I get my kitty litter here. Great product. Have 6 cats and it works great. Good customer service.

My dog just needed a quick nail trim/ file. They got him in quickly and at a reasonable price.

Way too many dead animals. I went 4/20/24 and saw many dead fish. I went to buy feeder insects but could only find 3 or 4 actually living bugs. Many were very dead and stunk.

I get a lot of my supplies for me pets here, and I love them.

As I came into your store there was a good size line the floors looked like they had been just mooped with no floor signs up anywhere but it smelled ok not the best but what can you say about pet store parking lot had good lightning and clean

Took my puppy to get groomed at this location and the groomer was delightful. It was an older lady and she was very knowledgeable about my dogs breed.

I brought my dog (Oreo) to get groomed to this Petco 2/12/23 @ 11am for the first time and it will definitely be the last. As soon as I walked in the 2 groomers already had a very snotty attitude, I told them my dog had an appointment and the 2 groomers kept looking at each other as if it was such a big inconvenience that I made an appointment, they were not welcoming whatsoever, if you ever want to feel like a bother even if an appointment was made, come here, other than that I do NOT recommend this Petco.

They had what I needed (a hood/light for fish tank) and the cashier was so nice, the only reason for 4 stars is because it was so expensive, I mean 200 for an led light is crazy, the cheapest was 60 which I had to settle for but no led its fluorescent and I did pay in 4 app so for $110 I got one pump, one plant, and a light, so the only way I can shop there is if I can make payments

Placed my order online - for all new items - and that what I got to pick up Most annoying part was store associates telling me this so new item and full price is applied. So I returned on spot - paid 98.73 got return 94.23 petco no more for me

Before we even walked in there were signs that they could accept cash only because their system was down. We went in anyways, but left right away. There were hardly any animals! Not a single fish, most of the reptile cages and many of the hamster cages were empty, and no adoptable animals were there either. What kind of a pet store doesnt carry PETS? Wont go back here again.

Terrible location. The aquatic section is non-existent, and the whole store overall is in shambles.

Seems to be another so so pet shop unfortunately. It had something we needed for the puppy. Service is a little slow and maybe short staffed? We ordered ahead but when we called we waited for 10 minutes before just walking in and getting what we ordered in person...kinda defeated the whole idea. Maybe it was a bad day for them? Idk.

Stopped by the store to get a couple of goldfish around 2pm, it was very slow, maybe 1 or 2 other customers. We went straight to aquatics and were looking at fish, and no one came to ask if we needed help or anything, so I walked up to the register and asked if someone could assist us in aquatics. The associate paged someone, and we went back and waited. About 5-7 minutes later, an employee came out of the room next to the fish, completely ignored us, and walked away. We waited a few more minutes, and I went back to the register, and she made some excuse for the employee saying she had a new kitten and she would be right there. I said ok and went back and waited another 5-10 minutes. After that, we just walked out of the store, and no fish purchased. Terrible customer service!

Best place ever. They do an amazing job at grooming and their prices are way better than Petsmart.

Prices are a little for standard items. Staff not very familiar with what is sold in stores. Many of the items that are sold for guinea pigs are not safe for them to eat. Make sure that toy do your research before asking the opinion of the staff on how to take care of your animal. While we were there the cages were trashed and there was no food in them. Worried about the care of the animals.

Ive had my Yorkie for over 5 years and Kayla at this location gave him the best grooming hes had yet!! Ive never been let down in their grooming dept so shout out to Kayla and the grooming team!!

They did a great job vaccinating our German shepherd. He doesnt like to be touched by strangers but the staff handled him well.

Reasonable spot. Double-requests donations on checkout, but at least it doesnt yet ask for a store tip.

Their selection of small dog clothes and collar/ leash is not great, All basic and plain no matching collars and leashes for small dogs.

They have a lot of great inventory. I found what i was looking for but didnt purchase anything because of the prices! I went in for pet carriers and they were twice as much as walmarts! I ended up purchasing pet carriers at deseret industries for a fraction of the cost.

The girls there were actually very knowledgeable about my lizard. The girl at the front and her manager both answered all my questions. I wish I would have gotten their names.

The employees know where everything is. They are so helpful and kind!

Very disappointed at the customer service came in to buy a fish at 6:30 and was told the fish section was closed we would have to come back at 9:00 AM. There were at least three employees in the store. The customer service was dismal and the store was a mess needless to say I wont be back.

Normally the are nice people working in this location and they are happy to much prices with the website.

Disorganized and very messy. Also price items higher than other pet stores but everybody else was out of the item I wanted. They werent following the state mask mandate at the time I went either.

I need a little too expensive what I was looking for was one of those best things to help my dog when youre walking them I went someplace and bought a real nice one for $6.99 and theirs was over $30 and I have the over $30 one and I cant he wont wear it its uncomfortable and he just hates it but the one I bought I paid $6.99 works just great actually better than the one I paid 34 and he likes this one

Clean store, great.selection. Minus two stars for waiting in a line with 5 people ahead of me while the only cashier was getting something for the customer she was checking out that was time consuming. Im a patient person and understanding of a lot of places being short staffed, however while waiting I saw two other female employees walking around and a few times near the other registers looking at our long line. I thought surely one would open up another register only to be surprised to see them just walk casually to the back of the store.

I found so many things for my little pet fish, pretty good prices too.

They have the best LARGE crickets around.

I have 3 cats and a dog my oldest cat is having an issue and I was desperate for help didnt know what to do how did you go about it I came in here and Kensey Was absolutely fantastic she spent a good 30 minutes with me helping me everything I needed from trying to find my wet treats that were not in a broth to the right cat tree and the biggest issue with my eldest cat different ideas on what to do and how to go about getting her to use the litter Box again Every time I had a thought or a question Kensey took the time and walked me to that specific location personally stayed there until I had decided the direction I wanted to go This is by far the best experience I have had in any store in the last 3 yeasked 3 years way to go great job keep it up if you have a question about your pet go see Kensey

no public restrooms...just seems like someone wants to have all of the advantages of owning a business while not contributing to society. it could be difficult for an elderly person to use the bathroom while having their pet with them, and this location makes it even harder now for them.

Fast and friendly service! The gals in the grooming department were awesome! They made my usually nervous dog feel right at home and took care of everything we needed. They even took the time to let me know of some possible issues with her ears (hound dog) and what to do to make sure it isn t an infection. It s always nice to have these services available when it s a difficult task to perform by yourself.

Went here to get some fish with my kids, and the associate Kensey was super knowledgeable and friendly! She was super sweet to my kids, and while I was getting a tag engraved, she took them by the reptiles and let them pet a couple of different animals! Shopping with Littles is usually very stressful, but she helped make it enjoyable for all of us! Idk how much she makes, but she deserves a raise! I will come back to this location for future needs!

Ive only recently discovered the buy a jug then refill it kitty litter but Im loving it. It works well and does the job... and my cat uses it without any problem. Its a very good deal. I cant wait to get the club emails with the coupons for the kitty litter that the clerk told me about.

I was chased out of the store by anti maskers. Edit: little bit overdramatic, i confronted a couple not wearing masks, they refused to put them on. The store was understaffed to begin with so i just left.

Just got a new puppy and went to buy all the stuff for a puppy and the employees were super helpful! They helped me with every single thing I needed and showed me options explaining what would be best for a puppy and which were the best/safest products. They were amazing and went above and beyond!

Worst Petco in West Salt Lake County. They lock their doors before closing and then when you walk in they jump on you to let you know there is only 5 minutes til they close so you better hurry! Horrible service

Great experience at this store, Avery helped fit a harness for my dog and gave really good tips to keep her behaved on the harness. Will definitely be coming back in the future

Decent prices on products. The reason for only four stars is because I took my dog to get his hair cut there and he came back upset, which is unusual. Since I don t speak dog language, I can only assume the worst. But other than that, this is my go-to for all pet supplies.

Got an email confirmation that my vetco appointment would be at 10 am on June 6th at this store. Showed up only to find out they aren t at this location today. It would have been fine if I got an update stating they wouldn t be here today or to go to a different location. But no update just no call no show on their part. This is after scheduling a make up appointment because they didn t get my dog their correct booster vaccinations on the previous visit.

They always have the dog food my dog loves.

This store is in shambles. Disorganized, fish tanks leaking and towels all over the floor, and it looks like the leak is very old, lots of wall and floor damage. I used the womans restroom and it was atrocious!!! Toilets (both) were filthy and looked like they hadnt been scrubbed in weeks, there was toilet paper and toilet paper rolls all over the floor, there was no paper towels and they had rags on the counter to use to wipe your hands dry an d the sink was filthy also. There was horrible lighting in the bathroom. The cashier, Jo, was very nice.

Im confused. I scheduled a grooming appointment at 8:15. Its 8:45 now and the doors are locked and the employees are just waiting around outside because nobody has keys. How was I able to book an appointment when the store apparently doesnt open until 9:00? I dont get it. Update: Ok, so there was a scheduling error. Jo (I think shes a manager) showed up early even though she wasnt scheduled to and got everything sorted out for me. Thanks Jo!

We had our dog Lux groomed at this location by Lindsay and she was amazing! We dropped our dog off after going WAY to long between groomings and Lindsay was so kind and helpful and we couldn t be happier with how her cut turned out. Thank you so much Lindsay for taking such good care of Lux!

First time I visited this location! It was very clean and didnt have a pet smell. I was able to find what I needed right away. I didnt know what nail clippers to get for my pets. So I took 3 different pairs up to the register. The cashier was able to help me choose the best pair and explained why. I trusted and appreciated her advice. I got home and cut my boxers Milos nails...soooo much easier than I had expected. I did my cats nails and amazing things happened she sat and let me do it. Took 2 minutes. Thank Thank so much!! I regret that I didnt get your name!!! SHE WAS AMAZING!

They have assassin snails and theyre always helpful here. My dog loves the selection of treats and toys, she can always find something she wants to take home after her trim in the grooming section. I go here for all my fish tank needs. Great place.

We brought our pup all the way from Provo to see Lindsey to get groomed. First visit was great, our Dog got a puppy cut and Lindsey was very helpful in letting us know what we needed to do in order for our dog to be ready for a full grooming on the next visit. We brought her back a few weeks later and Lindsey was able to do a full groom for us. She did a fantastic job and the pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend getting your pet groomed by Lindsey all day long.

They carry my favorite litter and several higher quality catfood brands that my cat will tolerate:) (shes a little trash goblin at heart). It doesnt have the variety of Dogs Meow, but a Petco is probably closer to home for most of us.

Recent experience with trying to call in and fix a password reset. Being told 20min wait, set up a call back. Called, then sat on the phone for an additional 30 minutes before hanging up, no resolution, a lot of frustration.

They always take such good care of my dog. At first when I had my dog I only took her to small shops because I worried that quality wouldn t be as good with chains such as Petco or Petsmart. However I was proven wrong when the only place that had an opening around me was Petco and I brought my sweet little Lucy in for a groom. They do such a good job and comfort Lucy the best that they can each time she is there. Don t forget to tip your groomer!
