Can t recommend these guys enough. I use the mobile grooming and Brooks is fantastic with my girls!! He asks me a bunch of questions so he gets their cuts how I want them. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

They are so great and always accepting of my singing husky. I have a mast cell disease and they accommodate my allergies and use natural products and at my request they don t add a fragrance spray for her. They are the best in SLC!

Amazing experience! My rescue was 1 year old when I got her and very skittish. She had never been bathed except by me in a do it yourself salon. Almost a year later she was still somewhat skittish but I decided to try Puppy Luv. I am so glad I did! I was really impressed with how thy handled her, how long they spent letting her get comfortable, and how clean she came out. And the price was great. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have an 11 year old, 25 pound, poodle terrier mix with 6 teeth and a bold personality. I tend to be very particular with his grooming. his fur grows back really quickly and if it s not cut short enough it will quickly get matted and he ll look (slightly) less schleppy than pre grooming. We Call it Puppy Luv took their time and did such a meticulous job with his eyebrows, beard, and face. I m so pleased and plan to continue going back!

I have a 120 lbs NEWFOUNDLAND and I will never take him anywhere else!!! We call it puppy luv is the best groomer in SLC. The care, trust and professionalism you find here is only beat by the final product: a beautiful clean groom.

Zander takes excellent care of our dog. She is usually sketchy around men but she loves Zander. Our dogs are always beautifully groomed!

I ve been debating reviewing because of how nice the staff was to me, and in general my dog does look really good. I imagine that the mobile service is likely better than going in. We went to their location and it was not what I expected. It s kind of like a garage tucked away in a random building. We showed up and it took a while for them to put away all the dogs and let us in. One dog in particular barked so loud the whole time until they let him out and he jumped on us the whole time, scratching pretty bad and snagging my shirt. Then they gave us a two hour window, which turned to three and then was almost five until they were done. To be fair, my pup had some madding and is still just a puppy but 5 hours was a long time to drive back and forth a few times just to be told it was going to take longer, calling and texting them with little to no response. They also charged me the max ($170) plus pressure to tip. Communication would have helped a ton. When we picked him up, he was incredibly stressed and panting for an hour following. They didn t finish his sanitary trim, though the most important parts are done. He seems to be shaking his head a lot and scratching at his ear as well almost like he was nicked maybe? It just wasn t a great experience overall compared to Arnie s Dog Spa in Sandy, which had the appearance of a human spa and even though I didn t like the cut necessarily, my dog was calm and incredibly good for them and wasn t stressed afterward, while communicating with me constantly. I might be willing to give the mobile service a shot here and re-review, but I d rather go to a place where I might not like the cut as much but a better experience for my dog and I. Edit following response: It seems your response here takes no accountability at all, which isn t a good look (going over all your one-star responses, that s a trend). Yes, my dog looked good but you disregarded our overall experience which could have been mostly avoided with a very manageable level of communication. Also: your website only mentions hourly rates in regards to your mobile service, just fyi. It does not state that your in-house service is charged hourly nor was it mentioned to us over the phone. Our dog looking good is not enough for us to come back, especially after a response that excused away our poor experience here.

We brought our 3 1/2 year old poodle/airdale mix for his first professional grooming. We were worried about him being anxious but he was very comfortable. The groomers were very professional and handled him calmly and kindly and the experience turned out wonderful. All shaved, groomed and bathed without any stress. Highly recommend them.

I took my dog when she was here visiting all the way from Chicago. Everyone was amazing and treated her so well. She was very nervous and stressed and they handled her with such care and I couldn t be more grateful for them.

Sheri and her team are amazing! This past weekend, we took our 14-month-old puppy for his first grooming in 8 months. There was an entire process involving me putting him on the table to show him what my expectations were while he was there. We stayed for the first little bit, and talked to Sheri about miscellaneous dog info, and our puppy was very calm hearing our voices as the grooming began. The setup is utilitarian -- perfect for what felt like a private grooming, and it was spotlessly clean! The atmosphere was mellow, the air was breezy and cool inside with garage doors that were open to an outdoor area, and it smelled fresh. We know our puppy had a stress-free experience! The groomers were kind and gentle, and it is obvious they love dogs, and their careers are careers of the heart. ***As an aside, before we visited We Call It Puppy Luv, no one would even discuss grooming our puppy because he has a heart condition. Not mentioning other business names, our puppy had previously unsuccessful experiences because other groomers *required* he be drugged in order to be groomed. Drugging him resulted in an unhappy, scared, poorly half-groomed puppy. At We Call It Puppy Luv, our puppy made it through his entire grooming DRUG FREE, and he left wagging his tail, completely unstressed. We have found the happy place for our little guy! My mom and I have extremely high standards, and we would give ten stars if we could!

My kitties are SO pleased with Sherrie and her team. They gave Blaze and Glory their annual lion cuts and man, this is a big deal with two cats who DO NOT want to be in travel boxes or get their clumpy fur trimmed off for sumner. Sherrie s business is open-air and not fancy, but it is clean and tidy and it is clear that she and her team care for animals. Our Kittles are happy to have smooth lion cuts going into the summer and the whole process of getting there was simple. Thanks Sherrie and her TEAM!!!!!! We ll see you next May. Thx.

I took my border collie here for her first grooming ever and it went great. She can be very anxious but Sheri and Zander were so good with her and gave great suggestions!

Our dog always looks great whenever we pick her up and she is always happy and well taken care of. The grooming is great and factors in our needs, what works best for our dogs coat, as well as some personality. Glad we found them!

Today was our first experience at We Call It Puppy Luv and we will certainly be returning. We ve had dogs for over 10 years and typically went to big box retailers for our grooming and we were never quite satisfied. So with our newest puppy, we decided to do something more local and personal. What a change! We were given a full consultation before deciding on what we wanted to do with a full explanation of each option. Afterwards, we were told exactly how the grooming went and how we could keep up with it at home with affordable products. Our pup also looked incredible! We are so pleased with our experience!! We found our forever groomer today!

This place is awesome. I have a very emotional pomeranian and they have groomed her about 3-4 times.and not only do they do fantastic work, but they are so friendly with the animals. I wish they had a 10 star rating!!! ta

Great local grooming business! I have an older, long haired cat that was very matted and in desperate need of grooming. She is a former stray, very sensitive, and has never been cared for in that way before. Sheri and Xander took great care of her. They were both patient when she was upset, and worked until the job was done to their high standard. I m very happy with their service.

Our high energy and somewhat opinionated 18-month old standard poodle is not an easy dog to groom. I needed to find a new groomer after Pepper s original groomer left the salon we had been using and the second groomer was unable to handle her and finish the groom. So I read many, many reviews and settled on We Call it Puppy Luv because it sounded like they had both experience and success with difficult dogs. We took Pepper into their fixed location and were greeted by Sherry and Zander who listened and heard as we explained Pepper s grooming challenges. Sherry said they would get to know each other and they would let Pepper know what was expected of her. And it worked! My hopes were for a completed session. They not only completed the session, but Pepper looks beautiful! They were honest with me it was a hard groom. But when we picked her up they were finishing, and Pepper was actually standing still. She wasn t traumatized, she seemed fine with both Sherry and Zander, and she was wagging her tail in a happy way. Probably because she looks fabulous, and she knows it! Plus we re allowed to come back.

I took my golden retriever to We Call It Puppy LUV and the name says it all. Do to personal reasons I havent been able to get my dog (Bacon) groomed since the first of the year. They did such and awesome job and went the extra mile. Thank you Puppy LUV, best groomer in the SLC Valley!!!

Did an excellent job grooming bmmy border collie.

This was my first time taking my 5 year old cockapoo to a professional groomer- I was just as nervous as my dog but Sherri met with us beforehand, met my pup, and talked throughly about what kind of cut we wanted/areas to focus on. I picked up my dog and was able to see her toes for the first time in a long time- a miracle worker honestly looking forward to taking my other doggie for his groom! Thank you for taking care of my fur child.

Sherri is really all about the comfort and safety of my dog while he is being groomed. My Shih Tzu gets a quality groom and is a happy boy when I pick him up! I highly recommend Sherri! Her grooming salon is very clean and her team is friendly.

Mother-Son team in an industrial park who also offer a mobile grooming visit. Not shiny or fancy but a good bath, brush and trim for both my Newfoundland and Shih Tzu, neither of which have ever appreciated groom. Fair prices, very friendly and accommodating.

We took our insanely anxious Appenzeller there, who hates baths and we walked in a little early to find him being finished up like he was a king at a manicure spa, super chill. His nails have never looked better and he is a super shiny pretty guy now. Will definitely Otley be out regular spot and it worth the drive for us.

I have been using the pet CBD oil for 6 months and the difference in the quality of their product is substantial!! My 14 year old husky has chronic arthritis and pain and this cbd has worked better than the many others I have tries!! Absolutely worth it!! I won t use any other CBD oil!!!

I feel really sad, disappointed and angry. I dont understand how it went so bad for me after seeing such good reviews, the lady was so kind when she received me, I dont understand what happened! I paid for a complete grooming for my cat, (they did NOT bathe him) they only gave him a total haircut, very poorly done since I had him cut because he had knots and even so when I got home, I had to remove more with scissors because they were not removed, the haircut on his legs was super uneven, with more hair on some legs than others, a large amount of the hair that was cut came from his carry profile, they cut his nails in which they hurt one and it had blood. How did I pay almost 95 dollars for that?

Love these guys! I have a very picky dog and he adores the groomers at Puppy Love. They do a fantastic job and the mobile unit is great. Brookes is absolutely wonderful; he does a wonderful job calming my crazy lab and really pays attention to detail during the bath and nail trim. Prices are also great. Highly reccomend!

This groomer is amazing! Sherry was super flexible when working with me, she was able to get me an appointment very last minute since we had a time constraint. My dog is a bit anxious, she made sure he was comfortable, she was very patient and worked with me on at home tips to manage his coat. We Call it Puppy Luv puts your dogs needs first to make sure they are cared for, comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend!

Sheri and her team have groomed our dog, Joey, for over a year now, and we LOVE them!! Joey is a hard-to-groom goldendoodle who hates being fussed with (nipping, growling, etc.), but they are always so patient and continue to express nothing but love and understanding. He always comes back well groomed and happy. Cannot say enough great things about this team!!

Please dont take your dog here. My dog has several nicks and cuts, nails all cracked and jagged as well as a terrible rash on private parts. We are traumatized.

Wonderful experience! I have a senior dog that requires a little extra love and care so I m often nervous going to new groomers. But they take such good care of him and he leaves looking great every time. They even offer CBD products for pets. I started giving it to him every day due to arthritis in his back and you can really tell a difference in his mobility. I would 100% recommend them.

Sherri did a wonderful job with my EXTREMELY nervous little dog. He absolutely hates having his nails trimmed and having the hair of his legs/feet cut. He goes bonkers. Anyway, Sherri was patient, understanding, and sweet with my wailing furball. 5 stars. I will return and she has my highest level of recommendation.

Like most of you I assume, I chose to take my puppy here based on the 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, the experience we had went from a bad haircut, to a horrible interaction with the owner. I have 3 main complaints: 1) I was VERY clear that I did not want my pup to go from cute and fluffy to shaved, specifying that we wanted a ½ inch trim. Sherri took off double that. 2) I selected the Doggy Style service which per the website includes, light de-matting where needed, hair trim/cut and style, thorough brushing, heated water bath, shampoo & conditioner treatment, blow dry, nails filed and ears cleaned for $85. What the website did not make clear to me, was that you pay $85 for whatever Sherri can get to in an hour. For my (tiny, 10 lb) dog, that meant just a haircut and nail trim. 3) These factors combined, I reached out to Sherri and asked for a partial refund seeing as the cut was not what I wanted and that my dog didn t receive any of the other services listed. Sherri made it very clear that she did not care about my frustrations and was incredibly rude. All in all, I was upset about the haircut, but Sherri s incredibly immature and inappropriate response is what has compelled me to leave this review.

Sheri and her assistant did an incredible job with my Sheepadoodle puppy Ollie. Ollie was very anxious, Sheri was very patient and even took Ollie for a little walk to calm him before she took him on the bus. She was very accommodating with my wishes not to blow dry him. In the end, Ollie was happy not stressed and had his best haircut ever. We will be lifelong customers. Thank you for taking such great care of my Ollie!

Very responsive however I was shocked that they did not dry the dogs. I also was upset with how short one of the dogs cut was.

The fact that Puppy Luv comes to your home is awesome. They did a great job and my dog (lab) came out clean, trimmed, and happy. I recommend them highly!

That did a great job but the surprise at the end makes it so I will not use them again. The website states 85 dollars which is higher than I usually pay but I was ok with that. But at checkout it was 170 dollars they charge by the hour not by the job. So be aware .... I probably will never use them again there are lots of services just as good that charge reasonable prices by the job not by the hour.

I was very happy with the service they provided over a month ago and I am going to be reserving a time for the next haircut and wash. They were very patient and did a great job with an older dog, who had some anxiety after not being groomed for a while. Great service!

I have a nearly 14 year old Springer Spaniel. She has always been a very nervous, high strung dog. I have taken her to groomers her whole life. Now she is old she has difficutly standing and staying standing and her general nervousness has increased. The last time I took her to an instore groomer, they told me not to bring her back. She was too much to handle. They were afraid she would get hurt due to not staying on the table. Now she is loosing control of her bowels and with her long fur it has been a nightmare to stay ahead of and keep her clean. Out of desperation I contacted We Call It Puppy Love. I verified that they would have two people who could help get her taken care of and fully apprised them of the situation. They said, not a problem. They showed up on time, whisked her away and in a little over an hour returned her to me looking absolutely fabulous. I feel like they alone have lengthened her life. I was at wits end about how to manage her and have been considering putting her down. Those of us who view our fur babies as family can imagine how upsetting that choice would be to make. I couldnt risk taking her to another instore groomer. Now with her shortened hair, cleanup will be easy and we can carry on. I am so grateful. They are in fact miracle workers. Im so appreciative of the service they offer and so appreciative of their wonderful care of my very elderly puppy!!! Next time I will have them groom both of my Springers. You wont go wrong by choosing them. And to boot they are lovely people!!

Really love the convenience of having the grooming truck come to the home. Lady M always looks great after her bath, clipping and brushing.

I have a chocolate lab who is hard to bathe at home, and I hated taking her in and leaving her at the groomer for hours. Having Puppy Luv come to our home is the best thing! I have only good things to say about the quality and the service. I use them on a regularly scheduled basis.

We have a Goldendoodle and a Labradoodle that don t like to sit still or take baths. And they do such a great job with our dogs that I think they actually get excited to get into the van. Please we ve tried other groomers and Sheri is the only one that has got the teddy bear cut right!

So so impressed with Sherri and her company! I don t live in SLC area but she accommodates and meets me anywhere I need to run an errand. I have a very shy and timid Golden and have never had a problem. They re so kind and patient with her! In and out within an hour each time- that s the best part.

We decided to give our 15 yes old cat a lions cut to alleviate her vomiting from hairballs. They came to our home and let us be in the van with her which we needed because she doesnt like strangers and it was a little traumatic for her. They did a great job! We will definitely use them again.

And though she was done for the day, said I could come right over and she would see what she could do. She cleaned up the mess and wasn t even going to charge me. Amazing! Firstly, my 6 year old cat is extremely fussy and gets really anxious when I take her to any grooming salons. Its mainly because shes afraid of the other animals. Im so grateful for WCIPL because she returned to me in just 20-30 minutes (it usually takes a couple of hours at the salon), and she calm and was purring immediately. Ive never had such a wonderful experience, after visiting 3 salons in slc. This will always be my go to! :)

Puppy luv does remarkable work. Car rides make my dog anxious, so having the luxury of this service was great for both him and I. They did a great job and he felt and smelled amazing after! He usually gets dandruff after being bathed and he had no dandruff after using their shampoo and conditioner.

They did such a great job with my dog Schuster! He was a bit of a challenge and they were incredible with him! Five stars! And highly recommend!!!

It was a great experience overall. Extremely friendly and courteous service. They encourage you to get involved in the process. They were great with accommodating the needs of my dog with her being a little older with some health problems. And being one dog at a time takes away much of the stress my dog normally goes through with all the chaos of a regular groomer. Showed up when they said they would and seemed to go to whatever extra mile they needed to in order for you and your animal to be as happy and satisfied as possible, including a pretty generous military discount Thank you for the wonderful experience! 10/10 would and will always recommend.

Our standard Poodle Lewis Blackdog II had a full winter coat and was a mess. Sheri picked Lewis up and took the time he needed to make him look great and happy. We will definitely will be back. Thanks Sheri!

We have been looking for mobile groomers for years and always got the same answer of we will groom your little dog but not your big one. Or, we will put you on a waiting list that never existed. Thank goodness for We Call It Puppy Luv! I called on a Thursday and we had an appointment Monday morning. They treated our Lab and Shitzu Poodle perfectly and their washes and cuts were great! It was our puppys first experience with being shaved. We Call It Puppy Luv took good care of Luna. Their mobile grooming vehicle was very clean and I felt comfortable leaving her in their hands.

I made an appt for my moms dog to be groomed before I left SLC, to go back home to Florida. Shari groomed him this past Monday. My moms dog Jackie, is loved like another child, so I was hoping it would be a smooth, satisfactory experience for my mom and her dog. Shari exceeded my moms expectations! My mom doesnt drive, she relies on my sister, who lives out of town as well, to get Jackie to the groomer. We couldnt get him in during our visit, which had us all stressed. My boyfriend and I have a golden doodle who does not like the groomer and have had some bad experiences. So we decided to try out We Call it Puppy Loce because it s one in one and sounded great. What a great experience! I have two very fluffy dogs and they smelled and looked great when they were done. It s such a relief not to have to take them somewhere and leave them for hours!

This was so convenient, but most of all my dog came out happy and looked great! The van thats used for the grooming is large and comfortable, less tense for our pups. Thank You Puppy Luv!!! Ive referred a few new families because it was a great experience

Ive had dog grooming done by We Call it Puppy Luv twice now and they have done a really good job. My dogs dont seem to have any grooming PTSD and they both looked and smelled great.

Sheri and Brooks are true dog lovers and are great groomers. I have a large, blind Rottweiler, and several groomers would not accommodate me due to my dog not being able to negotiate small, steep steps into their bathing basins. My dog came back to me smelling and looking beautiful with a big smile on her face. I highly recommend We Call It Puppy Love!

I highly recommend We Call It Puppy Luv mobile groomers. Sheri and Brook did an amazing job with my rather challenging geriatric Pomeranian. My little old dog has a collapsed trachea, bad arthritis in his hips and tremendous anxiety. Taking him to a groomer and leaving him would probably be dangerous for him at this stage. My dog has extreme separation anxiety and so Sheri and Brook welcomed me to be with them as they worked so carefully to do my dogs nails and deal with nasty mats that had developed. They are patient, kind, skilled and knowledgeable. My little guy looks fabulous and feels SOOOOO much better. I am so grateful and I will definitely use them again!

The mobile grooming experience was awesome. We had our pups nails trimmed and smoothed, teeth brushed, and sanitary trims. All done with great attention to detail. Gives me peace of mind that they truly care about your pet. Great price and great service!

My 10-year-old cavapoo, Lily, is anxious about getting groomed and shakes a ton, especially around a dryer or dremel. But Sherri let me keep Lily company as she worked and asked about length, style, etc. just to make sure the groom was to my preference. We had a great conversation and Lily calmed down immensely. My pup was carried onto the mobile bus as an ewok and jumped out a sassy pup again. Thank you for the great work Sherri!
