I have a high energy great pyrenees, Luna who has been getting groomed here for a while. The girls are always excited to see my pup who seems just as excited to see them. Luna has always come out looking clean and smells good. Sheila is great about communicating with me if anything happened during the groom or even noticing the beginning of an ear infection so I could ensure the health of Luna. They seem to really care about my dog and her health.

My dogs Maxx and Whip have been groomed by Ash multiple times, always come home looking amazing. Whip is my border collie so gets a haircut, he is a little bit of an anxious nervous dog so ash has a way of calming him so he can safely get a cut and it always looks professional when he comes home. My dog Maxx gets nervous with nail trims and ash has found a way for him to feel comfortable while getting that service done. I am 100 percent satisfied with her service.

When you own a business (Ash) and a customer tries multiple times and ways to speak to you about a serious accusation of abuse that an employee of the owner tells the customer about regarding their disabled puppy, you don’t ignore it or dodge the customer. Ash ignored personal visits to her place of business and a formal letter regarding the complaint and still has not spoken with the customer. Instead Ash is enlisting her sister, who was NOT present at the time of the event, to LIE on social media making false claims as to what happened that day. This is being read by the customer instead of Ash having the courage, curiosity and professionalism required as a business owner to address the issue. This is bad business. If Ash were innocent of this abuse then why has she dodged any communications with the customer? Shame on you Ash. This poor puppy needed her eye removed as a result of your negligence.

STOP PLEASE READ!!! I have provided a full timeline below to validate my claim. Please protect your pup and go elsewhere. We do not condone threats of violence against this owner or any other involved party. We want the public to be informed of FACTUAL information and make their own decision about proceeding with this business. We support any involved party to report threats of violence to authorities. My dog Willow (1 year old Aussie doodle) has genetic disabilities causing complete deafness and partial blindness. On 3/15/24 Ash was informed of Willow's (8 months old at this point) impairments and her anxiety during grooming by another groomer who referred me to Ash. In addition, I spoke to Ash about Willow’s challenges. It also noted that since Willow is young, she needed to get used to training and grooming was understood to be imperfect. Ash stated disabled dogs were often anxious and require patience. Ash suggested Willow attend weekly doggie daycare to acclimate to the staff and facility so when she is groomed once a month it would not frighten Willow. 3/8/24 Willow has routine eye exam. Willow's left eye pressure was 11mmHg, within normal range. 3/21/24 Willow starts grooming with Ash. 7/12/24 Willow has routine eye exam. Willow's left eye pressure was 18mmHg, within normal range. 7/19/24 Willow was grabbed by Ash on the scruff of the neck and mishandled Willow while Ash yelled. It is reported that an employee intervened to stop the action. I was not informed of this incident until 8/19/24. 7/26/24 Willow's left eye presented as red, swollen, and cloudy 7/28/24 Willow was no longer opening her eye and was holding her head sideways indicating pain. 7/29/24 Willow taken to Eye Care for Animals and saw Dr. Rowley. Left eye pressure was 46 mmHg, almost double normal limit. It was advised to remove the left eye for Willow's long-term comfort. 7/31/24 Willow's left eye was removed. Dr. Violette did state that shaking Willow could’ve caused a blood vessel to rupture that leaked into her faulty drainage and that would cause swelling. However, he cannot prove that this was the cause through the pathology of the removed eye.

Ash is amazing. I have a very high-energy dog that gets really excited around other dogs. I know she really cares about the dogs she grooms and does an excellent job, even with challenging dogs, like mine. Ash is the only groomer I trust with my dog. I am EXTREAMLY picky about who I leave my dog with. If I didn't have Ash I would groom him myself and he would not look nearly as handsome. My dog always comes home happy, looking much better than he did before! I only have good things to say about Ash's Little Shop of Howlers 🙂

A great groomer who has such a special ability to keep my Yorkie calm during the process. The staff is also friendly as well. I love these guys.

Do not take your pups here. When you have concerns brought up to the owner that need to be addressed they do not bother to call you back or address your review.

Owner will not answer concerns. Who hurts a disabled dog?!

My two babies go there to get groomed. On top of that I use their retail source to get treats for my dogs. I know that their tastes are safe, local and I dont have to worry the ingredients. I purchased since calming treats for my Aussie and it did wonders for his anxiousness. I refer everyone to visit Ashs Little Shop of Howlers

Ash and her staff are absolutely amazing. My dogs are treated so well here and always look amazing afterward. They made sure to spend extra time with my corgi puppy on his first time so he would not be scared and could have a good experience. Definitely bring your dogs here! You will love them, too.

I highly recommend Ash Isbell, I was told that my dog was a challenging puppy and would probably need to be sedated in order for her to get a hair cut (Not True) but Ash proved otherwise. Thank you so much Ash

Ashely grooms all 3 of my dogs. I have a Mini border collie, pitbull boxer mix and a Hound puppy. Their names are Bear, Maxx and Rocky She does an amazing job on all 3, each dog has its own needs and issues and she knows exactly how to handle them. I really love how she focuses on each dog individually and takes the time to care for them while at her shop. My dogs always love going to her shop so I know they are being cared for while they are there. They always come home happy, looking great and smelling fantastic. She also does amazing when its time for my border collie to get a cut. I am extremely satisfied with her and so glad I found her to be our groomer.
