Don t even bother calling this place. I ve tried for the past 3 years and they always say they are soooo booked out and don t take new clients which is pretty crazy to not accept any new dogs ever. What is the point of even operating a business if they don t want to expand & reach new clientele. Would give 0 stars if I could.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The first time I came in they did wonderful on my schnauzer and the second time was a walk-in and they were able to get me in and it taken it long annnnnd they were fast with it which was amazing ( I didnt catch groomers name but they both did amazing both times)

No matter when I bring my dog In to get her nails trimmed, i always get a yes. I always forget the times when they do walk-ins. But everyone there is great. The dogs are never barking in the front where you can never hear the Ladys upfront. I would and am recommending this place to everyone I know with dogs. To try this place.

Do not take your dog here, they lied about my dog biting them. They tried to collude and tell me my dog had bitten another groomer on a prior visit when we had never even been there before. Completely dissatisfied.

I would not recommend this place at all. Dogs hair cuts were not good. They said they brush their teeth but they didnt. When I called they said it was plaque buildup but then I brushed them and their teeth were no longer yellow. My dogs were dried out so bad that even 5 Weeks later theyre still covered in scabs everywhere. I understand its normal after a dog gets groomed to possibly have a couple bumps. But my Australian Shepherd had at least 100 scabs. Overpriced for their unexperienced groomers. Plus my dogs were very nervous and almost aggressive when they came back, like they had been scared. Will never go back here again.

I had been going there before with no real problems.I brought my dog last week and yes he was matted but he came back traumatized and hurting. They didnt tell me anything, they had just handed him back. I had seen the injury to his groin but today i finally gotgot a look into his ears and found how badly they hurt him.

They do a great job with our dog and are reasonably priced.

DON T GO HERE!!!!!! I have been going here for years and yesterday I had to cancel my appointment because I had to go to the ER, which I told them about, and now they want me to prepay for all my appointments!?! This place is a joke! I don t know if they changed management or owners but recently this place has gone down hill in service and in grooming. They were amazing in the past and I would drive 45 minutes to bring my dogs here but recently they have been doing a terrible job grooming my dogs and I would give them the benefit of the doubt because I have been going here for almost 8 years! No more. They have gone downhill!!!!! Don t go here!

Low key groomer in Taylorsville. Pretty consistent with drop off and pick up. Scheduled in 2-hour blocks, generally if I drop off at noon hes ready at about two. Price seems a little high, but I havent comparison shopped in a few years. Some cuts look better then others, particularly around the face. One time they did a completely different cut, perhaps because the longer fur was a little tangled. We ultimately preferred that look, but it came as a shock when we picked him up.

I love this little grooming salon! They always do such a great job and are always so excited to see my little pups. I would definitely recommend them!

Ive been using All About Dogs for awhile now because my groomer is there and Ive been following HER around. However, All About Dogs overall is pretty great! Theyre always professional and really good to the dogs that come in. Ive been to other groomers that arent so nice. And just last night I heard about an experience from another place I used to frequent. That dog was so anxious that she had diarrhea and they called her owner and told her to come get her dog and they didnt even wash the dog off before sending her home and they still charged her for the service they didnt even do! WHAT ?!!? I could go on for days with other stories Ive heard an actually witnessed but you get the picture. So like I said All About Dogs is pretty fantastic overall.

Kelsey is a great groomer and extremely nice and accommodating. We have been going to her a long time. The reason for the bad review however is that one of the owners is so rude to me every time I go in. We pay above 40% tip most of the time and have always been nothing but nice and respectful to her. She never speaks to me, uses the phone to pretend she cant talk to me while grabbing my dog and taking them to the back. Today, I went an hour earlier than my appointment was scheduled because they asked if I could come in earlier. I accommodated my schedule for them. When I walked in, the owner had me wait 9 minutes after she saw me come in and after her employee told her I was there. I was loud with my dog also in the lobby. She knew. Very unprofessional and I will not be going back.

The lovely ladies are real professional and have so much passion in what they do. They can get your dogs in at anytime and have them done in no time professionally. Company Owner LeHua and her right hand Kelsy(daughter) are one of the best at this field. Highly recommend your dogs to visit them

They did a really.good job with my German shepherd puppy. I just wish they would have saved down his nails a little more than what was done.

We have been coming here for years!! They are very friendly and the dogs love coming in. Cuts and nails always look great.

I have been going to this groomer for quite a while with no problems (a year or more). The last 2 times have been terrible. First time my shih tzu was shaved down to her skin- this after telling them to do the same cut shed always been getting. I attributed this to perhaps a mistake and let it go. Second time they shaved her rear leg down to the skin so it looked like she was scarred. I also had to retrim her face.I think they use my shih tzu as a trainer for new groomers since she has such a great temperament. She also has developed a terrible rash since going there. I will no longer recommend nor go to this groomer ever again.

It was so quick to get both my german shepherd mix dogs in for their needed grooming. They didnt even take 2 hours and I was called to come get them. My girls look so good now!

I have had my little Pom Mollie groomed for over two years here, and EVERY time has been a wonderful experience . I have mostly dealt with Susan, who is so friendly and nice. Cant go wrong going here for your fur baby.

Ok the place is very small! This was my first visit here and of course I made an appointment for 2 dogs. But upon getting there, all the cutting tables, dog bathes, and some in cages. As I was filling out new paperwork other dogs were coming in for new appointments as well for the same time.....UGH Although it seemed as if they knew what was going on I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and a bit unsure. The smell was another thing it stunk in there so bad..... They said 2 hrs and 2hrs later they called and said we close at 4:00 your dogs are done. This was at 3:58. The dogs looked alright and seemed happy.

Staff didnt listen to how I wanted my puppies hair cut. Hair cut was uneven and they didnt cut his toe nails. Nice people, probably some honest mistakes.

I emailed about getting an appointment and never heard back. I called and left a voicemail and never heard back. Guess I wont be taking my dog there.

Taken my dog here many times and it was great but the last time I went, they shaved my golden retriever, which wasn t even close to what I had asked for. I was so shocked, and the lady said she thought it was what I wanted. I honestly think the lady messed up and decided to just shave him and not own up to her mistake. It wasn t even close to the picture I showed her and I would never tell her to shave my golden retriever. I m just hoping his coat grows back normal.

They did the most wonderful work on Hava. I told them I was concerned about shedding and they sent her home so very clean. I am so pleased. We have used All About Dogs for Hava and our sweet departed dog Hadassah for years. I highly recommend.

I took my pitbull in there and they were very nice to him even though he was not having the blow dryer or nail cutting they where great in handling his temperament and he was way less stressed then taking him to big box pet stores staff was awesome with him

I have taken my two dogs here a couple of times and we always have to fix their faces at home because they dont cut it the way we ask them to. Yesterday was definitely the last time i take them there. i picked up my two dogs and their faces were uneven and longer than the body, when i clearly asked for it ALL to be the same length. I asked the lady if she could fix their faces, and she argued with me saying that how i wanted it. If i am paying you that much money i expect you to do what i ask for. Horrible customer service. Also making me pick up my 25-30lb dog and handing him to her, when you can clearly see that i am pregnant. Never Returning here.

One of the groomers cut my dogs padding then proceeded to just say that maybe it was because of my dog being old and may having arthritis that he pulled his paw away which caused them to accidentally cut his paw. I do appreciate that they did apologize and they did glue his pad to stop the bleeding, but I dont appreciate them blaming his old age and may having arthritis (which he doesnt) that caused this injury. My dog is old and small, but he is well behaved, healthy, and never had a problem with grooming at other places. I chose this places because it was close by and got good ratings. If my dog were to move a little that shouldnt be a problem for them to work with, I expected them to know how to work with dogs that may move around. Not all dogs are statues when they get groomed.

I don t know if it was from this place or afterward but my pup got really bad either razor burn or skin irritation or something. He is so skiddish and jumped one time at me when i tried petting him. Just worries me that hopefully he wasn t hurt, he is never like that. Will be calling them first thing Monday morning to see what could ve happened. Don t think I will be taking him there again. Loved his haircut the first time but the second time was a much different experience.

My two hellions Chloe and Bitty Kisses have only been groomed at All About Dogs. They were very hesitant at first and cried the first couple of visits. Now they know when they are going to get groomed and get very excited the closer we get. The staff is amazing, more like extended family now. I have read all the reviews and would caution reading too much into the negative ones. Things do happen that are unfortunate for sure but, where these ladies are concerned it is rare. They treat my doggos like they are their own.

Great prices and excellent customer service in this shop! They work quickly, and did a beautiful job on my Shih-Tzus (who were slightly matted). This is the only place Ill bring my dogs from now on!

I started having my miniature poodle groomed here when I saw another poodle with a french mustache and I wanted my poodle to be groomed with one. They do an excellent job. I highly recommend this business.

Oh my word! What a hidden gem! When I tool my boy in ( Japanese chin) i was expecting the usual petsmart type groom, but wjat i got was the Jennifer Lopez of all groomings! Vader looked like a doggy model once they were all through with him! He was soooooo soft and smelled amazing for days! There is NO WHERE i will ever take my pups besides here!

Staff are super sweet. I needed to get my dog in quick and they took her same day. I ve gone to the same groomers for years. I have decided my pups will be going here from now on. My pups hair was cut perfectly she smelt amazing and really seemed to like the staff.

I took my American Eskimo dog here today because I was desperate to find someone to bath and brush my dog before Christmas. Ive never been before, and the place is really small, but the staff was super friendly right off the bat and it was easy to get my dog in. When I picked him up he looked absolutely gorgeous! They got all the loose fur out and he was completely dry, and they trimmed him up to make him look like a total doll! He feels so soft and smells so good. I will definitely be bringing my pooch back here! They even gave him a Christmas treat bag with 4 or 5 treats and he gobbled them up! The ONLY really minor complaint was that they didnt put a cute bandana on him like many groomers do, but no biggie! The brush and trim was worth every penny. Thank you!!

All About Dogs Pet Grooming is fantastic! They always do so much, much more than you are paying them for. They handle your dog with such sweetness that the dogs arent afraid to go back there, like with PetSmart. I cannot praise this grooming whop highly enough!

They did great making my dog feel comfortable. He gets nervous around strangers but when I picked him up after his grooming he was jumping around and so happy. Thanks for taking such good care of my doggy!

I took my dog there the other day for a full cut. The workers were extremely nice but after leaving her I had an icky feeling. When I returned to pick her up she was a completely different dog. She was extremely withdrawn the rest of the day. Would cower in the corner and wouldnt let me leave her alone. When i carried her she began crying and scratching me if I tried to put her on the floor, And She has NEVER scratched me . I dont know if they hurt her in some way, she doesnt have any physical signs of trauma. Something happened there, emotionally she is hurt and she was not like that before I dropped her off. I will not be bringing her back.
