We just went to look at the dogs. There was a good vibe there. Someone even had a raccoon they were washing.

My dog loves the duck hearts. I took her in today for a bath and had to compensate her. They have a wonderful selection of local goods and their collars and leashes are nice to look at.

Washed my German shepherd/collie mix here today, everyone was so friendly! They had everything you need and it was so clean and well maintained.

Great place to get your pets cleaned up! The facility was sparkling clean and the staff were friendly. Multiple types of shampoo and conditioner available, plus ample towels and blow dryers. Will definitely be returning here!

The tubs here are incredible, big enough to fit large pups but also accessible almost 360 around. First time my dog laid down for a bath, she usually hates them. We will be coming here consistently.

Love the selection here, I know a lot about pet food and Pet Spawt certainly has the highest standards for products compared to all the other similar shops in the county. They pick everything super carefully so if you have questions about anything, they can elaborate!

Great store and service. I switched my Honest Kitchen dog food from Amazon to Pet Spawt, especially since they worked with me in the price to match what I was getting on Amazon. In addition they also give you a free bag of food every 6 or 7 and you get a free self wash card each time. Great value overall. But excellent service and always with a smile is my main reason to stay on as a repeat customer. Just last week I went in to get some treats for my dogs birthday and they had some good quality cakes that we ended up picking up.

This was our first time going here and it was awesome! The tubs are cleaned and sanitized between each dog and look spotless. The staff are super friendly and helped made our dog feel comfy. I highly recommend going here!!

We have bought food for my son s dog here for almost a year now, the guy in charge is very knowledgeable and helpful, he gave us recommendations since our dog is allergic to chicken, we get salmon food, goat milk, treats and also we take our dog here to bath him, the tubes are clean, everything works properly and the girls are really nice and helpful too. I love this place and our dog too!

I absolutely love this place. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that has contacted every company of the pet food they sell to get information on where the meet in the food is sourced and what temp they cook their food. This business only sells pet food you can trust giving your fur babies. Also, they have tubs for dog baths, very cool set up. Treats and accessories.

Great experience here when bringing in a 140 lb super tall Great Pyrenees just picked up from a shelter! The 2 staff that were there ( a guy and a girl) on Wednesday July 17, 2024 were amazing and so overly helpful! They both went above and beyond! Thanks so much for helping with this huge job! Really nice self serve dog wash. Nice elevated tubs. They provide towels, brushes, aprons, dryers, shampoos, and conditioner. Youre also allowed to bring your own brushes, shampoos, and conditioners if desired. Staff was very friendly. Great selection of high quality pet beds, leashes, collars, toys, and treats.

Love this place! Its clean and so easy to use. My dog is just under 100lbs so washing her at home is almost impossible. This place is convenient, the staff are always helpful, and the price is amazing. Plus I dont need to bring my own shampoo, brush or towels. They have everything you could need on site.

The two girls, Sophie, and I forget the other girls name. But without their help, I would ve struggled a lot more. I have two Airedale terriers. They help me leash the dogs to the bath, it was an easy experience. They told me I had a half hour for each dog and I was out of there within a half an hour for both dogs, I would definitely go back, after your tent wash on their punchcard system. The next wash is free.

This is the best place to go for treats, toys and food! They are really informative here. The baths are great to use, they have everything you need for the bath. The only thing they dont allow is to blow the coat out, i learned its because the hair travels and can be extremely dirty. I get it, i wouldnt want someone elses dog hair all over me. I find the weekdays are best to go for a bath since its not so busy! Thank you Petspawt and the crew for being so amazing to me and my 2 furry babies <3

I love this place! I ve been coming to Pet Spawt since my pups were babies, and now go exclusively to the South Jordan Location! The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Not only are the baths great they are super knowledgeable about food. One of my pups have had tummy issues since the beginning. With trial and error they have helped me find the perfect food for my girl! The self washes are super cool too! They have a system that mixes the soaps with water so you don t have to. Great size tubs for large Pups. Highly recommend for baths and food!!

I came in to get my dog bathed with the self sever was and right as I went into the bath area the employee was excessively commenting on my dogs shedding and proceeded to pull out a tuft of his hair without asking me if he could even touch my dog. My dog does not like his hair pulled out and will get mad at ME if I do it. He then told me they don t allow blowing out of the dogs coat. I will say he did mention this to me before hand. I then washed my puppy and the shampoo and conditioner are extremely watered down due to it being hooked up to the hose I couldn t even lather my dog. He gave me a brush so I sat and brushed me dog for quite some time to try and get as much hair out so his hair wasn t blowing around as I dried him. As I was drying him I would dry him for like 30 seconds and as I saw hair I would turn it off and try to brush more out of him to try and keep the hair contained. I did this for quite a while but then was stopped by one of the employees saying I had to be done. No dog with a double coat is not going to have some amount of hair blow out with a force dryer and for it to have to stay in my bath area was extremely hard despite me trying to brush as much as I could. My dog was still wet when I was told to leave and the employee mentioned having to clean a few of the tubs while I was drying my dog. I m not sure why he didn t just wait till I was done in there to clean. I also want to mention I was the only one in there the whole time so I wasn t bothering anyone with the hair. I m just not sure as to why you have a self serve dog wash if you won t let customers dry their dogs. The employee also mentioned no self serve place lets you do that and I have never had and issue I came here because it was close to me and new. Also for me not being able to finish my dog the price of it was far too high. I m just a bit confused on the system they have set up.

I havent used the washing area yet. But they fitted my pup for a harness which was very helpful, and all the employees seem very knowledgeable about what they sell. They have good options for treats!

Happy they opened another location! We used to go to the one in Holladay/Millcreek area until we moved to Riverton. New location is just as awesome. Nice staff. Big tubs. Towels that are actually absorbent! Also, it seems like you aren t get a lot a soap with their system because there isn t a lot of bubbles, but my dog seems to be a lot cleaner than when he is using other shampoos. Try them out.

I love Pet Spawt. The owner Tucker is super kind and helpful! My Husband and I took our pup to there holiday location for years and now we have this location in closer proximity to our home! Even though their Holladay location isnt close to where I live, Ive been a frequent customer since its been open. Tucker and his staff have always been really friendly and super helpful. Where I live there isnt many good pet stores, so I was very excited to hear about their new location and will be visiting them frequently!

This place is amazing! I will never wash my dog at my own house again. We camp a lot and my pup was filthy. I walked in not knowing what to expect and the employee helped get me started and walked me through every process and option available. I started a punch card and will definitely be back

This place is AWESOME!! Clean and the customer service was outstanding. Teegan was incredibly helpful and attentive. She stopped to ask multiple times if she could help or get a towel etc. She was going above and beyond for the customers coming into the store. I had two large dogs to bathe - one who is still a puppy so the exceptional customer service was especially appreciated! I highly recommend coming here to bathe your dogs.

Really nice local pet shop. The dog wash is incredibly convenient. The shampoo mixes with the water as it comes through the faucet! Makes washing your pup incredibly easy. They also have a ton of healthy food and great options. If you have any questions just ask the staff. They are very knowledgeable and helped us find the food that finally settled my dogs stomach.

What a great place for all of my dogs needs! The staff was very helpful and friendly. I got the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was a very pleasant and informed. I was astonished by the wide selection of healthy dog food as well as how clean the store was. I know my pup Gunner and I will be visiting again very soon!

Theyre always there to help if I need anything, and their passion for dogs really shows. I feel like Im part of a community every time I come here, and my pup loves it too!

Great facility to bring your dog, very spacious. However the customer service was not great. The employee kept rushing us out, when we werent there a very long time. We asked if there was a time limit and he said no and proceeded to be rude and wanted us out quickly. This is a shame since I really liked bringing my dog here.

Love this place! The bath area is super clean and accessible. They have different shampoos for dogs with sensitive skin, and easy to use sinks and dryers. The staff is super helpful and attentive and the store has some of the best food and treats!

This is the best idea ever. So reasonably priced and Tucker was amazing in showing us how to operate the dog bath. He also had great suggestions for our anxious dog, we picked up some calming tablets that have helped her so much through the fireworks season. We will be regular customers

Do not come here if you have a dog with a double coat. Unfortunately this place puts profits over the health of the dogs. They will not let you continue to dry your dog if a couple hairs leave your little stall. We used to own a grooming shop with a self serve dog wash. Actually, it was a lot like their set up... But the difference was that we understood that for the health if the dog it is really important to completely dry your dog, otherwise it can lead to skin problems like hot spots and yeast. And some dogs are more susceptible to it than others. (Ours is.) And we advised all customers that they should completely dry their dogs, even if that meant we had to keep recleaning the other tubs over and over again. Customers knew that hair was part of the deal and we only ever had one customer complain. So I dont buy this whole excuse of trying to aviod other customers complaining. I think everyone that goes to a self serve dog wash expects there to be hair. And if the owner, or whoever the man was, cant get over a little hair maybe he shouldnt be in the business. We also felt very rushed and couldnt even go a couple minutes without one of them coming over and asking if we needed anything. Once.. ok. Twice.. maybe. But every 3 minutes? Annoying! No I wasnt done because yall wouldnt leave us alone long enough to do anything!! This place had the worse customer service and puts money over the care of the dogs. They want you in and out as quickly as possible and dont want to have to clean up any hair mess. They should rethink their choice of a business. I wanted to add that we have previously been to their Holladay location and I was able to completely dry my dog at that location without a single issue. They did mention at the beginning that if the hair got in other stalls that they would ask me to *turn the dryer down*. This location just has a clean freak that doesnt understand the nature of the business and has no customer service skills... and cares nothing about the health of the dogs that patron his business.

I m so impressed by everything this place has to offer, from being greeted by Sophia as I walked in, to taking her time with explaining everything about the self dog wash, to helping calm my very stressed dog out and checking in from time to time during the bathing process and to top it off the outstanding expertise of knowing how to help with my poor dogs anxiety issues, we will definitely be back. I will tell everyone I know about this incredible place. The pricing was very reasonable, I definitely felt guilty leaving behind the mess, we left behind a lot of dog hair, but Sophia shared that they want us customers not to have to worry about the cleanup and to leave the mess and they will cleanup and make it just as nice for the next little furry friend . . I will not be taking my dog back to this location EVER. We have a double coated Bernese Mountain Dog that like any other double coated breed must have the undercoat blown out, combed/raked out and the hair dried to the skin to prevent hot spots and yeast. If this is not done and the dog does develop hot spots and yeast it can be a year or more of expensive vet visits to get the dog back in good health. Meanwhile the coat will have bald spots and generally look ridiculous. This is not acceptable for a 6yr old AKC registered Bernese Mountain Dog or any dog for that matter. If you dont know this and yet sell hypo allergenic shampoos and holistic and raw food and treats, then that makes me question whether you know anything about canine health, wellness, maintenance, and nutrition. Or if you really even care. But we werent blowing the coat out. We have grooming tools at home to get the undercoat out. We just wanted to make sure our dog was 100% dry before we left. There is a big difference between drying and blowing out. If drying a double coated breed there will be loose hair blowing around and that is to be expected, but if I were to blow out the undercoat as in a normal blow out then there would have been so much hair flying around that it would appear like a blizzard of hair in the entire bathing area. Not to mention it would be done using a high pressure cone nozzle. Tucker stated in his response to my wife that the lady next to us was bothered by the hair and that is completely false. She not once seemed irritated or like she wanted to move or else she could have when the tub two stalls away became available. But it is a DOG WASH. There is going to be hair. And some days there will be a ungodly amount of it. It is the nature of the business. I have owned and run my own self serve dog wash with grooming salon and pet retail. I did for about 5 years. We had the same brand of tubs. We had similar stalls with dividing walls the same height. We were located in a very upscale community. Only once that I can remember did we ever have anyone complain about the amount of hair that filled the whole shop from double coated breeds. We had Great Pyrenees, huskies, etc and many would be drying their dogs for a couple hours. As long as the dogs were well behaved they could stay as long as needed and fully dry their dogs. We never had issues regarding the amount of hair. To say that owners with double coated breeds cant fully dry their dogs is discrimination against those breeds.same as if you were to not allow certain types of people in your store based on age, race, gender, religion, or orientation. Its wrong. I will not be back to this location and would not recommend anyone else that has a double coated breed to patronize this business.

This is by far the cleanest, most professionally equipped, fabulous dog wash Ive ever used! A friendly welcome and guidance from Tucker, making sure we had everything we needed, and checking back with us, I felt like my German Shepherd and I were VIPs! The shampoo mixer makes scrubbing and backaches a thing of the past. They stock the frozen raw foods I needed too! This place is perfection! Planning to go back regularly!

The universe answered my prayers with this Pet Shop! They have an incredible selection of food/supplies and the owner was more than happy share his vast knowledge with us. I learned more on my first visit to Pet Spawt than I had the first whole year of puppy parenthood. I am grateful to have such a wonderful locally owned business in our neighborhood! We will be back.

I LOVE THIS STORE. I m a first time dog owner and this is my go-to for finding the right products that I can trust will keep my dog safe. The brands/products they sell keep me coming back for more. Their self serve dog wash station is quite impressive. The staff are amazing and always so kind! They have now expanded their business into two locations and still manage to keep both immaculate. Not your average pet store - very impressive!

LOVE that this store now has a location in South Jordan! They have five self-wash bays and the set up is fantastic. The employees were very helpful and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We even found some new clippers and CBD gummies to try. I trust this store to sell quality stuff products. This review is from my point of view and not my dogs because she would say this place is a crime against puppy kind and should be shut down because she despises getting bathed however with that being said, Pet Spawt makes bathing day not as terrible (for me, at least). The baths themselves are pretty low to the ground. My little brat refuses to get in the tub on her own and I have to lift her into it, shes 60lbs so not the easiest thing. I like the system with the soap and rinse, very easy to use. They have a tear free shampoo for their faces which is a nice touch. The people that work here are so kind and helpful! They also have a good selection of treats that are made with better ingredients.

I was so happy to hear that Pet Spawt opened this new location earlier this year. Best place to give your dog a bath! Spacious tubs and great washing setup.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I have a golden retriever, and they did not allow me to blow dry him after a bath. They stated that his hair would get all over the place. My dog was left damp and uncomfortable, and its unacceptable for the Pet Spawt to claim it cater to all breeds. Avoid this place if you want proper care for your long-haired furry friend!

Best Pet supply and washes. The pet spawt team helped me with the nutrition complications i ve had with my dog Finn. He has a really sensitive stomach and i ve tried everything (or so i thought). I was on Purina Pro before i shopped at pet spawt, now he is able to try so many new things and is currently trying open farm dog food. i d rate it 10/10. My carpets have never looked cleaner.

Very clean, very good shampoo and conditioner, soft water, and the store has treats and toys to purchase on the way out so Otto can feel like he had a special day. The guy there is very helpful.

Very nice place but i dont think you should pay 20$ for each dog when you wash them together when your pretty much saving water i understand if you was to wash them separately but when you wash them together not worth 40$ better buying the shampoo and the spary and washing them at home

$18 for a dog wash seemed a little expensive. The soaps were decent but I don t like how the water thins it out. towels provided. The brushes were pretty cheap and not really useful. Vacuums were decent, but no heat. In previous dog washes, detangler was provided, not here. No ear cleaner. Guy in the front was very nice. Elevated Tubs still require you to bend over (lower back strain) basically a little taller than your home tub which honestly defeats the purpose of a dog wash. If you re going to charge this much for the wash, please make it worth it! No review on the products, but it looked like they had tons of treats and toys!

Best self-wash pet spa Ive ever used! Shout out to Tucker and Sophie for being so helpful and accommodating! The tubs are very spacious, everything impeccably clean and open, and the soap/water system is amazing with the hoses. Never seen that anywhere else and is much less messy and more efficient. My date and I showed up a little past final bath time before closing with two muddy dogs from a soggy day at the park. They very kindly let us do a speed bath and it was so appreciated as we were new. Will be back many times for sure. 10/10.
