I took my dog in for a routine hygiene appointment, the got me right in. The staff was very friendly treated my Dog well. When I picked her up she looked great smelled even better.

Very easy to book and manage appointments. Dogs look and smell good.

He smelled and looked great his coat looked so much better, he did have a small little ball of poop but it came right off

They treat your dog like family and great grooming

They did not brush my dog like I paid them to also the used my card and accidentally paid for some one ealses when I was their just trying pay for my dogs and leave. My dog had clots of fur still and when the people who was trying to help me they kept getting side tracked and taking their time I tried to cancel my membership and they still are wanting to charge my card for next month and told me they will just freeze the payments when I dont want a membership anymore witch somehow they dont understand stand that.

They did great with my two dogs especially my maltipoo. Normally he doesnt let groomers and bathers touch him, but he let them!

Great treatment for my dogs who have never been to a groomer before. I wish I had realized brushing wasn t part of the service, as my main concern coming in was that they really needed to be brushed. Got home and had to brush both dogs out. I would still go back and add that on.

I had to drive more than 25 minutes to get to the appointment and the girl at the reception did not want to accept my little Schnauzer because a vaccine had expired just a few days when everyone knows that the expiration date is not strict, because its effect does not expire with the date. I NEVER COME BACK.

We went to the Scent Hound grand opening and it was awesome! They showed me around the store. They take great care of the cute furry friends. The staff are super nice and helpful.

Seriously, everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and professional, making us feel so welcome. And let me tell you, my precious pooch looked and smelled absolutely fabulous after their magical touch! We simply cannot wait to return month after month for more of their extraordinary care!

They treated my dogs very good! My dogs have never been groomed and they were very patient and friendly. They corporates with my husky separation anxiety with my other dog. They answered with my questions. With everything they have done, their price is amazing!! better than any other places! very highly recommend!! will definitely come back again! :)
