Went in for an intro puppy grooming and came out with part of her face buzzed! We were told the hairs that go into her eyes were going to be trimmed not completely removed. Will not be going back.

To be honest, I was really worried to drop my 10 mo old cocker spaniel off to anyone, because he is a puppy and a typical nervous-nelly cocker. Though, when I picked him up he was happy as a clam and did not seem nervous at all. Considering this was his first groom and knowing how squirmy he can get, Sharon did a wonderful job on his cut! She even told me I could bring him back for a touch up if I noticed anything that was missed, because he doesn t like his face touched. I thought that was really nice! Though, no touch ups are needed, Sharon did fantastic. Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will be back

Great experience. I was able to text for an appointment for both of my dogs and we got in the next day! The bath and brush was great, they still smell good a week later. Will definitely be back. They were really patient with my dog who hates the blow drier.

Such great customer service and love the online scheduling. I really appreciate their online scheduling and text communication. I have brought my doodle here multiple times so was familiar with their online scheduling. I had some difficulty scheduling for my last appointment as it was not giving the normal service options for my doodle. I didn t have time to call right away and they actually texted me before I could get to it. They noticed that I didn t complete my appointment request and wanted to make sure I wasn t having issues and if they could complete the appointment for me. I was able to explain my issue and they fixed it right away. I really appreciated the extra mile and great customer service. I m a working mom and sometimes taking time to call and schedule an appt over the phone sounds so exhausting. Certainly will continue to bring our doodle here for regular grooming.

Took my Golden Doodle, Millie, for a haircut, bath, nail trimming and bath . They did an amazing job! Her hair is smooth and silky! Loved having Cheryl do it. They are so close to my house and priced well! I was able to get in quick. Love love love my experience there!

I love kibbles and cuts! They are patient and great with my two mini schnauzers! One of my girls hates her nails clipped and is quite dramatic. My groomer has gone as far as to let me come back and hold her so she can grind the nails. I just really appreciate them and I love their new location!

They always take good care of my little mutt. Prices are reasonable compared to the market. Their record keeping sucks. Plan on bringing hard copies as well as digital copies of rabies vaccines and all of that stuff or expect a hard time.

We took our puppy here for her first groom and were nervous about how she d do. They sent us before and after pictures and a little note about how she did. When we picked her up she was happy and looked so cute and fluffy! Vanessa did a great job getting Kenzie used to the grooming process, we were very impressed. Great spa experience for my Mini Doodles, cute cuts and all seemed happy when I picked them up!

Took my teacup pomchi here for a groom. First, upon drop off my daughter explained to Cheryl exactly what we wanted. Shaved body, and to leave the head and tail. Cheryl told my daughter, it s all one length or nothing. Not a good start.. then upon pick up he was completely shaved, however had lines and chunks of hair longer than others all over his body. We took him elsewhere to be fixed the next day then I found out my card was charged twice for the the groom and for more than expected, discovered this on a Sunday. Come Monday morning I called the store promptly at 8 am when opening. No one answered, I left a message and called all day long with no response. It is now Tuesday morning 845 and they are still not answering their phone. Not great business practice and frankly the worst groom my dog has ever had. Beware Update, my money was refunded. But still will not be going back here due to the terrible groom.

Amazing work on our St. Bernard. Luna was well cared for and received the full beauty treatment. They even put a bow in her hair. We had a hard end time to take Luna to see our son who was in the hospital and they had her done ontime. Staff was kind, friendly and willing to work with us. We will be back.

Had a more mature puppy. They treated her with utmost respect. Bellamy has passed.. and I m debating getting another puppy.. if I did they would be my first choice!

She has always been a little nervous in new places but she is so well taken care of she has learned to love getting groomed, she runs in and doesn t look back which is how I know they treat her with love and respect while she s there!

I had to pay $80.00 for a ShihTzu! My dog came home with a mowhawk, and the rest of his body looked like a weed whacker cut his hair. It had to be the worst groom hes ever had And I had to pay $80? I will never go here again and I was a very loyal customer for many years.

I love taking my Sophie here. They are so sweet to her. And do such an awesome job!! I had a situation where She was banned from a groomer because she is a little stinker and is difficult to groom. But this place took her with open arms and worked with her until she learned she s not the boss LOL. I would recommended kibbles and cuts and you won t regret it.

It s a hit or miss here, sometimes they do absolutely amazing and my dogs look great other times not so much. My favorite groomers always end up leaving the place too so I end up looking for someone new a lot of times.

Took my dog to Awash & Groom for several years! They always did a good job with my dogs! Then they sold the business to Kibbles & Cuts and the new groomer did a horrible job. They shaved my pommerians but and the hair never grew back. They over charged me. I gave them a few opportunities but they did not do a good job. They were not gentle with my dogs! I would not reccomend them!

Your very persistent!They did a good job, however, our dog kept locking him self alot..He might have been nicked down there.

I take my Morkie, Nola, to Kibbles and Cuts regularly. The team here always does a magnificent job, giving her a smooth and precision haircut, while preserving her teddy bear head-cut. She always comes home looking as cute as a little princess!!! I recommend them highly.

When I dropped off my dog the lady seemed very stern and didn t seem to really care about what cut I wanted for my dog. She also assumed my dog was matted and started to tell me she wouldn t be able to do the cut because my dog was probably matted. I get that a lot of doodles do come in matted but I take care of my dogs coat and once she actually checked him she didn t find any. Both of the employees I interacted with were not friendly. They even left a dog tied to the tub shaking in order to come check my dog in. The cut turned out fine but that s just not the environment I want my dog to be in. I won t be coming back. Staff is nice. Simple set up, Nothing fancy. Not sure if it is a new location? Lobby seems sparce. But they got my beagles nails trimmed up quickly. Booked a full service for both dogs easily. Nice to see a groomer so close

My dog is typically on the wild side. Most groomers don t like cutting his hair but Kibbles and Cuts still loves him! They do such a good job despite the little devil in him making grooming almost impossible!
