We werent sure what they were but, they did make a LOT of noise and smelled terrible!!! Turns out that after only minutes of being at our house Richard was quick to diagnose them as being Raccoons!! After setting up traps around our yard and in our attic he was able to remove 2 different families of raccoons. Seriously, their were 9 animals that he removed! I would recommend this company to even my closest of family and friends! He was very professional with equally as much personal in taking care of us. Richard, the owner of Critter Wranglers, has helped me with critter issues on several occasions. He is courteous and professional. He uses live traps and responds quickly when informed that a critter was trapped. I live in the foothills where skunks and raccoons are prevalent so its nice to know someone is willing to take on this task, especially the skunks! His prices are fair. I called several other companies who advertised that they woukd trap and remove skunks and Critter Wranglers was the only company to call me back. I highly recommend them if you have pesky critters you want removed from your property!

Richard is wonderful to work with. Between my neighbor and I, he trapped and removed 11 skunks and 3 racoons. We had called other exterminators who refused to give any guarantee for success. Richard charges by the animal, which is more than fair. I wouldnt call anyone else.
