The employees there are so welcoming and so good with our girl Ella. She always comes back clean and smelling good.

Nope They charge a subscription fee so it forces you to go monthly. Great strategy for the business. Not so much for the consumer if you ask me. I never even got to try em out. They didnt open until deceneber 1st, out in sandy, and wouldnt even allow me to bring my dog once. I would have paid their typical membership price, but they didnt offer it, as I canceled membership due to not even being able to use it. Ridiculous

I gave 2 stars because I am grateful I didnt have to do his shave myself but I will not be going back to this place. I was quoted two hours for my bernedoodle male 5m old puppy. I dropped him off around 1:40 and was told it would take the full two hours. I requested the second shortest shave because I am a single mom who cant afford to take him in as often and dont want him getting matted before the next visit. I got a text at 3:22 saying it would be a bit longer because She (the boy dog) pooped on herself and she had to be washed again. We will let you know when she is ready. I was grateful for the heads up. I showed up about 4:20 thinking he would be done. When I got there they took me back because the stylist had some questions. The first thing out of his mouth is, I know you said you wanted the second shortest shave but I did it longer because his coat is just so pretty. I was bugged but let it be because I didnt want to wait another two hours to pick him up. They said all they had left was his head which was currently a huge afro. I agreed to a mohawk because I wanted the top to grow out to braid in the future. I asked them to shave around his eyes and above his ears. Also when I brought him in I had shaved the fronts of his front paws but it took forever and I didnt want to finish. He told me that I had done the front paws and they were done.... I had not shaved the backs of his paws which had long hair still. I waited in my car with my 4 little kids thinking it couldnt be much longer since they were only doing his head. I finally received a text at 5:19 that he was finished. When we picked him up he was shaking his head a lot. I assumed it was the kind of mohawk. But after getting him home realized his ears were hurting. For two days he whimpered if anyone touched anywhere near his ears. I will not go back. They didnt listen, his shave is uneven all over his body, his ears got hurt, it was $98 plus tip and it took almost 4 hours. Very disappointed.

Cut my dog on his private areas and then never responded back to my text asking about it. Cut was just ok and not cheaper than any other place we ve been too.

Our Mini Goldendoodle was in dire need of a trim and they fit us in same day. The cut was great!

We were going to K9 Design and decided to go to scenthound because it was closer to us. We weren t always overly impressed with their services for example our golden retriever would still be wet and they forgot to trim his nails. But we still kept going for convenience purposes. We missed an appointment and they were not accommodating at all or understanding of the situation. I suggested they do reminders the day before and even the day of. Here to say, drive the extra few minutes if you have already found a place you love. Would not suggest going out of convenience.

My dog Indee (husky boarder collie mix) is also so happy when I pick her up and drop her off! these people do such a god job and the pricing is so reasonable!! i definitely recommend if you need a good groomer! They have helped keep her shedding under control and makes my life so much easier!!

Awful service! This is the third time I had an issue with them. Customer service is horrible, definitely need new management because Bailey doesn t know how to be in management and what it takes. They obviously can t keep people because they have new people each month we go in. They charge you $50, if you miss an appt. Yet, if they mess up and make the mistake they don t pay you. My dog was suppose to have an appt yesterday, but one of the employees made a mistake and didn t put us down and we go out of town so we really needed it and the scheduler knew that when I made the appt. Mind you I also, had to pay a sitter to watch my kids to take my dog. The groomer came out looked at my dog and said nope, I can t him in today I m not grooming today, but tomorrow I am. I said well of your so busy and you can t from him today why are you able to sit out here at the counter with the receptionist and her reply was because I m training. So, again I said ok, but you have time to sit out here? She replied we only have two grooming tables. Why the heck do they only have two tables? I feel they should have down something to make it better, but nothing was done the only thing I got was attitude and no call back from Bailey. I called Bailey and I left a message and mentioned to cancel my membership and she still never returned my call. I also, called corporate because third time is enough! I didn t get a call back from them either.

The staff at Scenthound is AMAZING! I have a dog that has had back surgery and the are always so gentle and kind. I couldnt ask for better people to take care of my boy.

Awesome experience! The best haircut my dog has ever had! I even scheduled my dog at the wrong location by accident and they were able to fit me in! Both ladies that were working at the front desk were so helpful!

My puppy was looking cute but needed a trim. I was excited to get her looking nice for pictures. They just shaved her, and even that was uneven. Ill need to wait at least a couple months before pictures, and then get her trimmed somewhere else.

I took my golden doodle in for the first time over at the scenthound in Herriman, it was a different kind of experience. My dog got a bath and paw trim and the bath made him so clean almost didn t recognize my own dog. Paw trim was great too. Will come back again for sure

We have taken our dog to Scenthound a few times now, and we leave happy every single time! Everyone we talk to is always so kind, and treat our baby so well. I love the emails they send us after every appointment letting us know how he did during his appointment, as well as how his overall hygiene is looking like. Definitely a place I recommend for anyone looking to take their fur babies for grooming or just an overall health and hygiene check!

New in area and had had a bad groom 3 weeks ago at another groomer...Scenthound made my beautiful bichon beautiful again. They were patient to listen and address my concerns. Teddy turned out brilliant white and not choppy cut. They are definitely THE dog groomers to trust with your canine family member. Just cant say enough positive things. Their services are the going rate for PROFESSIONAL groomers . One gets what you pay for.

Signed up for the monthly membership, and it is definitely worth it. I bring Charlie, my half-husky, half-great pyrenees puppy once a week. Were greeted once we walk in the door. Appointments usually take less than an hour. Everyone here is really nice and professional. Charlie always leaves really happy and smelling amazing! I cannot recommend these guys enough! Thank you for taking care of my puppy!

Their services are exemplary, if not expensive. You join a club for a monthly fee that includes grooming less a hair cut. The hair cut costs more, total around $100. But, if.you don t use it every month you lose.

Didnt towel dry my dog and she was dripping wet and trying to shake the water off of her while walking to the vehicle and on the drive home. I didnt receive a health report or a text notification that my dog was ready to be picked up. I have taken my dog to Scenthound Herriman since they have been opened and this was the worst experience that I have had. The person at the desk didnt know if my dog was ready to be picked up when I entered the building and inquired. He had to go in the back and ask the employees in the back area and when they gave her to him, he questioned them why she was so wet. Sadly, they said that she didnt like the blow dryer that day, but I didnt pay for a blow dry only a towel dry that day. Towel dry never has left her this wet in the past. What I paid for the service was more than the service rendered.

Last time that I went there I left kinda disappointed because I just wanted to do a very basic hygiene to my dog. No bath no brush just trimmed the hair in his ear, brush his teeth etc. when I came for him the ears were exactly the same full of hair. I asked the manager and she said that they couldn t do it because he was moving too much . First of all, I took my dog there because there was a guy who did an amazing job with my dog and therefore I wanted to go back. Second of all, dogs are animals, of course they re going to move but I trust that the staff knows how to deal with an animal and control his behavior and movement. I expressed my concern about it with the manager and at the first time she was like oh! Maybe next time we could try again. And I said no, I paid for it and once again I believed that even if the guy who did such a great job last time didn t have any issue with my dog you still have professional staff fully capable to do the same. She took my dog back and did it again

I love bringing my pup here. They not only do a great job with his grooming but they know him and love him which makes all the difference.

We love the employees at Scenthound! They know my dog so well. They recently noticed a new growth on her body - and the vet says it needs to be removed. Who knows, Scenthound may have added time to my dogs life!

Took my 3 mini longhaired dachshunds in today for the basic package bath, ears nail trim and tooth brushing. Id recommend this place for your pets hygienic carte!

I used to take my dog here before and they were very kind and took care of him really well. Last time I went the lady at the front desk was not being very nice, I m glad she was gone when I came back. However they told me that my dog was being aggressive during nail trimming and that made me think that he was not feeling safe around the people doing it, in the worse scenario he used to cry or get nervous. Since they couldn t cut his nails they still charged me the full amount and I left with a very sad dog, he didn t seem ok when I picked him up.

Fabulous!!! So happy with this place. We ve bounced around to different groomers. The last one ended with one of my dogs being afraid and anxious three days after the appt. Not to mention when we got home to find cuts under his ears that did not heal for weeks. Decided to try Scenthound and I am so happy. Both dogs were happy when I picked them up and the dog that has shown anxiety after each grooming is happy as can be and not hiding from us. They did a wonderful job on the dogs and I couldnt be more pleased. We ve already scheduled the next visit. When I originally called to schedule the appointment, I explained how one dog may have some anxiety issues due to being afraid from past experiences. Because of this, the manager came in on her day off to meet with my dogs and stayed with them through the entire service. Wow!!!! I couldn t believe that she would take time out of her day to ensure the comfort of my dogs. Thank you Bailey and thank you Scenthound Herriman. You are awesome!

We have been searching for a groomer since moving. Thought we would give this a try. My general impression is that they are more focused on their business model than providing a great product. For the $120 it cost to walk out, the cut was mediocre at best.

They treat our pets like family and make sure they are taken care of. Our dogs always come back nice and clean.

They do a good job and follow instructions that you give them. They are fast too. My monthly payment doesnt role over to the next month if you cancel so watch for that.

New placevl and neighbors all say that groomers turnover is high already. They are less skilled and try selling additional services without following through on requests. Big concern is that they only require rabies and many dogs in check-in or small area. No requirement for other vax such as kennel cough. No place for dogs to pee outside before entering or leaving which will be problem once warmer and smell in parking lot. Dogs peeing on parked cars They say dogs do not touch noses but disregard airborne illnesses. They had dog in heat and intact dog in small check-in area and another dog bounding out of grooming area. It is convenient for bath, but neighbors and others at dogpark report nicked skin and poor nail trim on grooms. They check anals even when told not to do so. They ask for a tip before seeing dog groomed. Convenient but a risk. We will not return

Took my pup in as a new client and showed them picture of what I wanted and that is exactly how he looked when I picked him up. He was clean, dry and smelled great. They did an amazing job!

Have joined Scenthound Herriman for a much better smelling pooch. Plus, has his nails, ears & teeth taken care of every month.

I took my GSD and lab mix for a basic service. This was my GSDs first time being bathed by anyone else but me and he seemed fine when I picked him up. Both were done an hour later. They smell good and their coat is nice and soft. Highly recommend you try them.

Took my two Newfoundlands there today does the first time and have them on a monthly plan. The staff was great with my boys, communicate well and my boys look and smell amazing! Will definitely keep taking them.

I tried to take my dog here he is a blue Heeler the guy at the front desk did exactly what I told him not to do on how to approach my dog then he said it is against there policy to use a toy or a treat to make my dog feel comfortable with him I understand the reasoning for denieing the treat but not when I asked him to and for the reasoning behind it

Great company, great services, great prices. I immediately signed up for a membership after my dog s first appointment. My pup smelled good, his teeth looked clean, and one of the best parts his nails were rounded off after the trim, so I don t have to worry about accidental scratches!

They always take great care of my Zoe. Get done in a timely manner. I signed up for the monthly subscription which is awesome and love being able to add on. We add on a skin treatment as she has some skin issues and it has helped a lot.

Well, had a rough start because I didnt realize they expect punctuality on drop-off time. It is NOT a window. They reschedule if you are 15 minutes late. But haircut and wash was awesome. Well be regulars.

I love Scenthound and the people that work there. Our two dogs have been clients since the beginning and I love the fact that they get a thorough cleaning (bath) and check up. They all love the animals that come in. They re also really helpful with some of the options (add ins) that are available. It s just so much nicer having someone else wash and shampoo the dogs. Saves me so much time and I don t have to deal with all the hair flying around and a backache.

Our dogs felt & smelled so good after taking them here to be groomed. But the one thing that stood out to be above other groomers is that later that night I received a report card if you will on how their coat, skin, nails, teeth, etc are and how they re scored in each category. They also provide notes about what they recommend next time they come in based on these scores. It was awesome, I had never seen that before. Highly recommend!

We took our new rescue in on Saturday. The team was absolute amazing and so reassuring with her timid ness. She looked amazing afterwards! Tay does a wonderful job!

Their add was confusing. I called to schedule and learned that you have to pay a membership fee after the first visit. The guy on the phone was super nice though.

Bella got her first grooming at Scenthound last week and looks adorable. She was so happy with her groomer (Kaylee??) and so was I. She really cares about the fur babies she tends to, and they know it. Scenthound is new, so its obviously very clean. The staff is so friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Scenthound for your fur babys grooming care.

Very impress with the great customer service that I had for my fur babies My Chow Chows. How nice they came out. I still need to take one more chow the puppy. So I will due a follow update once s he get groom. They still kept it positive even though my female chow Leia miss behave to her defense she usually the best behave because I been taking her to be groomed since she was a puppy, but I think after she had her litter she had an attitude change, she is still great at home with the family I have a 8year old and a 3 year old, But I am happy that they are willing to give it another chance. They where happy with Anakin my chow he behave and look at the video how happy he came out well they both did. They still did a great job with Leia. Our dogs are always happy going there. We do the basic bath that includes nail trim, teeth brushing and ear cleaning. One of our dogs also gets her hair cut there and they do a great job!

This is a great place to take your dog for a full service grooming. Our dog has had great experiences there and had little to no anxiety with any of the groomers. They check everything each time you come and give you a full and personal report on the health of your pet. The online booking and check in also make appointments a breeze. I will be bringing my dog here exclusively from now on.

If I could give a negative review I absolutely would! We came in here, cause they were a newer place and our normal groomer wasn t able to get our pup in. When scheduling the appt they never mentioned needing any information from us regarding our pet. They then contact us the day before asking us to change our appointment time to earlier and asked that we submit our rabies vaccination. Upon review, I realized our pup was just shy of his vaccination being up to date by about a month. (Thanks wedding planning it s been crazy and I didn t realize) so I immediately called and apologized that he is shy on his vaccination and asked to reschedule. Mind you were literally 3 hours shy of 24 hours notice and they advised I d be charged 50% cancellation fee, because they couldn t take my dog in. I understood the risks involved with his vaccination which is why I was ok with rescheduling. But to be a first time customer and not be made aware of any requirements until day before his appt and then try to charge me is ridiculous and I won t be returning. The guy that I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional! I can only imagine the way he would have treated my dog! So I guess that was my sign to not take my dog here!

Kylee is the best! She handled our temperamental mini Aussi perfectly and he had a fantastic experience. We brought him in scraggly and dirty and he came back looking like an adorable stuffed animal! We will definitely be back.

I was nervous about how my dog was going to handle a groomer and was hesitant to try. Hes a rescue and extremely afraid of people, especially if Im not next to him. I was so pleasantly surprised when I came to pick him up, and he was all smiles. He even had to run back to each staff member to say goodbye and give them kisses. Each person is so kind and knowledgeable. They give you a doggy report card to let you know the condition of your dogs skin, nails, etc. Since Im still trying to get his problems under control from his abuse before me, this was so helpful. I am really glad I found this place, and Bruiser is too.

Do NOT use Scenthound in Herriman! Scam! They charged $50 as their late fee and didn t cut my dogs nails with the basic wash- even though I pay monthly for that service. Overpriced and you can get the same services at Petsmart or Petco (plus they give your dog back to you dry instead of soaking wet) without the ridiculous cancellation policy.

This place is amazing, I love that they do a monthly subscription for such a reasonable price. It honestly makes getting my girl bathed on a regular basis. They also give a report card after your visit. Highly recommend people check this place out.

Amazing place and incredible experience! I am very pleased with the service we received and the care that is offered. I was unsure how my older dog that Ive always bathed at home would do going into the groomers. I called and spoke with Bailey. Bailey was very understanding and accommodating. I immediately knew she would care for my dog just as much as I did. I was even more pleased and reassured that Bailey made sure to put my veterinarian information and phone number on my account for my older dog with current heath concerns. My dog did very well at Scenthound Herriman. When waking in my dog did not shake in fear, she was very calm. It was wonderful to see my dog so calm and enjoying herself. We just moved to Utah from Texas and our pups needed grooming. I found Scenthound via a google search and they had their appointment yesterday. We were very happy with the results and I highly recommend Scenthound. They took excellent care of our boys and they look and feel so much better after their grooming!

I love that they take a personalized approach to each dog they see. My dog Banjo was happy leaving the groomers and he looked good! He also tends towards skin irritation so it was really nice knowing that professionals were keeping an eye out for his health.

First off Zac that from desk person was super nice and easy to talk to. But as for my one star review I was just pretty bummed with the service, I got the $39 special which was a bath, ear cleaning, teeth brushed, and nail trimming. My dog (Maggie,) doesn t really like when I trim her nails, so I figured I d have a professional do it since I waited a little too long to trim them. Well I dropped her off and came back 30 minutes later, and picked Maggie up I didn t know until I got into my truck that she was still wet, which was super weird because why would you wanna pick up a wet dog and have your truck smell like wet dog and then shake in your vehicle? And more importantly her nails weren t even trimmed close to the quick? So now I m out $50 counting my tip I left and I need to schedule and have her nails done again or do them myself. If you want your dogs nails trimmed down to the quick I guess you have pay for the exclusively.

My two golden doodles went in for a full spa treatment with bath, nails and haircut. They did not do a great job in the haircut. They shaved both dogs along with their beautiful tail. They said they had matted tails and they had to shave the whole tail. I know they had a few small mats but nothing that would validate shaving their tail completely. I will not be bringing them back for a haircut again.

We joined recently with our new Standard Poodle puppy and couldn t be happier with Scenthound. I didn t know if I d like the monthly membership, but it s actually really helpful. The staff and groomers have all been wonderful! They pay attention to every aspect of your furry friends health. Very professional. Our Rosie is always happy to go to them and she looks adorable after every visit. Highly recommend!

Went here for the first time on November 18th 2023. I was worried about my rescue GSD Vader. Hes never been to a grooming place before. When we first walked in he was scared. An hour later he was so excited. Had to say bye to everyone. Remi was her normal self lol. You guys are awesome!! Thank you so much! They look and smell a lot better.

Overall disappointed. I made an appointment for my two pups. I did appreciate the reminder to make sure I got the vaccination records to them before I showed up. I would have appreciated if they had something you can tether your dog to, while you check in at the desk. I should ve done more research, but I didn t realize that your initial visit did not include a blow dry or brush out and only included a towel dry. If that would ve been mentioned to me when I gotten there, I would ve paid for that. I do feel like a blow dry and brush should be included automatically with a bath. My dogs smelled fantastic, but they were still shedding like crazy when they got home. I was also disappointed to see that one of my pups still had a substantial amount of wax in her ears as well as being very damp when she was picked up. Between the service and giving a $20 tip I paid over $100 for two dogs to receive a bath that didn t include a blow dry, brushing or good ear cleaning. I won t be back. I can go to a self service station and they would receive a more thorough cleaning for less money. I was really hoping to like this place. I work with dogs and have clients that I was hoping to refer them here.

Scenthound is a great place to take your dogs. We ve been going here for a few months and my 1 yo mini sheepadoodle has had the best experience. The place we went before always gave me PTSD when I drop her off bc something always happened at each appointment. My puppy loves the groomers and staff at Scenthound. Thank you for making this such an easy and enjoyable spa experience for Willow and I.

Zero stars, they don t deserve even one . I took my 9 month old Frenchie in for a bath, nail trim, teeth cleaning and ear cleaning. When I got her home she immediately started shaking her head and scratching at her ear. Both of her ears were super red inside but I assumed they were just a bit irritated from the cleaning. One ear is still pretty red but doesn t look infected. The other ear progressively got more red and inflamed over the next 6 days. The inside is so swollen, her ear canal is almost completely swollen shut. I called Scent Hound and they said that she had a lot of wax when they cleaned them out so it wasn t their fault. I didn t agree and so the employee said he d call his manager and let me know. He called me back and said the same thing as before, since she had wax in her ear she probably had an ear infection already . Strange they noticed the wax and noted it on her report but nothing about an ear infection. They should have noticed an ear infection when cleaning out her ears. So since she had wax in her ears when I brought her in, they are refusing to take any accountability whatsoever. He wasn t concerned and had a very flippant attitude about the whole thing. I m very disappointed that they wouldn t even consider this could be due to the ear cleaning they did. I can t get her into her vet until next week so I have to pay for an animal hospital visit instead. Most expensive dog bath ever. Shame on your company.

Got my pup all cleaned up and smellin like a flower.

My Labor-doodle Vader was their very first client and we have been coming once a week ever since! Vader absolutely loves going each week, which is amazing because if he didn t we would have stopped going! I have the unlimited plan and get him washed weekly because it s such a great value, he adores everyone there and I love a clean dog! lol I can t recommend this enough for all dog parents!I have seen some complaints due to the lack of blow drying, however in the summer there is no need and in the winter I can pay a few extra dollars for a blow dry if I think it s necessary. I also get him completely cut and groomed once every couple months and because I m a member the discount is insane. We are paying over $100 Less than we were paying previously for a full groom and we don t have to go through all of the hoops of scheduling and waiting to get him in. Long story short.. I absolutely recommend Scenthound.. for the people, price and convenience! ;)

Efficient and FAST! He went on a dirty dog and came out squeaky clean! He was so soft and smelled amazing after! They told us about 30-45min and he d be done. It felt a lot faster! We opted for the towel dry as we don t know yet how he ll react to the blow dryer and we just brushed him when we got home. He s an American Bulldog so we also opted for the face scrub to get into those adorable face wrinkles. They even give you a report afterwards of their skin, coat, ears, nails and teeth. They have a monthly membership that would be fantastic for either a long haired dog or one who spends a lot of time outside getting dirty. We just adopted ours so we re still waiting to see if he s going to be the type to roll in the mud or not. Right now it s a great option for us to bring him once in a while when it s really needed because of his short coat and he loves hopping in the shower with whoever is taking one! But only time will tell so it s good to know we have options! We ll definitely be back!!
