Our academy-trained Pet Stylists have over 800 hours of hands-on grooming instruction that includes bathing, trimming & styling of all breeds & sizes, plus annual safety certification. Our Grooming Salons offer appointments for full-service grooming & bathing as well as Walk-in services for dog nail trim, nail grind, PAWdicure, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, trimming, dematting & more. Our Express services features uninterrupted primping that limits the amount of time your pet spends in the salon. Select locations offer grooming & bathing services for cats like nail trim, nail caps application, ear cleaning & sanitary trim.

My dog’s first time and she looked great. My problem is they were not very friendly. I was told to go to register 1 and pay and they would bring her out to me. So, I waited and waited in the store and finally had to go back again to get her and they totally forgot.

Pricey for a person on Fixed Income. The services I believe are worth the price, however it is out of my budget. There are other reasons that I go to PetSmart, a few are: Small Bites Hills Science Diet, Potty Pads. I have bought a clipper, and cutting heads there, but at a different PetSmart.
Not really a one star but maybe put on Google that you don't really open at 7am. Waste people time thinking they can run over first thing in the morning. Put the real time of 9am
