Every time we need help at this Target, no one comes. It’s not that help is unavailable because there’s always SEVERAL workers running around. We’ve even asked some to help us unlock something and then they would walkie for help but no one comes. I was gonna buy a nice air purifier for $400 but we couldn’t get it unlocked. Saved money though.
Usually messy & unclean. The staff aren’t exactly kind or professional. Expect to go in for exactly what you want and hope it’s there. Browsing can be a headache with how messy and unorganized the store is. Definitely needs improvement.
We were in the store this evening for a couple quick items that we forgot at home, as we are visiting for Thanksgiving from out of state. An issue came up on the price of an item that we saw on sale.. Hannah was amazing to help resolve the issue and we were happily on our way to enjoy family time for the holidays! Great job Hannah..!
Love the convenience of this location! Employees are friendly and helpful which helps when you need to grab something quickly and they run off to grab it for you. I believe this certain employee sensed I just got off work and was super exhausted....thanks "M"!
Worst experience! Walked in and could immediately tell it was quite hot. I hesitated on if I should keep shopping since the heat can be quite bothersome depending on health conditions. I got to the back of the store and instantly realized I couldn’t breathe because it was so hot. I left in a full-fledged panic attack brought on by target, neglecting their customers. I called back right after to ask the employees how hot they are supposed to keep their store. I was informed by an employee that they were told to keep the AC at a minimum use to save on money. The employee also told me that it was incredibly hot and very uncomfortable. Target if you wanna make more money, make it comfortable so people can shop and spend money. Don’t push them out of your store because it’s so uncomfortable I hate to say it, but this was also a traumatizing experience you wouldn’t understand unless you had been through what I have been through with health conditions.. I will not be back!!!
Waited for 20 minutes to buy a game asked four different employees and never got help. On top of that a guy was rude when we said we still hadn't been helped. Go to a different Target.
Man... what happened to Target? Beautiful Wife and I used to love shopping at Target. But it's always dirty and run down. So often just stacks of merchandise unattended in the aisles on a rollie cart. And The employees often just look miserable. Merchandise quality has really just gotten pretty awful. They have truly embraced the buy to replace it business plan and that's really gross. Some of the stuff we purchased from Target breaks in less than a year. I suppose They're all right if you need toiletries and few other things. But the worst part they've half embraced the concept of self-checkout. This location has 18 cash registers. Only one of them were open. They only have four self checkout stands and as you can see in the photo the line was just backed up a mile. I like checking out on my own. They should commit to it. Own it. Don't put in four self check stands and 18 registers that you're not going to open. It's terrible. I really miss the old Target.
I go to check out two comforters that are both in the clearance section. One rings up properly. The other one does not. The cashier makes a huge deal out of it brings over another person who sends somebody to the back that can’t seem to find this clearance sign and refuses to give me the discount. I decided not to buy either.

As a devoted fan of heroism and justice, I entered Target with high hopes, eager to find gear and merchandise to inspire my journey towards becoming the greatest hero. Alas, what awaited me within those hallowed halls was nothing short of a quirkless nightmare. My quest began in the toy section, where I sought to procure action figures of my idol, All Might, and other beloved heroes of UA High. To my dismay, the selection was paltry, lacking variety and depth. Where were the symbols of hope and courage that could ignite the hearts of aspiring heroes? Disheartened but undeterred, I pressed on, hoping to find solace in the realm of apparel. However, my hopes were swiftly dashed as I navigated through the maze of aisles, each one more chaotic and disorganized than the last. The hero-themed clothing section was practically nonexistent, leaving me bereft of the symbols of heroism I longed to wear proudly. Instead, I found myself surrounded by a sea of mundane attire, devoid of the spirit and inspiration I sought. Undeterred, I ventured forth to the stationery department, hoping to find notebooks and school supplies adorned with the emblems of UA High and other prestigious hero academies. Yet again, I was met with disappointment. The shelves were barren, devoid of any semblance of heroism, leaving me with naught but generic stationery that failed to capture the essence of my aspirations. As I exited the store, my heart heavy with disillusionment, I couldnt help but reflect on the missed opportunity. Target had the potential to be a beacon of inspiration for aspiring heroes like myself, a place where dreams could take flight and the spirit of heroism could flourish. Instead, it fell short, leaving me feeling powerless and disheartened. In conclusion, my journey at Target was not one of triumph or fulfillment but rather a sobering reminder of the importance of staying true to ones ideals. Until Target embraces the spirit of heroism and justice in its offerings, I cannot in good conscience recommend it to my fellow aspiring heroes.

Organization and cleanliness isn t there. I hope this store is able to find extra help to get things back in order. Trying to find products in certain departments can be frustrating at times. It s kind of a mad house at this target location.
Place is a little chaotic sometimes. I went there Saturday march 16, 2024 at 9pm and had very little time to find a family of 5 matching yellow outfits for an event we had the next day. Marry a worker there on that date at that time went above and beyond what any other employee there has ever done for me. She helped me make sure i found everything i needed and in time. She deserves a raise! :)
So eager to help and fast. They always know how to handle the few hiccups, with courteous feedback and actions. Great prices on above average quality. I always feel good that I went shopping at Target.
Guys, let me tell you, I live 5 min away from the South Jordan Target but I always choose to come here for my order pick ups because they are the best! Definitely have their shiz together and it s never a long wait. Very efficient and the workers are always so nice! Even shopping in store is more enjoyable than other Targets! Cleaner and more organized

I placed an order online, but was close so I figured I d run in and grab it. It was literally sitting at the desk, could see what I ordered, but said I needed to wait two hours for the online system to process and come back. I get it, but it was a pretty frustrating experience and seems as though it s a process that could easily be fixed to provide a better customer experience.
Clean well maintained
COVID has certainly disrupted the way shopping used to work. We are moving even further into a digital era. So when online shopping is so prevalent, stores need to ensure their online system is functioning. Specifically, I ordered something on Target s website and selected pickup in store. An hour later I got a text saying the item is no longer available. It s not like 1 was left and they accidentally ran out, I ordered 4 of the same item and was told it was on stock. I don t expect everything in the world to be in stock, but I do expect clear communication, and Target falls way short.
You can unlock the doors but if you dont have someone to check people out Then you are not open I dont work for target Im not gonna check myself out I am not gonna bag my own things
The worst Target I have been in. Shelves are not stocked. Every clothes area is a mess. None of the staff are working to clean up the messes or isles. I will not be coming back.
The delivery process was quick and efficient. The package was also well-packaged and in good condition. I would definitely order from them again.

Please train your employees in the electronic section. I was walked past several times without getting asked if I needed help. The two girls were more occupied with themselves than any customers. During the the time spent waiting for help. Three customers asked simple questions only for them to laugh and say I dont know. Again offering no help. I found what I needed at BestBuy nextdoor. Train your crew. What an embarrassment Target is turning into.

No selection for men or women clothing unless you want to tuck it in a swim suit. I wish there was equal amount effort in providing stylish clothing for men and women as the rainbow display that greeted me at the Jordan Landing location. Boycotting Target indefinitely.
A worker yelled at me and said mean things to me for wearing an Abraham Lincoln shirt. It wasnt even inappropriate it was just a shirt of President Abraham Lincoln wearing sunglasses.
This SPECIFIC STORE likes to discriminate against BROWN skin people. Apparently it s against the law to bring in a carseat, browse and purchase items. This is the SECOND incident that has happened. The first time the issue wasn t resolved. What they do is cold call you and leave zero messages to make it seem like they get in touch. And they won t let you get in touch with the regional manager. Be careful if you wear dark clothes and browse. Never once in any of the other Targets have I had any issues but this West Jordan, Utah likes to do so. Maybe you should follow all the other races that could be stealing. Some of brown folk can aCkTuaLLy afford to buy nicer things.

One check out stand with an actual employee open. 25 people in line for the 4 self checkout registers. My time is money and y all forcing me to wait 20 plus minutes to spend money on your store is disgusting. I won t be back! Y all are a big box store that pulls in 10s of thousands of dollars a day. Hire some employees, pay them better wages and quit making customers wait for 25 minutes to spend money on your store. Y all should be ashamed of yourselves. And all these big box corporations that only care about their bottom line wonder why sales are steadily decreasing?! It s called customer service you bums
This Target always surpasses our expectations. Aside from having the fastest/most accurate online order pickup compared to the surrounding Target stores, they seem to try to go above and beyond. Recently we created a chart that our 3 year old son could add stickers to earn a specific toy he wanted. He accomplished this and was so proud of himself, he insisted we bring the chart when we went to get the toy he was wanting. At the register, a cashier named Amy was more then willing to review and acknowledge his accomplishment and was so nice to him! When we were leaving, we saw another Target employee, Emma, who has always been so nice to us since 2020, when I was bringing my son in as a newborn. She stopped everything she was doing and congratulated my son and offered to get him a cake pop from the stores Starbucks. This meant everything to my son and I couldnt be happier. Aside from the petty (in my opinion) complaints you may read about in these reviews, the employees here care and I really want to acknowledge that!

Worst experience with their customer service. I called and was told I could return diapers from my baby shower up to 100 per calendar year and it did not matter where they were from as long as they carry the brand. I tried to return them and they said they would not ring up so they couldn t return them. I have newborn twins so it was very difficult to get out with them that s why I called beforehand. I m not sure who lied but there should definitely be education on this. I know you don t care if you lose me as a customer since it doesn t matter but it really makes me rethink shopping at this target.

Ive always been satisfied coming here. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The only thing I have noticed that can be quite irritating sometimes (this is from me and fromm people Ive overheard), is that there has only been one cashier and the self check out when the line is super long and going really slow. Thats my only complaint.

Electronics don t bother you can wait for over 30 minutes. Hear the radios repeat the need for assistance while they walk past you and still get no help you re better off going elsewhere.

Don t go to Target if you plan on using coupons. I tried to buy several items which I had coupons for but when I went to checkout the cashier told me they don t accept those types of coupons. (Pantene, Crest, Cascade) since when? I have used the exact same types of coupons many time over the years at Target with no problem. I also had a coupon for a specific makeup which I tried to use 2 different times, which I was told didn t qualify because it wasn t the correct product, even thought the product package was exactly like the picture on the coupon. I tried to point that out to the cashier but he just blew me off. I m done with them. I hate Walmart but at least I can save a few bucks there with coupons.

I use the Curbside services of Target at the West Jordan SW store because Ease of using the app to order, manage and track progress. The accuracy of order fulfillment and updates of any issues surrounding my orders, and the efficiency and friendliness of staff in fulfilling my order and bringing it out to my care. Couldn t ask for better.
Went in purchasing home goods for a guest bedroom. Total was $169.77. Cashier was new and in training. The guest ahead of me had trouble with his transaction. That should have been my clue to go to another register. I had already been waiting in line for 20 minutes at that point. Finally its my turn. All the items were rung up and I insert my debit card. We get an alert to run the card again. This happened three times before they suspended my transaction. I get an alert on my phone that my card was charged. Sure enough the transaction had gone thru as a debit. But there was no receipt. After an hour trying to figure it out, target tells me the transaction didnt show up and Ill have to pay for it again. I got my bank on the phone who provided a transaction ID and an approval code which was time stamped. Target tells me theyll have to have their asset management person research the charge and they will call me. I had to leave the store empty handed. Even tho my bank confirmed the charge went through. They never called. The charge was never returned. I had to dispute the charge through my bank and the funds wont be returned for another 14 days after the investigation is complete. Im beyond angry with target for their lack of follow through and care, or even willingness to provide an explanation. They were perfectly content to take my money and allow me to walk out without the items I paid for. Horrible customer care in their service department. I wont be returning.

Red card holder here; that said, this particular Target may be the most dis-shoveled Target in the United States. Every single department looked like a tornado went through it. I love Target so very much but this store needs to close for a week for reorganization. If I was the CEO of Target, my first act with this store would be to sack the store manager.

Normally this target is very clean and organized. Today it was awful, very disorganized, and dirty. It looks like things havent been put away in days if not weeks. Its like they just gave up. On top of that there were a couple times I saw workers visiting and roaming the store instead of putting things away. I understand that customers dont put things back where they belong, but this was like even the employees gave up.and just set items wherever.
No idea what is going on at this target but the clothes sections was a complete disaster and mess. There were clothes thrown everywhere including the wrong sections and on the ground. I don t know what is going on but not what I expected to see at a target and it made it almost impossible to find anything.

I have gone 4 times in the past 2weeks looking for a specific item. First it said on the website Its in stock, when I went to the customer service desk the employee told me it wasnt out on the floor and it was somewhere on the trailer and to check back in a few days. Checked the website and then it said it was on aisle G44. It wont let me order online and pick up at the store. So, I went back and nothing stocked on aisle G44. Asked an employee and he was no help as he said its in the back and wont be on the floor for another few days. Went back on Friday and nothing still. Check on line today Labor day and it says there is only 3 in stock. Decided to go and they radio for someone to check the back stock and he clearly said yeah its a Halloween item which is probably here somewhere but didnt bother to check. So I was told by the customer service employee that its probably in the back trailer. And to check back in a few days or to call. I have called for other items in the past and they dont even bother on checking so what use does it do to call not to mention I really dont have time to be driving to there store every day just to check and see if someone has done their job or to come across an employee who really wants to help a customer.
Went to this target on 9/07/2022 and damn the clothing department for woman and men was everywhere. Its probably the worst Ive seen from target. I just had to get out of there.

So unhappy. I wait for Halloween to get Jr Mints in tiny boxes. I opened the bag and found every box had old melted Jr Mints. So disappointed Every single box, inedible. Really wanted to post the pics, but not possible on this post. The way I know they were this way before my purchase was because, I purchased 2 bags and the other one is perfect. Im not driving all the way back to Target to get a replacement. I just wont be buying Halloween candy there again.
The south side (non-foods), mid to back of the store looked like a tornado went through it. There was more stuff on the floor than the shelves. I felt like I was in the old Pic-N-Save. Hopefully this is not the new norm for this store. If it stays this way there is no way it will stay in business. I am hoping things improve.

Unfortunately they must be having staffing shortages and hiring people who dont want to work. The bathrooms were something from a nightmare and wreaked of urine. Clogged toilets and no soap in the dispenser told me that noone was caring to them. Then our cashier acted put off by my requesting to use my Target Circle points and rewards. She may as well as told me to take a hike because her body language and attitude said it loudly!
Selection was very small and no items I was looking for did I find.. prices are way too high
Was helped by a lovely employee named Tyler. He helped me find the air pods I needed, and answered all the questions I had about warranties and such. Overall, he was super helpful, and definitely made my day.

Brittany & Morgan have horrible customer service! Rolling eyes and lying straight to my face when cancelling the wrong part of my order. I verified this by calling customer care who then had to reorder my items. I m still waiting for my refund to my account and gift cards. So I will not be returning to that store. Do better!!

Target is the type of place that I dont mind shopping around and looking. This location isnt really busy during the off season, it starts to pick up during the season. They have many employees hard at work with cleaning up the store, assisting customers, even helping out other employees. They almost always have what I need, and if they dont I can order it online and pick it up at the store with no shipping cost. The sales are pretty great, and usually last for the entire week, they also have many cool items that just catch your eyes. If you just wanna walk around and glance, Target is great for that too. Usually the lines are bad either, if you prefer self-check out they offer that as well.
If u are going to Target for the dollar spot items, this is the best location hands down they always have all the new stuff stocked and organized unlike south Jordan and Draper which has their dollar spot area jumbled up mess.
We love shopping at this Target. Its clean and well organized and the staff are always friendly. Whether you are shopping online, doing curbside pickup, in-store pickup, or doing in-person shopping its always a good experience. They are quick and have great deals. Also really good to work with if you have to return anything.
I love this store! I have been coming to it since it opened. I love the design and how easy it is to get to different products. I love what products are available. I like the staff they are always so nice to me. I love the Starbucks and the Pharmacy. I really like the Pharmacists. Some times I have had issues but they are always will to go above and beyond to help me. Thank you!!! I love Target!!!

The manager refused to let me buy a product in-store when the website said they where sold out.
I sent my husband to this location for pickup as it s on his way home. He went inside to get the order (it was small storage containers). Part of the order was missing when they gave it to him which the girl noticed but then instead of having someone grab the rest of the lids that were missing she sent HIM to go find the items himself......like, what???? What is the point of me picking up an order if I then still need to walk through the store to collect the rest of it? Then, I tried calling just to let someone know how it was handled and the phone just rings and rings. Poor customer service if you ask me!

Went to the Starbucks and heard the barista saying that she is against the vaccine and isn t going to get vaccinated and that she believes it does more harm then good, then proceeds to talk about having a barbecue with her family for Father s Day and going to amusement parks, while not wearing a mask.
My go to target, this target always has a great selection of everything. the employees are also very nice and helpful to everyone. This target is always clean and efficient with their checkouts. Someone is always there to help if there is a problem. This target is the best Ive been to!
Little more expensive than its competition and their return policy is not consistent from one employee to another. It still is a good store though. I wish that Target will take a more neutral stance on gays and not push it into peoples faces.

Had a wonderful experience picking up an online order. Beatrice was amazing and very professional and personable. I was able to witness her interact with a difficult customer who was in front of me and she handled things with grace and respect.
I made my order the night before at like almost midnight. I got a text that morning at around 10 saying my order was ready and i was very surprised how fast it was ready. Went and picked it up the staff was very nice!

I love the products Target sells. The only thing I have a problem with is going there to get toilet paper and hand sanitizer and there be none. They should have been restricted weeks ago on how many each person can buy. Now every store you go to, the shelves are empty from toilet paper, hand sanitizer, medicine, etc.

Why do I even bother to shop here. Target used to be my first choice of store until I moved to West Jordan and this target. 3 years ago I had such a bad customer service or should I say a lack of customer service where no one would help me until one of the stocking guys would. Two or three times over the last three years Ive gone into the store looking for something not unique but should be stopped. Today was a usual the shelves are empty and theres not much choice to begin with period at least there was an employee around to help out period at least your customer service seems to be improving. Thats the reason they got two stars

I just had the best experience at target today! The cashier Amela and the manager Emma were so kind and helped me use a coupon to save hundreds of dollars! They were so patient! There was also another girl who helped who I can t remember her name, but all of them deserve a raise!!

I had an issue with my Red Card & Kali (manager I think) & cashier Kylie helped me with this issue, they were very helpful, my app wouldnt open, then I forgot my password and just everything went wrong, but I purposely spent over $200.00 this trip to get my 10% off, long story short Kali got it taken care of and that is my experience with Target, lots of great workers.
My daughter and I were shopping for a child we volunteered to do sub for Santa. The 8 year-old had extremely specific requests of an OG pet travel set. We saw online that the Fort Union store had 1 in stock. When we arrived it appeared to have sold already. Customer service informed us the West Jordan store had two in sight. We were sad after driving out there to not find the specific toy our child requested but Braden in toys stepped up to help us find them. He ran all over the store checking with managers and other sales team members to find it and looking in the back. He continually checked back in with us to let us know he was still searching. After 30 minutes of running, he appeared with the gift specifically requested by our sub for Santa child. Braden was very polite and my daughter and I were so impressed with his professionalism and dedication to help us not disappoint a little girl. It may be dramatic, but it felt like a Christmas miracle. We are so happy we could get the items for this little girl. Please give Braden a shout out for his excellent service.

Geez!!! Holiday season, it s after 5:00, and only TWO checkers who are very very slow with 10 people in my line and 8 people in the other. Been in line for 15 minutes now, and still have 3 people in front of me. It s COVID, HIRE PEOPLE!!!!

me and my boyfriend were at the self checkout about to pay for our things, when an older lady comes to us and tells me she has to check all of our things because it s policy. We ve been coming to this target and never once have we been approached by that. She then says to us that they check cameras, what is that supposed to mean.? We looked around and waited to see if she did that to everyone else that was there and she did not. I work in retail as well so I know she s doing her job, but why did she just approach us? I don t know. She made us feel very uncomfortable and made us think do we really look like bad people? we will not be coming back to this target.
Let me just say I always shop here but this last time was super disappointed the first thing was I went to the self checkout lane and I was with my 4 year old son and the lady working there was standing in front but moved right across from the one I was at watching me like I was gonna steal something. Then This shirt rang up $20 but on the rack and mind you there was only one rack with all the same brand of shirts above had a sign that said 50% off if it s not already marked they would do it at the register which they didn t. Which is 100% false advertisement I wish I would ve taken a pic of sign next to the shirts but I had to leave cause I had to work.
Love Target, they have everything that you cant find at smiley face store and they are quality goods, customer service is helpful, friendly, fast. Online ordering and store pick up made it even easier.
So good target but I do not appreciate the customer service of the Starbucks I received. I believe the girl s name was Beatrice or something to that variation. I went to order an iced London fog (which I have had earlier literally that day at a full service Starbucks.) and she proceeded to tell me that we don t make that iced in a very cold manner. Horrible customer service. She could have explained that they didn t have the equipment to make the drink iced because I assume it s not a full service Starbucks and lacks things a normal Starbucks would have. But she just shut down me down basically refusing me to make a drink cold for me. Don t know why she has a job as a barista.

I have ways had great experiences at this store, until tonight. It was close to closing and we made it to the self check out registers (half of which werent working) and realized one of our items didnt have a barcode. It was an outdoor patio side table. We stood there for a minute, waiting for the girl at the register to see if she could help us when another employee came up and started using the self checkout next to us to purchase things for himself. My 4 year old son asked if we were almost done and I said we needed someone to help us. The employee then asked if we needed help with something, I told him our item was missing a barcode. He then said if you wanna go back and get another one that has a barcode.. I replied that no, I didnt really want to have to go all the way to the back of the store and carry a another table back and he replied well I cant leave up here. Really? He couldnt call someone to help find a barcode? So, I walked clear back to the back of the store and carried a table back to the front. It was a bit heavy and Im a small woman, too. Super disappointed in their customer service tonight. So much so, Im mad at myself for giving them any of my money. Not sure Ill be back any time soon.
Worst customer service experience Ive ever seen and I work in customer service every day. The cashiers were trying to be helpful although the situation called for a manager after 3 different supervisors or managers came over mind you not one of them looked at me shook my hand apologized made eye contact or displayed and kind of professionalism they called over a man who I thought would be the general manager or something of sicnificence and would be the one to control the situation and resolve the issue. That was not the case I expected him to shake my hand ask me how he could help maybe take some accountability and offer a solution. No what he did was extremely out of line and very concerning to me. He verbally assaulted me Intimated and bullied me to the point that I was fearful of what he was going to do. He did not maintain the situation he escalated it causing a huge scene even the other employees seemed scared of him. Im not unreasonable I understood that the employee made a mistake and there wasnt anything they could do to fix it right then. But I knew they could atleast offer a sencier apology and offer something to make it right. Thats all I was looking for was some accountability and remorse. I thought they valued their customers. I have had alot if traing in relation management problem solving customer support and complaint handling I only hope everyone involved learned something from this experience and that target will offer some support to their managers in giving them the training and tools they need to better accommodate their guests. It is a competitive market out there you gave to take care of your people. There was one lady I believe a lead or something I wish I would of remembered her name. She was the only one who displayed concern tool responsibility and tried to reach out to me as I was leaving. She needs a promotions and should be handling guest satisfaction. She will build sales and maximize profits. The others they are losing business for your stores. I will take my business somewhere else from now on. I spend way to much money to be treated the way I was.

I hate this Target! These employees are rude when it comes to price matching. I had 4 separate items that a competitor had lower from $3.59 to $2.98. Larinda wouldnt comply with the policy. I have talked to management several times about them price matching other competitors per targets policy. This target may be bigger, the customer service here is terrible. All my friends say target is better than walmart, is it? This location isnt. I wont be back.

Alright place. Not one cashier only self checkout. I used a hand cart. I slid it over to a worker at the self checkout and he wouldnt put it away. Lazy staff. I wont be back. Trying to balance kids and self checkout is not worth it to me.
Tried to call to see if they had item in stock. They would transfer me to the Department. No one would answer and the machine eventually hung up. Called 4 times.
Very rude and unprofessional staff. They dont like to go by the signs they post for deals and talk to customers very rude and unprofessionally. I have no clue what any employees names are, because they dont wear name tags. If they dont know how to handle customer inquiries while working in customer service, then they should find different work to be actual professionals. Edit: I did have someone from Target call me regarding my review and apologized for such unprofessional behaviour I experienced. I suggested more coaching and training - which they definitely will. Ive worked retail before - anyone who has worked in customer service before knows that its stressful. But you still need to treat situations and customers professionally.
Many items out of stock and for such a busy time of the year, they should have more cashiers open, not just self check out. Overall the customer service isn t great either.

Based solely on my last visit. I am sure this will change, but that visit took 20 minutes of shopping an 42 minutes of caching out with my 7 items. It took 4 different team members to get my gift cards to work from the app, and the primary cashier took about 5 minutes per item. Every single item had to have its price manually adjust (3 times) to get them to show up at the actual price shown online.It was ridiculous, and I think every team member who worked with us should be re-trained.

I hardly shop at target because everytime I go there it seems to be for something specific and I call right before going to make sure that they have what Im looking for in stock in the store and they always say they have it and when I get there they dont. Im so done with this location.
Horrible target. The girl at self check was rude. Did not smile when I walked up to the registers. As I was finishing up bagging my merchandise she came up to separate the bags. I thought she was going to help put my bags into my cart but she just being noisy. I would have came to a registers instead of self check out but there was only one open with 4 people in line. I spend a lot of money on target a year but I get such terrible service I will be taking my business else where.
Ive always had a good experience here. They have a wide variety of clothing, home decor, electronics, games, toys, toiletries, cosmetics, basic foods, and snacks. The aisles are clean. Restrooms are in good condition and available to the public. Staff is nice enough, but most of the time, they just leave you to do your shopping. Parking is plentiful and free at Jordan Landing.
The staff is always very friendly. My barista Paige at the Starbucks was awesome. She made a drink for me that was on the online menu but wasnt on that particular menu and it turned out great.
If I could rate less than one I would. This is my closest target which is still not extremely close by. Back in October we matched a Walmart ad there to get beats headphones and after our dog eating a pair we decided to go get another pair since they were on sale again at Walmart, we went to Walmart and they were out of a lot of them so I contacted target to see if I could match a ad before driving there a kid name Damien didn t give me a clear answer and told me IF I went there he would ask the manger as soon as I got back to electronics he walked over I told him I was there about the beats he then called for alma the manager and walked away without asking how we were or even acknowledging us. Alma the manager than started walking towards us and before when getting up to us said are you here for the beats I replied yes and she said I can t do that sorry.. after informing her I was told it was possible she said sorry. I was very upset. I than called the store after leaving and ask to speak to or get the name of the manager and she said alma I told her who is Alma s manager or the store manager and she would not give me any information, her name was Eva and she was not professional. I was so disappointed.. I went next door and Best Buy gave me the deal! Thank you Best Buy for making up a mistake that target should have never made. Not to forget I called the next day and spoke to Alma s supervisor who informed me she could have matched the ad!

Not a fan of this location. Bathrooms are dirty and the store as a whole is unkempt. Not a lot of variety for a super target. If I wanted to shop at a dirty, messy store I would just go to the Walmart down the street. Gave three stars because the CVS inside is great.

This target is the BEST! It s always so clean and well stocked. The workers actually enjoy helping you and everything! They always have great deals on the cartwheel app and it s easy to navigate in this store. You always come in needed a couple things and than leave with half the store!

This was a disappointing visit. I purchased a dog treat because the add said they were free with wet cat food. When I rang up it didnt come up that way. When I asked the attendant she said the add was supposed to be taken down. I told her thats false advertising she said tough

We were passed off three different times and then the girl, Kenzi they passed us off to made a huge mistake which was going to make it so we had a target gift card for 510 dollars and still have to pay 510 dollars. She was very rude, unprofessional, and condescending to us like we had made the mistake and we were a waste of time. She didn t want to help us and never once apologized. This has been the worst experience, not to mention we have been on the phone multiple times trying to fix what she did.
I didnt actually receive a receipt. Also, when we got home and my son opened the box the item was defective and doesnt work. I am hoping that I dont have any issues when I go back to get a refund.
Poor customer service
I ordered online and picked up in store. There were two people at customer service helping fulfill online orders, returns, etc. It was around 6:00 pm on a week night in December so I expected a bit of wait but the associates were getting everyone through quickly. Id say from the time I stepped in line (with two people in front of me) to the time I walked away with my bag was 7 minutes total. The girl helping me was friendly and quick. I love the Jordan Landing Target.

My first and last time shopping at Target. The customer service is a joke! No one could answer any of my questions, or tell me where I might find a few specific things, not even the so called management. The store was a mess-I dont mean a bit out of sorts either; I mean completely trashed! I was in the middle of trying to get an on line order picked up when they announced they were closing. I was AT THE CHECK OUT going through making sure everything was correct when I realized a few things were not correct. I asked how we were going to remedy the situation and was getting an answer, when the manager came over and told me to quit chit chatting and leave so they could close. This rudeness is unacceptable! The whole experience was awful and I will not return EVER. I now know why Ive never shopped there; I certainly wasnt missing anything. Too bad zero stars isnt an option.

Requested costumer service employee to place items on hold employee replied I cant because clearance I explained to employee that I had clearance items placed on hold before the previous day with no problem ... she continued to say were not suppose to because clearance I asked to speak to store manager .....she(costumer service employee) walkied a manager a department manager by the name Alma & Assts. Mngr. Addison came to costumer service I explained to them that I wanted to place items on hold ...they were of no help!!!! Mngr. Addison laughed in my face & said we cant put clearance items on hold! I requested store Mngr. He replied with a smirk and said the store Mngr. wont be in until Monday and continued to laugh Asst. Mngr. Vicki then came to costumer service and rudely replied with the Same thing. These managers need to notify every employee of this no hold clearance policy so this does not happen again to their costumers.....these managers gave No apology for this negligence
Jordan landing is for the poor trashy people but this target isnt the worst Ive seen it still sucks but its still alright..
I cant stand Target stores... We came here because we won a gift card in a raffle. The prices are horrible compared to similar stores, and selection is largely sub par! Now Im just trying to find something stupid so we can get out of here and never come back.
