Lucky Paws Pet Spa in South Jordan

So first things first i made my appointment for 1:30 and i got a confirmation for my appointment for 1:30 then a few days later it sent me another confirmation for 1 which i found strange. So i showed up at 1 and the gal who checked me in seem super flustered because there was also another gal there for a 1. Then i asked how long it was going to be and they said 3-4 hours. I do have a golden retriever and i have taken him to other groomers which i have loved but just too expensive and max hour and a half my fault for assuming but if i would ve known how long it was going to take i would ve never booked here the gal that took my dog back i said only a trim and she took off all of his chest hair he doesn t even look like himself. They also charged me for an express fee which i don t think was okay for them to do when i didn t know his appointment was gonna take 3-4 hours. The place also seemed very dirty and not very clean. I do understand it is for dogs but Arnie s in Sandy is very clean always smells so good. Sad to say i would never recommend this place to anyone definitely going back to Arnie s :/

I brought my foster kitty, Honey, in who is from a cat colony that I take care of. She needed a bath. They took amazing care of Honey and made sure to not stress her out too much. They gave her a break mid-bath to destress and updated me throughout her time there. Honey smells so much better now & her fur looks 100% better.

My kitty has been going to Lucky Paws for dematting and long-haired bath for three years. Trinity does an incredible job and tries to reduce the shaving needed on Sirius. He always comes back looking incredibly dapper. Highly recommend them for cat grooming.

These people are thieves. They traumatized my cat, did the wrong thing and yet they charged full price. It s totally understandable if a pet is stressed or acting up and proper grooming isn t performed. It s best notify the owner and adjust the amount you charge depending on what s performed. They never did any of that. For my poor kitty she shaved down to 1/4 inch of fur when I asked them to take 1/4 inch off and trim her lightly. I asked for my cat get a bath, she wasn t given one. They wiped her down a little with a damp cloth. The groomer said my cat was in a lot of stress and couldn t handle it. No kidding!!! My cat was forcefully shaved down with a trimmer. She s never had that done to her of course she will be freaking out. My wife picked up my cat, paid and then came home. When we found out what they did and confronted them they stated there was nothing that there was nothing could do. They also had oddity to say that groomer deserved a bigger tip than 20% my wife left. Shame on this place.

My dogs always look amazing after their spa day. They are fluffy golden reteivers and their shedding is always a problem. We love Lucky Paws! Its clean and they are so kind and accommodating. They always do really well coming here. The groomers do such amazing work!

That was Charlie s first visit at Lucky Paws, he was a little nervous but they made him feel at ease. I am very happy with his haircut and would definitely recommend Lucky Paws to people that have pets.

They take care of my fur baby. I haven t had any issues with any of the groomers. My 11 year old toy poodle has been wonderfully maintained. Full service grooming has been a fantastic thing also. Highly recommend.

I love lucky paws, they have always done such a great job with my pups. They go above and beyond, like working with my boy who HATES being touched by anyone but my husband and me. They even got him to calm down to be able to work on him and never treat us like our anxious pups are an inconvenience.

Picked my dog up covered in another dogs poop. Didnt realize it until I picked him up to put him in the car, then I was also covered in poop and my car. Took my dog back in to get it cleaned off of him, they took him back and said they cleaned him and they didnt. So we left both covered in poop and my car. Terrible experience. Will never go back! **In response to the owners response. This is a lie and NO apologies were ever given, not during or after! When I brought him back in after noticing the poop on him, front paws and the end of his furry tail. The young woman that groomed him said it was from another dog that was just brought in that had pooped in the grooming area and my dog had walked in it and sat right by it, that is why his tail had it all over the end of it. I understood and was ok with her reason for my dog having poop on him, what I was upset with is that they said they would take him back and clean it off of him so I could take him home clean, and that was never done. She simply wiped it off with a rag and gave him back to me stinky and still poop all over his tail. So I asked for a wet wash cloth and a dry one and did it myself in the lobby as they watched. No help & no apology! All I cared about was your company making it right, because I had just paid (with tip) for a service of a clean animal and a simple apology, which DID NOT happen. Calling me a liar and telling me your employee never said something that she did is not ok, and we are MORE than happy to take our business elsewhere. My dog has been groomed a lot and has never received a bad groom job except by your company, was just trying to help out a local company.

I took my Pyrenees for the 2nd time to Lucky Paws, Im not kidding when I say this, it has got to be the best place ever. I have always owned big dogs and am not the best at having them groomed on a regular basis. The last place that I took my dogs was real good for awhile but has gone way downhill over the past year so I gave Lucky Paws a try and Im not disappointed at all. Today, Raine (I think that was her name) groomed my dog and she looks so good, shes just running around the house as if to say I look pretty She knows how good she looks, almost showdog ready! Thanks to the staff for being so conscientious and doing such a great job. Another very important thing to say, its definitely not cheap but its a lot less than other groomers I have used in the past. Money well spent. Thank you.

Whenever the owner grooms your dog you get a good job. However, even if you make the request you don t know if your dog will be handed off to someone else. This has happened twice and the results have been disastrous. They shaved my poor boy almost bald. I m sure he had mats but I had asked that they be clipped out. He certainly didn t have mats on the top of his head! There are obvious row marks where they ran the clippers. They didn t comb through and even out. This is the worst haircut I have ever seen. They offered no discount on the horrible job nor anything but a lame apology.

I took my dog in on Saturday. The appointment was at 1030 and I arrived 6 minutes late which they told me was ok. I called at 3 to check on him because it usually takes them 3 hrs to get him finished and they told me he was not ready yet. I got the package that cost me $122 plus $10 tip. When I picked him up, his nails were not trimmed, his haircut is messy, longer on his chest and other areas, AND HE SMELLS JUST LIKE HE DID WHEN I DROPPED HIM OFF. When you run your hand through his body you notice his skin was not washed, and your hand would smell terribly. I have called and emailed them to no avail yet. He also has some scratches by his legs that were not there before. I won t be taking him back to this place :(

Lucky Paws has been amazing for my 3 dogs! We couldn t get into Lucky Paws on the day we needed to, so we had to go to petsmart grooming, and I am very disappointed in how everything went. I will always be going to lucky paws from now on!

Do yourself a favor and spend 5 minutes reviewing the owner s responses to the negative reviews for her business on this site. Very enlightening. We dropped our dog off for a 10:30AM appointment today. Later at 2:30PM, my wife called to see if everything was ok as this service has typically been about 2 to 3 hours in the past. Instead of a simple explanation about why things were delayed the owner argued that our appointment had been at noon and that it was unreasonable for us to expect work to be done. When we said we had an emailed confirmation of the appointment for 10:30AM, and obviously knew what time we dropped our dog off she hung up! We called back, and one of her employees worked with us on an updated schedule. Later, when I picked the dog up, the owner yelled / ranted at me about all of the reasons that none of this was her fault. She blamed my dogs fur, her employees competency and eventually my wife for being so rude. (...all themes from her review responses!) I m sure there are some skilled groomers here and the owner herself may be great at her skill but her lack of ownership for the really unprofessional / disrespectful display today was frankly unbelievable. Id steer clear if I was you. Really looking forward to her response to this review, and all the ways this wasn t her fault.

Brought our kitten in, she came out bleeding from her paws and shaking. Didn t get an explanation or apology. They did a good job the first time, but the second time was tough. Got charged more than I was quoted and just a tough look to have your cat be bleeding after visiting

I really love taking my golden retriever Ellie here, everyone is always really nice they take their time and always do an incredible job cleaning up her sanitary cut and hips which is such a huge deal with my girl. Thanks for loving my baby just as much as I do

Just a few words, I was a loyal customer. Sam was my pups groomer. He loved going and shown little signs of anxiety on the way there for over a year. Sam had changed shifts and a new groomer was assigned to us. His anxiety heightened with the new groomer he was assigned to. It felt like He wanted to flee and so shaken up it go worse over the past months. We would run into clients and all of us dragging our scared pups. We all look at our pups ask the same question your dog is scared too?!. One day the owner snapped at customers and never had a good experience with her. We finally decided to seek out a new groomer and it was the best decision we could have made. he is back to a happy camper in the car with his head up high and siting relaxed. Not a peep of shaking and crying. It s been 3 months and Please listen to your dog they have fear and anxiety as we do. I only would recommend Sam we never had a bad experience. - former client

Couldn t be happier with Lucky Paws and Cheri! My Mav is super anxious about cuts and especially blow dryers, and the whole experience, but she has her work pets there, some chill cats, and darling little dog that really seemed to ease Mav s fears. He was happy and beautiful when we picked him up, and they were all so nice. She also gave me tips on how to groom him myself because she knew I try to do that on my own every once in awhile! So professional. 5 stars! Thank you!

This place is great! However if you request someone, and sometimes you get that person and sometimes you don t. So I feel that If who you request can t groom they should at least call and have better communication. But overall happy with this place!

Pretty good grooming goes on here. We like it. Sometimes the timing can be off, meaning when we have been given a time to pick up on occasion they need another 45 minutes or so. This happened a handfull of times and this is after our little guy has been there past 4 hours or more. Maybe some better management of scheduling could be worked out. Other than that , great! Thanks Sam, for doing such a great job with Max!

I always get nervous getting my dog groomed because I really hate the super short poodle cut. But they did such an awesome job making sure to do exactly what I wanted!! He looks amazing! Thank you so much, I can t figure out the groomers name who did it but she did awesome!!!

I took my kitty here previously and they did a really nice job, so I took him back. First, the woman at the counter was very rude about whether or not I used the app. I had no idea there was an app and it took a few minutes of back and forth for her to finally tell me that they no longer accept paper vaccine records and to use the app. OK. She could have told me that nicely to begin with. It was obviously very busy and I figured it would take a while, but after 4 1/2 hours I tried to call to see when I could pick up my kitty. No answer. I drove up there and got a call just before I arrived. I paid the $102, which was more than quoted and tipped another $20 and took my kitty home. When I got him out of the carrier I was very upset. The picture attached says it all. I asked for a lion cut with a mane and boots. There is no mane. No boots. But there is this awful choppy bald spot. I tried to call several times over 2 days and finally went in there today to try to talk to someone about it like an adult. I felt like they owed me an explanation and a partial refund. Again the woman at the counter was rude and tried to tell me that it was because he had matting. I told her he absolutely did not have any mats and that someone screwed up. Hes had mats before and Pets mart never did this to him. I dont have a problem with mats. He was not matted at all. Rather than admit wrong doing she persisted that this is what happens when they are matted. They were way too overbooked and my poor kitty was rushed through and someone just did a terrible job. I wont go back and I hope that this post is a warning to others. If youve had a similar experience, please share. This isnt right. They should be accountable.

Shaved my cat without care or compassion. Took six hours.

I would have put a zero if it was eligible. The staff was friendly to me. However, this was my first time going to this groomer. I had made the appointment for 9:30 am. When I did not receive a call from them by 1:20 pm, I called to see how much longer. They told my my appointment was at 11 am and they had not even started on him. I swear I switched my appointment to earlier but had a funeral to go to. They finally called at 3:39 pm. I was almost done with my funeral and got there around 4:20. When I got home I checked my confirmation Email for my appointment. It stated it was indeed at 9:30. Am. Additionally my dog peed like he hadnt got to go all day. I am upset that I dropped him off at 9:30 and he was not even started on until after 1, and they messed up on the eyebrows. How ever I get that dogs move around. Also I was told that my appointment was later when I was sent a clear confirmation stating otherwise. I switched groomers for somewhere closer to home, but will NEVER go here again.

Got there and they told me that they didnt have time .I drove 45 minutes to get there..2 puppies two groom.. 8>[

We had an apt booked for 11, I could tell she was stressed when I arrived (10:50) was told they were having an issue with a pup in the back. No biggie, these things happen. I was told that there was one cat before mine, agin, no biggie. I was told VERBALLY that my kitty would be done by 2pm. I called around 1 to see where he was at, trying to time my drive. She was super rude on the phone and told me that if she keeps having to go up front, it s going to take longer (like my inquiry was an inconvenient disturbance for her. I arrived at two, my cat was still behind the desk in the same position I had left him in. I assumed he was done and waited in line to pay, they were having an issue with the credit card machine, technology can be a pain so no big deal. She told me he wasn t done and that she had been stuck up front for 45 min (I didn t understand why this was my issue and why she was being rude about it.) She took him back and did a quick shave, I was scheduled for a bath, lion cut and had even requested the addition $10 fee for extra love and care. This is where things went downhill quickly, and I ll own my part in it. I inquired if my cat had been back there for several hours without having water or a potty option. Stated my appointment was at 11 and I was just really confused as to why at 2:20 he was just being seen. Obviously offended she gave me a story about how she s been doing this for (insert number of years here) and that cats didn t need water or potty while at the groomer. When I stated it was warm up front and that I was pretty unhappy, well that s when it blew up. She kept trying to over talk me and explain why I, clearly an absolute idiot when it comes to grooming and that it is 67 degrees in there. I m over her bad attitude and whatever the hell she s trying to tell me so I asked what the total was, she over talked me again, with information I neither asked for, nor needed. I again asked for my total. She then aggressively told me she didn t want my money and shoved my cat in his carrier into my hands. I used some bad words on my way out the door, I ll own that. We will never be back, I m sure she never wants us back and that is more than ok by me. If you care about your cats, avoid this place at all costs. I know this is where she will reply that bla bla bla, and that s fine. I know what happened and we can pull the tape if you would like.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR BELOVED PET TO THESE PEOPLE!! First of all she was snarky rude...then they burned my dogs chest(see photo) and never even told me. $326 later at the vets office. I sent the owner a text and she didnt even respond! What a JERK! If you love your fur babies, find another groomer! AND STILL NO RESPONSE!! I WANT YOU TO PAY ME BACK. SHAME ON YOU. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY. IM DISGUSTED

Can I give 10 stars? We have a Bichon and they have difficult hair. She has been to several groomers and always came back shaved. Not at Lucky Paws. They always groom her beautifully and we couldnt be happier. Thank you all!!!

Took our 7 month old Bernadoodle for a wash and groom. They said we d get a call when she was done,in about 4 hours. Didn t get a call so we went to pick her up. They told us she wasn t done but that she d be finished when they closed at 6, and we d get a call. 6:10, no call, so we went back. No answer to my knocking so I let myself into the back room. An employee came out and rudely asked what I needed. I told her and she informed me our dog still was not finished. I said I was told they close at 6. She said, We do not close at 6 and your dog won t be ready for at least another 30 minutes. When I said she d been there over 6 hours, she VERY rudely informed me how busy and short staffed they are. This is the second time we ve had a poor experience there and absolutely will NOT be back,

Lucky Paws took great care of my dog, Rashka! He is a long haired German Shepherd and sheds like crazy. After his grooming appointment, he always came back silky smooth and shiny.

We took Charlie (our cat) in to get shaved. They were able to handle him without anesthesia where so many other places would use it and charge more. Great place to take your animals.

The groomers at Lucky Paws Pet Spa are second to none! The staff is unbelievably friendly and actually listens to what you want. I HIGHLY recommend them for any grooming need. They truly are the best around.

We took our corgi here to get a standard grooming. The owner was kind and knowledgeable about dogs and I felt that our dog was in good hands. I warned the owner that our dog didn t like the dremel but she might be okay with someone else using it. When we picked her up, I immediately noticed FOUR nails were clipped too short, two of which had bled. When I communicated this to the owner, she casually commented that she thought they might be too short. Yet, she still clipped them. When I told her I saw multiple, she commented that it was one. When I asked when they d heal, she said soon but dogs don t feel the pain that we feel as humans. She continued to comment with her not liking the dremel as if this is the reason she was clipped too short. The other minor complaint I have is our dog was still damp when we arrived and she was at the place for 4+ hours. Now, I understand cutting nails with making mistakes can happen. This is why I rated them 3 stars and not less. I understand they also didn t have as many staff as usual that day. I understand rushing and burnout, and it was definitely apparent the owner seemed burnout. What I don t understand is why there was no apology or empathy given for making these mistakes. What i don t understand is why there was no responsibility taken. That s where you lose business and you have lost mine. I m glad others have had more positive experiences here but I was not one of those.

Over the past two years I have taken three different dogs to Lucky Paws. I have always been happy with the grooming that they received. The groomers are experienced and know how to make the dogs look their very best. I have been impressed with the attention to detail the groomers have. They have stopped me as I am leaving just to fix a spot on my dog that they just noticed. They want things to be perfect. The staff is friendly to me and kind to my dogs. They are also reasonably priced. I love this place!

Employees have made rude comments several times now, so were going elsewhere. The first time it happened, we figured they were having a bad day but its a pattern. Its a shame because it seems like they do a good job, overall.

We dropped off our beloved lap dog Zoe for grooming. It was taking longer than usual. When picking up Zoe we found out that the owner (I think her name is Cheri) was by herself. She had 2 employees not show up. She worked all the shifts and more than 3 hours past closing hours to fulfill all the grooming appointments of the day. She apologized and was so nice. She could have easily told us to come back another day but she worked extra hard. Having to come back another day would have been even more of a hassle. I appreciate her hard work. It looked like it was a really hard day and Zoe looked great. Lucky paws is awesome. Our Zoe enjoys it. She doesn t get scared or worried. She always looks and smells great. Props to Cheri and Lucky paws.

Good groomers

They get NO STARS FROM ME. NONE. My dog came home with a huge bald spot on his knee and his cut was super uneven. He has bald spots EVERYWHERE. Not satisfied at all. My dog is a service dog that costs around $20,000. This was the worst haircut he has ever gotten and I m so displeased. They did not deserve a cent. Worst groomers ever. DO NOT GO HERE.

Great place bit pricey but feel they care about your pets

We have been here 2 times with our puppy and every time we go here they give our puppy the wrong haircut and cut way to much or just in places we wanted to leave untouched but our most recent one made our puppy look like a possum so thats why I give 1 star

These guys are absolutely amazing! I have a 7 month old Golden Retriever and they always do such a fantastic job with his grooming. They are extremely accommodating and will spend time with you talking about any concerns or needs that you have with your pups skin or coat. They are really knowledgeable. I love this place and won t take Cooper anywhere else!

I was so happy with my grooming experience! My dog got the full groom and some additional add ons and he looked great!!! They even told us he didn t need one of the add ons we requested which to me says this business is honest with their clients. Thank you so much! Edward is so happy and clean!

I was quoted 55 and that it would take 2 hours. They had my dog for 6 hours and charged me 80 dollars. My dog was scared and timid for the next few days. Don t recommend.

I didn t know where to go for grooming. I started with Pet Smart and Petco. My dog never looked the way I wanted him to. Even when I clearly communicated. I tried other groomers and now Lucky Paws Pet spa is my favorite! They do a great job and make my dog look so cute! Their prices are comparable to other groomers. I m super happy with their services.

Our dog went into Lucky Paws Pet Spa May 2020. We were cautious about taking him into a groomers because of the Covid-19 concerns. We have read the previous reviews and thought that this would be a good place to take our dog since our current groomer was closed. They were cautious about having the vaccines up to date and the personal was knowledgeable. The grooming was well done! Days later he started to show symptoms of Kennel Cough. We know that that is the only place that he had been exposed to other dogs. We are still dealing with Kennel Cough and feel bad that our dog had been exposed. We wish that there was a better sense of cleanliness to prevent the spread of illness.

I ve tried lots groomers and even mobile groomers. Lucky Paws is hands down the best groomer that I ve been to. Not only do the cuts look amazing but their customer service is top notch and always accommodating. Keep in mind that your groomer needs to learn your dog and how you like it done. Unlike a lot of groomers I go to, Lucky Paws always ask how I like it, how they can do better and they ll do little adjustments on the spot if needed. I 100% recommend them!!

I took my dog (fluffy) because I was reccomend this place by a friend, expecting to have a good experience. I explained to person that I wanted my dog to have a normal haircut due to her being small, and I expected the fee to be something small since it wasnt much that they were doing to her. When I get back to get my dog, I came to a surprise. Its not what I had asked for, they tried to explain to me that her hair was tangled in knots, I feel that they should have contacted me about it and not have taking the decision to cut most her hair. The worst part was the charge at the end, they charge me as if she were a big dog. They left spots on her eye area from her tears, and her haircut was not consistent. I was left disappointed from this place.

I took our newly rescued goldendoodle, who was neglected and never groomed. The ladies were so good with our pup!! Maggie looks amazing and healthy, shes a new dog! They also did a beautiful job grooming our schnauzer. They have a customer for life. Definitely recommend.

Took our 4 mo. old Schnauzer here for his very first haircut. We were nervous. Our last pup never had a good time at various groomers due to bad experience in the past. Lucky Paws was recommended to us and I m so glad we tried them! They were so kind to our boy. His cut looks fabulous but I m mainly concerned about if the dog is happy and he was so happy. They were able to book us effectively, welcomed us well and made sure he had his vaccinations. They finished when they said. AND after owning a Schnauzer for 13 years, we ve never had the official cut look so good. We re clients for life now! So refreshing. Thank you Lucky Paws!

Took my 10 year old Australian Shepard to Lucky Paws for the first time today. They did a great job, very good hair cut and they were able to get all of his shedding coat cleaned up. I will keep taking my dog there. Everyone working there was pleasant and friendly. Great experience.

We had such a good experience here! We have been looking for a new pet spa and I m so happy we found a new spot. I got both of my small Pomeranians the full package and I wasn t disappointed. The staff was super friendly and personable and the prices were great!

Lady cut my puppys whiskers off and some of his eyelashes and I was charged for a teeth cleaning when the appointment was just for a haircut. Cut was uneven and looked awful. Wont be taking my puppy there again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO THIS GROOMER! I was given the wrong dog, my sheltie was traumatized, and is still limping two days later. Not to mention; I was charged double their online posted prices. Here are the details... Early Saturday morning, I took both of my dogs to Lucky Paws. The owner and I discussed what we wanted. It was a horrible experience from the start. My dog who NEVER has an accident was nervous from the minute we walked in the door and went to the bathroom in the reception area. I should have followed my gut and left...but I didnt. While checking another dog piddled on me. Again, I ignored the warning and left my dogs there because of all of the 5-star reviews. After not hearing anything from them for hours I called them and was informed they would be finished around 4. I was informed my sheltie had had a rough time and wouldnt be ready for at least another 30 minutes. After arriving at 4 pm, I was sent away with a schnauzer that I was sure was not mine but was assured he was mine and they can look very different after being groomed by a different groomer. Needless to say, a few minutes later I received a call verifying that I did NOT have my dog. I finally get my Schnauzer and wait, wait and wait in my car right outside the door. Finally, they bring my sheltie out and she is scared. Notably, Shelties are high strung but she has never acted like this after grooming. After getting home I notice she is limping and will not put any weight on one of her front paws and she is still limping two days later. Again...avoid this place at all costs. It was the worst grooming experience ever and I have been taking my dogs to be groomed for 45 years

This is the second time Ive brought my Aussie into this spa. The first time I booked online. When my husband took him in they were pretty upset with him for bringing in a large dog at the 2 oclock spot and told us next time to make sure he had a morning spot. It was a little frustrating as we followed all the prompts online for booking and nothing said anything about not having a large dog come in later than noon. It was not a very positive experience and could have been handled in a more professional way. But his hair was soft and they did a good job triming so I decided to schedule with Lucky Paws again. This second time, when my husband brought our fur baby home we were giving him some belly rubs and noticed a 4inch cut on his leg and what looks like some broken blood vessels? They said NOTHING when my husband picked him up which is completely unacceptable. They also were misleading with prices for additional services and charged us more than we were expecting. We are happy to pay for services but would appreciate directness when it comes to price. Also, lets us know if something happens to our dog!

Needed to take our dog in for a grooming and de-shed. Used the online system to schedule and appointment for Sunday at 9:00 am. We got a confirmation message ensuring our appointment. Took our dog in for our appointment and no one shows up. We texted the owner and she said that she couldn t get ahold of the groomer so she would come in at 10:00 am to take care of us if we could come back. We decided to give it a shot, came back at 10:00 am and no one showed up. We again texted the owner and asked when someone would be there. We heard back at 10:15 am that it would be another 20 minutes before the original groomer would be there. Will never use this business again.

Fantastic small business! My dog always leaves looking better than anywhere else Ive taken her and she actually enjoys going there!

They hurt my baby so bad! They kept him for 6 hrs and when I got him both of his ears were cut and one was cauterized! I can t believe this place has good reviews I feel so bad for taking my dog here. They also charged $71 for my small non shedding bichon when the website says a full groom is $52.

I brought my two Pomskies in for baths and one for color. The booking on the phone was easy and they were thorough in asking for a lot of information. When I dropped them off I got to talk to the person who was going to do the grooming in person and go over everything again. It took a little longer than expected, but they wanted to let the dye sit for longer to be more vibrant and I got daycare thrown in. My pups have never been so soft and Ciphers tail looks great. Looking forward to going back.

I don t take my cats anywhere else. I can t believe how wonderful of a job she does on all three of my cats. Two of them get lion cuts and they are done better than anyone else I have gone to. She s incredible and I don t know how she can blend their hair so well. Thank you :)

I was able to get my Maincoon Hawkins in with just a few days notice. She had some matting so I asked for a lion cut. They took just the right amount of hair off her. I was also amazed on how quick they were.

I won t actually be going here. Calling around for pricing and the dude on the phone was super rude and just passed me off very snotty. I could hear him in the back saying talk to her, give her the highest price she doesn t understand that it depends on how old the dog is and how bad the hair is but I said about 10 words to him and I wasn t rude or anything. All I said was I m trying to get pricing on a 30 pound Aussiedoodle . So I don t know if he was having a bad day or what. He didn t ask my anything about my dog, I would have willingly answered any questions he had but he didn t give me a chance to. Left the call feeling very confused, and no trust to take my doggie there? *I m just responding to the owners response here so that we can be on the same page* Thanks for the response. It makes me realize that a misunderstanding had to have happened during this call. I said what I stated in the first message, and then the employee said something I heard as depends on the weight to which I responded she weighs thirty pounds I assumed that I wasn t heard the first time I said it- I could hear noise in the background and didn t think that was odd. This is the point where the employee said nothing to me and just passed me along. I was a little shocked and confused. I wish I said something to the owner so this could have gotten cleared up, but i was honestly to stunned to say anything. I don t know what you actually said, but I just misheard you. I said she weighs thirty pounds twice, and I was very excited about this location. I wasn t trying to be rude and I wasn t trying to cause stress in your day. Just needing a new groomer since mine is retired. I fully understand how trying of a time we are in as a global community. I wish that I was treated with more patience while I was interacting with this business, and I am sorry if you had had a hard day making it difficult to get to a logical conclusion while we were on the phone. I hope in the future there is more forgiveness for simple mistakes.

I m completely blown away with Lucky Paws! I called them in the morning and they were able to get me in that day! First thing first, I ve taken my Goldendoodle to other groomers and have been so unhappy. I found Lucky Paws on google search and was happy with their reviews so I decided to give them a call. Sam is absolutely incredible! Leo had some mats under his ears and around his neck from his collar and I was nervous that we were going to have to shave him. I was told that they would do their best the get the mats out. She took her time making Leo look his best! When I went to pick him up he was so happy! They shared with me everything they did and the products they used on him along with where I could purchase them if I was interested. No groomer has taken the time to inform me on the best products and where to buy them (I appreciated them not trying to sell me stuff). The building is super clean and the entire staff were amazingly professional and beyond friendly. I m so relieved that I ve found a groomer that I love! I won t be going anywhere else. My rescue dog, a Miniature Australian Shepherd, is scared of just about everyone. She was terrified of her original groomer. I found Lucky Paws by accident and it has been a real blessing. It is clear that everyone there loves dogs. Sunny feels that and even seems to enjoy going there. They do a great job and Sunny even gets a cute bandanna when she s finished.

They do good work BUT experienced a quite surprising lack of professionalism from the owner/groomer. A simple miscommunication between a full groom and a bath (wouldnt request to trim a Maltese in 35°) led to raised voices, insistency about what we told her (notes in the appt were left) and storming out of the room to the other side of the wall where she started talking about us negatively. Wasnt upset until that happened, and was quite surprised, as weve been loyal and taking our dog there consistently for a year.

Ive taken my labradoodle puppy here twice now and both times the service provided has been excellent.

Took my golden retriever and long hair Chihuahua and they got them in next day, didn t over cut their hair like other places have and did the perfect trim on both! They were done pretty quick & my girls look great! My golden got de-shedded and actually got it, unlike other places! Her undercoat is so bad sometimes & this is the first time I ve gotten her back from a place and she s not shedding off globs of hair. I ll for sure be back!

I recently had my Rescue Border Collie and Retriever mix, Darla, groomed at Lucky Paws. The owners were wonderful to work with. Darla hates the car and they were willing to be flexible and accommodating on changing or postponing the appointment depending on my success with getting her in the car. They gave her a warm and inviting greeting that made us both feel immediately comfortable. I was introduced to the groomer who took her time discussing what I wanted for Darla and she gave great input on what she thought would be the best option for her and why. She even called during the appointment to discuss a possible change of plans, which I really appreciated. Darla looked gorgeous and didnt want to leave the facility Granted, she hates the car but if shes someplace shes uncomfortable she has no problem jumping in. Lucky Paws has reasonable and fair prices and you could tell everyone there was a genuine dog lover. Thats important to me, especially since I need every car experience to be a positive one for her. The facility looked new and clean and safe. Darla and I will be back for sure. Im very grateful to the owners and groomer, Cheri, for the positive experience we had.

These guys are great! Reasonably priced and do a fantastic job. I have an English Cream Golden Retriever and they get his shedding under control!

Highly recommend this place! Finding a groomer to listen to what wed like and then doing it has been difficult, but our doodle looked beautiful and she was happy when we picked her up! We will be repeat customers!

I brought my 2 goldendoodles and my poodle here to be groomed and had a wonderful experience. The groomer was professional and talented. All three of my dogs left looking like a million bucks! And the prices are not too expensive. I will definitely be coming back to Lucky Paws Pet Spa!

Im SO disappointed with my experience here. When I came to pick up my dogs, one of my dogs was bleeding all over because they cut her nails too short. Its been 3 days and they are still hurting her and she cant walk normal. I wasn t offered a discount or anything and had to take my sad, bleeding dog home feeling helpless. Both of my dogs have been acting weird and will not eat since coming home from Lucky Paws Pet Spa. I woke up this morning to both of my dogs coughing and having big green boogers coming out of their eyes, I realized I wasn t even asked for their rabies records when I dropped offlike ever other groomer I ve been to. Im heartbroken and dont know what to do, my dogs are usually so happy and theyve been miserable since coming home from here :(

My rescue dog is nearly blind, partially deaf, and very anxious. He doesn t do well with groomers so I started doing it myself. I needed help with nail trimming so I reached out to Lucky Paws to see if they could help a special needs pet. I scheduled time to meet with the lead groomer so I could see if my dog would let her trim his nails. I was impressed with the care and time she took to gain his trust and help him feel comfortable. She genuinely cares and understands animals to work with them so they continue to trust her. I ve now had her do a full groom and my dog was not exhausted or hyper when I picked him up but calm and comfortable and SO HANDSOME! That s the best compliment I could give Lucky Paws.

I took my cat today to be groomed. They did a wonderful job. This is my first cat I have ever owned didn t know what to expect, they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend them.

We had our 12yr old mix Maltese poodle yorkie mix dropped the Off for a full grooming. He came back better than I expected and he walked out extremely happy, most places he gets anxiety and I get told he s a bad dog, but not from here our sweet little boy was pampered and he loved it. It was just from loose hair that hadnt been blown off of her. But other than that, we were extremely happy with our visit here! HIGHLY Recommend!

My labradoodle always looks amazing after a groom from Sherri. A true animal lover, that is naturally gifted at what she does.

We got our dog a full groom and I m still amazed at how much tartar they were able to clean off her teeth. We ve been to many groomers from moving around a lot and I ve never seen a place that s so thorough. Definitely would recommend them. I loved too that I was able to schedule online and get in the next day!

They were great on explaining what to expect and answering my questions. The shave was a good value. Their head groomer was very patient with my cat. My cat has been much more calm since her shave.
