There s a reason we stopped bringing all of our dogs here. Very unprofessional and very bad reputation. Highly suggest to steer clear.

We take both our dogs and cats in to Raven. She has always been very friendly and professional. Not many places will groom cats, and most that do use sedation to be able to do it. She doesnt, and we are grateful because it can be harmful.

They do a great job when we can actually bring our pet in. We ve been trying for months now to get an appointment, but they never answer their phone or return our calls. Very disappointed. We ve tried on multiple occasions.

Raven does an amazing job shaving my cat. No scrapes or cuts like l experienced years ago at other groomers, before l started using Pawsitively Purrfect. They are usually very busy but worth the wait for a great job. I really appreciate the great results and Im sure my cat does too. Btw my cat is fairly old and very thin. Wont eat much. Just FYI if you saw his picture

By far the best groomer in the county nails are always free even if you dont have an appointment nails are still free!! Quality is the highest standard along with animal care.

We love this place. The owner is so kind and loving to our dogs. We bring them every month and they come home so clean and smelling wonderful.

I absolutely love this place!! Nail trims are FREE and they take such good care of our pup! She is so skiddish around strangers but she is so comfortable with them trimming her nails! Not to mention since she s such a tiny dog and hates her paws being touched in general but the ladies at pawsitively purrfect make her feel comforted! Take little to no time to pop into their cute little shop and have them done (I m not even kidding like 10 minutes in and out, that s shorter then the McDonald s line!)

Raven is the only person I trust with dog. She is amazing.

Great place to have your dogs nails trimmed. I took my weiner dog to her because his toenails were overgrown and she got him right it first thing and was very professional when I went to pay her she said there is no charge for nail trims. I also have a paralyzed dachshund and she is currently giving him a bath and timing his hair

I will highly recommend taking your pet to pawsitively perfect for grooming the staff are wonderful and caring for your pet and do a fantastic job on the grooming process

I absolutely love Raven and my dogs do too! They always come back looking adorable, fluffy, super soft, and smelling good. They are never traumatized or upset by the whole grooming process because they love and trust Raven. She takes all of the anxiety out of it for them. She is amazingly patient and makes sure the dogs are comfortable and at ease before doing anything with them. I very highly recommend her for any grooming needs you have.

We are new to town and needed our newfie groomed. We were no showed by other groomers 3x last week but it worked out well in the end because raven (and staff) were AMAZING. They took the time to make sure she was dry (a long time) yet were still priced under other quotes. And took the time to give me advice on how to get my rescue girls coat back in tip top shape. I cant stop petting her. Will definitely be back with my great pyr soon. Thank you so much!

Very thorough, knowledgeable and affordable. I have a newf and a great pyr, so big grooming jobs. Other places charge double and send them home with a wet undercoat. Im very glad I finally found an amazing grooming team! Thank you guys!

Trusted this place for awhile with my pittys nail grinding. But some new girl did it and did a horrible job. We use to take him to Doggy Style, but learned the owner was abusive to others pets. Not am forced to just do my pits nail by myself now.

I took my 10+ year old cat to get a shave due to horrible knots in her hair possibly because she s so fat. They did such a great job with my fat-sassy-old-lady-cat. I was honestly worried about the safety of the staff because my cat really does not like women but they are every bit professional, respectful and understanding of the pets they groom. I look forward to being a customer for many years to come

Theyve groomed our dog and both of our cats and we couldnt be more pleased. They are friendly, easy to work with, and very communicative. we will continue to take all of our animals there for the foreseeable future.

Love this business! She s so great with my animals (2 cats and a dog), reasonably priced, and I m happy with the service every time. There have been a few times where the line was busy, so I try to call earlier or later in the day.

Been here for a few times and we love it. They do our Pitbull and Boxadors nails (they both hate nails being touched) but they do it super fast and they always look happy afterwards and usually send them home with a free bandana to style them up. Absolutely love the place.

This place is amazing!! I have a dog that HATES getting his nails done (takes three of us to hold him down to do it) and a cat that is well a cat. I finally gave in and called around. they were the first place i called and did the nail trimmings for FREE!! No one else in town offers that and they did AMAZING!! They even gave my big goofball dog a little scarf. They were kind and courteous and so helpful for someone who was way stressed with cutting animals nails as I was.

Took our dogs a Pitbul and Thai Ridgeback to get nails trimmed and they were so friendly nice and loved our dogs. Did a fantastic job and didnt even charge us. We highly recommend them.

The ladies that take care of my German Shepherd, Tex, do a fantastic job. I have traveled to many states and have not had such an experience at any other grooming salon. They are also very well priced.

This place is great. I take my dog here all the time and she gets along with the groomer I prefer, Raven. Also, I read the previous reviews and the idiot that stated dogs cant get fleas in Utah doesnt know what hes talking about and they only give flea baths with the consent of the owner. Raven knows what she is doing and is great with every animal I have seen her handle.

I have two dogs groomed here, a Shih Tzu and a Pit Bull. The Shih Tzu loves going for her spa day, and they fix her up so cute. The cut is even and not choppy like other places Ive used in the past. The thing I like best is, at other places theyve sedated her, but Raven said shes easy to groom and doesnt need to be sedated. That means a lot to me because they care about the dogs and want the experience to be good for them. My Pit Bull is just too much for me to handle clipping his nails alone, since he hates it. Im always afraid Ill cut too close, also, and draw blood. Raven just nips them right off and has never gotten too close. Hes also free! I feel that my dogs are in good hands here and will continue to take them and recommend Pawsitively Purrfect.

This place is horrible. When I took my shih-tzu puppy in I had a bad feeling just walking in the door, but I figured I would give it a chance (horrible mistake). She has a few snarls behind her ears but nothing too bad. When I called them 3 hours later they told me she was being very aggressive and were having problems grooming her. When I went in and picked her up they charged me $10 extra with out saying a word and she could not wait to leave. When I got her home I noticed she had a cut on her nose and tiny cuts all over her belly. I took her back in on Monday and showed them. They set her on the table and ran the clippers over her to show us she was aggressive however she just laid there. I requested my money back and received all but the $10.00 so they could pay the girls... In conclusion. I would Never recommend this place and if you love your dogs do not take them here.

This is a horrible place dont take your dog there!!

I took my Pom in for a bath and clipping. I wanted her to have a lion cut. They said they knew what I wanted, When I went to pick her up I barely recognized her. They had shaved her completely, So close that they scraped her skin in several spots with the clippers. Not at all happy. I will never take my dog back there.
