Walmart Supercenter in West Jordan

If you find what you are looking for at Walmart, its usually cheaper than what other stores are selling it for.

Dont use your Walmart + Delivery at this store. It is beyond poor. I ended up canceling my delivery at customer services suggestion. They also thought this store was not responsive to getting my order to me in a timely manor.

I always find exactly what I need at this store.

Its Walmart they have everything theres not much to say other than the people at this Walmart were very kind I was able to find I guess what I needed I feel like they need to have more of a selection on clothing.... Theres not a big selection especially in bras theres definitely not a selection in teens clothing at all

Its always hard to find achecker. Ill wait in line for 20 minutes then I start removing cold and perishable food to no longer purchase. Its ridiculous I dont work for you walmart hire people

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE I tried to get an oil change and all they did nothing I waited an hour and a half and they canceled my oil change and said it was cus it was to tight and my dip stick was broken and its not Im so pissed I have work in less then an hour and and need an oil change smh

I can depend on this Walmart to have an electric wheel chair for my use. Since I have neuropathy, it is VERY helpful.

This location NEVER answers the phone. Not in ANY department. My three stars are for Human Resources and the help they gave me.

What do you expect it is walmart. Kids running around without parents. Mist stock is gone but on the positive side they are going through a remodel. Oil change place now told me they only so it them by appointment only.

I love Walmart, they have everything you need at store or online. Better than any store they are cheeper and have beautiful Sophia Vargas clothes and others, I love Walmart.

I want to thank Carly in customer service for helping me out yesterday. I was having a horrible day and when a coupon for formula failed, I started crying. It was strictly a bad day and it was just overwhelming for me. I told her it wasnt her fault even though she kept apologizing. She ended up taking the $15 off that I had a coupon for and covering the cost of the coupon. She truly changed my entire day and I cant thank her enough for that. Thank you, Carly!

I was here earlier this week and recieved horrible customer service. The employees ignored me and quite frankly they had attitudes that are unnacceptable in customer service careers. I had a horrible experience and probably will not be returning.

The bakery here does such a good job. Plus, today when I picked up my cake order for a birthday party today. The cake slipped out of both our hands and fell on the floor. Laurina graciously and quickly (about 30 minutes) remade it for me

I arrived about 30 minutes before closing and was looking for a particular item. As soon as I found the Blue Vest (employee), I asked her to point me in the direction of the Fabric area. Her response was No Englaise . So I hurried off and came across another employee in a blue vest, that says Can I help you? , and asked her the same question. Another head shake and told Only Spanish . By now I was getting quite frustrated because I thought the employees were there to also help us around the store! So I started to head out and ran into yet another employee in a blue vest. This time my question was Do you speak English? Her response was quite ironic!! She said Of course I do! This is America isn t it? . I had a laugh with her and described my first 2 encounters and she said she gets really upset that they put non English speaking people on the floor. They could easily find work that is not a customer based position for these non English speaking folk, like in the back. By now the loud yelling of Attention Walmart shoppers!! The time is . And honestly, this is another complaint I have. It s not necessary to put someone with the highest pitched voice on the loudspeakers to yell out of nowhere Attention!! It literally makes me jump and they start 30 minutes before closing!! Then again at 15 mins before, then every 5 mins down to the last minute where we get reminded that the store is now closed. I avoid Walmart with everything in me because of these experiences, and the really bad bags of slime lettuce that are on the shelves! No thank you. I gave it one star for the one lovely lady who made me laugh and relieve me of all my frustration! Needless to say I walked out empty handed because I couldn t find anyone to point me to where I was trying to get, before hearing the yelling over the speakers. I m very happy to say other stores have much better customer service and etiquette.

Brought a tire in to fix a leak. Put it back on my car and it was flat again the next day. Had not driven on it at all. Was out of town for a week and brought the tire back again to see if they would guarantee their work. They said they would have it fixed in 2 hours. Got back and they had said they couldnt find a leak. I did get a refund for the first time. After wasting time on my precious 2 weekends, I took the tire to Les Schwab. They found a nail and fixed it for free. Never again will I do tire business with Walmart. I knew better when I went the first time, but they are close to me and I thought it would be convenient. Im doubting that they did anything but pump air in the tire.

sad to see how far this walmart has fallen. it was great place to shop however, i recently went in and asked the employee of the HBA section if he knew where i can find breathe right strips. Kid, about 19-20, looks me dead in my face, and says no , turns around and walks away. almost forgot to mention, he had his earpods in and talking on the phone. i remember when i worked there when i was younger, no headphones allowed and you had to at least have the app to tell customers where to find products. shop here if you know the place, don t bother with the useless, soon to be replaced by robots, employees.

Its Walmart! What do you expect? They dont care about their cuisines! They closed ALL the self checkouts!! Did they hire more people to open more cash registers? Of course not!!!

We wanted to get milk, we asked two or three people, we want milk, but no one gave milk. and you can see backside several pallets stocking milk nobody s talking very poor service and management they do not doing nothing Just walking around .

A whole new low, at least from me. I dont expect a lot from Walmart, but again, this is a new low. Went to buy a robotic shark vacuum. The display was not helpful at all, however I noticed a difference between 2 of them. They had the exact same bullet points and features except for one. One had a 30 day storage and another had a 60 day storage. The 30 day was $200 on the display, and the 60 day was $250 on the display. I finally find those 2 boxes below and got the 60 day storage. But the tag on the shelf says $399. So, after ringing up at the counter and 2 managers later who only know how to scan a barcode and say, nope its not that one, I finally put the one I picked up down and said, ok, where is the one for $250 that is displayed here? Both of them point me to a vacuum only (no storage capacity) model. I told them it doesnt match what is displayed. Then the manager proceeds to tell me, Oh that must be an older model. I said then where can I buy the older model. She said maybe online.... Needless to say, I was done talking with people that cant put 2 and 2 together. Just another bait and switch like most of the big name companies are doing these days to get more money from people that dont realize it.

This is for the auto center and especially Aiden, one of the auto techs there. Great service by all and Aiden did a phenomenal job. He was a hard worker.

Been shopping at this Walmart for 25 years Heidi the cashier with died hair and piercings and tattoos was working the self checkout and I asked her if she could put in a quantity so I didnt have to scan 15 poweraids she said no but contiued to scan all of them so I said I could do that and she deleted my order very vindictive then I tried to scan a e gift card it didnt work so she came over and deleted it and said oh I didnt mean to do that for you . Never in my life have I felt so disrespected never asking for help from her again........

The pharmacy here at Walmart is levels above any other. When I was looking for a medication that I could not find anywhere else, Walmart pharmacy took me as a new customer and got me that medication. They usually reserve the hard to find medications for theyre previously established customers yet they took me in and gave me some of that product they had reserved. The pharmacy that my wife usually went to had to close their doors because of the pandemic. It was hard to find a pharmacy that would accept her because of the amount of controlled substances that she was taking. Walmart pharmacy took the time to contact her physicians and get her cleared so that she could get medications here.

I dont want to give them even one star. I want to start by explaining my situation. Im 65. Im handicapped. I cant walk. I cant drive. My husband died recently. Im completely on my own. But Walmart takes $300 from me and will not give it back. My debit card was shut off. I found a ride to the credit union to get the very last money that I had, $300. Then I went to Walmart to purchase a Walmart Money Card. I needed to have access to my money. So then I came home, registered the card. And there is nothing on my card, $0.00. NOTHING! I called Walmart. Spoke to 9 different people. Nine people who would not help me. Nobody will help me. Im completely on my own, and I get a small disability check once a month. I dont have any money. I will be paid again on June 25th. That is 4 weeks from now. I dont have any food. I have no way to get any food. And I wont have any food until the end of June. Walmart doesnt care. I found a ride back to Walmart with my receipt. Customer service at the Walmart in West Jordan treated me horribly and down right rude. This all happened yesterday and today still no money. Walmart is not doing anything to help me. I dont think anyone understands. Walmart stole $300 from me and they refuse to help me. Or even talk to me. I still dont have my money, and Walmart has done NOTHING to help me. Im sure they dont care, but possibly towards the end of June, I may be dead in my home. Not that anybody cares.

Actually had the soft cat food I needed in stock... both flavors. Also had the self check out working so I was in and out of the store.

This Walmart does a great job staying clean. Also wanted to give a shoutout to Joseph and Jose who work there! They helped me find an item that I was looking for. They were genuine, kind, consistently smiled, and never gave me indication that they would complain on helping me. Thank you Joseph and Jose!

Lizzy is the rudest employee there. She treated my like a toddler and a thief. I wanted to try on some socks that were in a 2 pack and I soon as I was about to go in the dressing room and try them on I pulled them apart from their plastic tag and she very rudely said no over and over again and Im like I wanna try them on to make sure they are long enough and she just kept saying no. She needs to be fired or at least taught to treat people with respect. Get it together West Jordan!

Your manager in the tire center is very rude. I had an appointment at 11 to get tires put on my car and after a half an hour of waiting for someone to even acknowledge me (Meantime I watched 7 potential customers walk away) I finally got up and asked another employee to call a manager. The tire center manager came in and I told him I had an appointment at 11 and what I needed done and whenever I would try to say what else I needed to have done he would cut me off. He didnt apologize for the wait or anything. There was also a gentleman who came in after he had a text message saying an hour and a half prior they had started his car for an oil change and they hadnt even touched it yet. Im still sitting here waiting for my car after an hour and they havent even moved my car into the bay yet. I am very unhappy with my service here today. Update: after being here almost 2 hours I have been informed that they do not have tire weights and that if they were to put my tires on they would not be balanced. I have called several different Walmarts in the area to have them put my tires but havent had a single person answer my phone calls once I get these on and I will never be using Walmart services again.

Well went too buy some powerade ended up getting more but when I went too reconcile my receipt their ad price was not honored ad said $1.00 a bottle they charged shelf price of 1.38 over 10 bottles but if they do this too all it adds up now going over everything with a fine tooth co.b.

Im noticing Walmart is getting busier. There also have been articles published about how wealthier clientele have now been shopping at Walmart. This is a good thing. Walmart has also been having more sales throughout their stores. Dont be surprised by this, and in turn actually be glad this is happening. You may see longer lines and initially a shortage of the items youre looking for. As with any change like this it may take a small amount of time to adjust to but it will improve the Walmart stores. Not all negatives are negatives. Thank you Walmart for offering good prices and a good selection.

It was a little empty in some of the stuff I needed but I got everything I needed and cheeper then salt lake

Now that most of the self checkouts are gone the lines were 6 people deep, very few cashiers. I just abandoned a full basket of groceries and went to smiths. Good luck Wally. Im out, prices aren t any better then Smiths anyway.

I m gonna as blunt as possible. The food they have ready in the deli in case you re ever wondered if its good. Was absolutely freaking disgusting I got the barbecue chicken and french fries to try. When I asked for the fries she dropped one underneath the burner used the tongs to get it out and then put it on my food. Working in the food industry for about 5 years I have never been so disgusted in my life. If you want cheap food absolutely do not get food here. Walmart if you re wanting to make a few more bucks cool but make the food actually taste good and the sanitation system a hell of a lot better. Hire me for crying out loud I ll make you guys the best food the customers and employees will actually enjoy and you can charge a lot more. I want to help you

West Jordan Walmart sucks rather go to Target

The stuff are very rude in this location, and they keep asking you to check your receipt when you exit the door.

I used to love this Walmart , Ive lived in West Jordan most of my life , lately it has been going downhill , they have closed most of their self checkouts which is what I prefer using as I am able to check myself out faster than the employees and bag items the way I want , this store also seems to be constantly packed and its hard to get around everyone else shopping, if you look lost or confused Walmart employees will run the other way, very unhelpful , I have found myself saying I hate Walmart and I never thought I would say that ~ reopen all of the self checkout lanes!!! I will never go through a regular lane !.

Went to the tire and lube and was looking g at options and noticed they still offer vacuuming with the standard oil change. I needed the front of my car vacuumed and thought why not its only going to be 15 bucks more to get it. Well after my cars done I notice it didnt get vacuumed so went to ask one of the guys on the shop why not he laughed and said its not a service weve offered in 4 years. Well why in 4 years have you not updated your board. I kindly looked at him and said well thats why I got the service was the specific offer he laughed and shrugged his shoulders and turned around. As a sams club employee I expect better service from ly fellow coworkers being this is a sister company I would ha e hoped for the same. I will kever return to this lube shop again for the fact he laughed it off like it was no big deal SHAME on the west jordan TLE guys

Why have three self check out and two opened registers but then when someone tries go to your self check out, a cashier get mad at you and tell you, that you have to go to main register. Why even have self check out in your store

This is one of my least favorite Walmarts to go to. Its not super clean and organized and there are always cops coming and going and I have to wonder why they need so many cops there all the time. Aside from that I would probably still shop here more except for that fact that there are no convenient places to turn left out of the parking lot. It is such a pain to get out of that I will go to another store and pay more for an item rather than going there.

It is a very nice place but there is a very messy area also and it can be very loud because of the little kid so thats why Im going to four star instead of a five but it is a very nice experience to just go walk around and get groceries and theyre never really out of stuff I found out cuz all the stuff that I need they have

Went to get some paint mixed and it took 45 minutes and 3 people to tell me that their paint machine was broken.

Want to give the pharmacy a big fat 0 ZERO. Needed to pick up antibiotics for my infant and while they were opening it, the technician dropped it and the powder spilt and it was on the floor and they tried giving it to me! My infant is sick and you wanna pull that and then make me out to be the karen because the powder spilt out and it went on the floor and i dont want it!?!? Im sorry im not trying to make my baby sicker here! GROSS!!! If the bottle was closed fine but since it was opened no!

2 years ago I gave this Walmart a good review. However I went there the other day i couldnt find half of what I wanted. Then when I went to check out I found there were no checkers only self check. Then on the way out they have someone checking receipts. No I dont do this. And there was also a West Jordan cop just hanging out by the carts. Why do we pay taxes for our cops to hang out at walmart.? Is there nothing else? Im tired of Walmart and take my shopping elsewhere when I can.

I have gone to four different people to find product in this store Jordan landing store that I have been shopping at for 25 to 30 years. All four people cannot speak English and they cannot help me find the product that I need I went up to the manager he left early today and the assistant manager her name is t r i c h e l l e! Told me that if I didnt like the fact that people cant speak English when I need help in the store that I could shop somewhere else. I explained to her that I lived in the United States of America this is an American store and then she turned it around and said youre being disrespectful these people are very hardworking people I said I am not saying anything about their work ethics Im not saying anything if theyre legal or not legal what I am saying is if they cant speak English to help me in an American store then you need to give them a device in order to help them understand what a customer is looking for. Once again she told me if I didnt like it that I could shop at another store I explained to her that I spend a lot of money in the store and have for years and I dont understand why shes saying what shes saying Then I called corporate and corporate was extremely upset by how she dealt with this issue. In my opinion I think you either need to speak English or have an apparatus that can translate so American people in America stores can find the product they want to purchase.

I mean its Walmart. It gets the job done, you get what you need and the delivery is good. Decent service, like the self check outs. I cant give it 5 stars only due to after the remodel happened, I noticed that their selections are much smaller than before. I go here for the bare necessities, but for larger selections, I would go to some of the other bigger Walmarts.

Ok selection. Whatever. However. Shopped for an hour, multiple prices were different between the app, listings on the shelf, and checkout. Especially on clearance. We had trouble at checkout with a payment method not working and asked the lovely lady at the self check out. She helped direct us to the customer service area where we could leave the cart so we could go home and get money. When we got back it was still there but the other employee we spoke to at the service desk that said it was OK didnt let us buy the cart, even though we had a suspended transaction receipt from less than 20 min prior. They were open for another 15 minutes after this ordeal. We even mentioned when we left that we didnt want to have them worry about putting away things and they assured us it was fine. Turned my back on my beastie for a few minutes to check my phone and she got grabbed by a guy and the security didnt do anything about it. Sad that my local store is having all the issues seen at other stores on tiktok/ifunny/instagram/facebook/etc social media.

Customer service women were rude and dismissive. Elderly black woman and elderly white woman. I asked the black lady if they were able to check inventory. And she pointed me to the old white lady and said she didn t know what I was talking about. I walked to the other woman and started to ask my question, she heard 4 words, turned around and and said we have nothing and I asked her to repeat herself and she said nothing get out All I wanted to do was buy a book and see if there was any chance someone wouldve returned it. This was the 3rd Walmart I was checking this morning. Just got off work and was doing some Xmas shopping

I feel like the scanning go feature is fantastic. I love the mobile app because it tells you where everything is located in the store. However, you should have bagging stations for scanning and go so that I can still avoid the check out and just like at Sam s Club.

This guy so rude he don t know what he doing. Waiting for almost 21 minute. He can t figure out heating up almost $51 overcharge I ask him he said it not your business I m bringing to management take action this guy b. I don t know. No have name tag no have anytink I don t know who he is. He s so rude.

My friend had a hurt foot and so when we came inside to shop he saw that there were over 10 electric carts, so he thought that it wouldnt be so bad to use one since he was hopping around on just one foot anyways, but NO while we were shopping and I was walking around with him playing with a ball that I WAS going to buy while not destroying anything or hitting anyone this ugly old redhead lady came and started to yell at us so as I walk walking I dropped the ball on an empty spot on a shelf because that lady was so rude and creepily following us I want my friend and I to get out of there before she called someone to push my friend of the cart, so while we were exiting there was a group of like 6 employees behind us including the old redhead women that then started discriminating us just because we were teens, as if they were trying to kick us out even though we didnt do anything bad and then oblivious kept causing my friends and I of destroying property of there because apparently a big group of teenagers were messing around on some of those electric carts and they kicked us out because they assumed that we were part of their group, my friend was kicked out of his cart and had to hop to our car but this old fat guy was creepily stalking us from the door of the store as we were trying to get to our car.

Order our groceries for pickup. Everything went well.

We had a baby shower where we ended up with too many size 1 diapers. I scanned two boxes we were going to return in the Walmart app and they came up as $53.xx for a 198 count of huggies. We go to the return center without a receipt thinking well get store credit and are told we have to exchange for diapers- thats fine cause were about to have a baby. The customer service lady scans them and says 53.xx as diaper credit, and to bring the new replacement diapers back to the counter. We get 4 boxes of various sizes to get a little over $106, knowing well have to pay the difference, but at least we wont lose money on the exchange. When we go back to the customer service lady she starts the exchange process and now says thats weird, its scanning as $40 now. She wasnt willing to accommodate the price we saw online and the price she told us before we went to get replacements. So we left one box at the counter and still had to pay $12.78 out of pocket for the 3 boxes of diapers. We felt cheated as we walked to the car so I figured I could go back inside to see if we could undo the whole thing- Refund my 12.78$, leave the 3 boxes there, and take my original 2 boxes back. I go to the customer counter where I was being helped by a different counter associate this time, who offers to call over a supervisor, which I appreciated. But then the original service lady chimes in wondering whats wrong and I told her we were hoping to undo the whole thing. She jumps in and tells me theres nothing that can be done. She says it was $40 the entire time and she has bad eyes and told us wrong.. even tho she scanned both boxs individually before we went to look for replacements. I know diaper quantities and sizes will vary the price, but we were both frustrated that we were told one price and then 15 min later that it wasnt being honored. She also interrupted what could have led to a more productive conversation with the supervisor and brushed me off. The math difference is we went in with 396 huggies diapers, and left with 340 count in 3 different brands- huggies, parents choice (the Wal-Mart brand), and luvs, and still paid $12.78. We were expecting to get a 4th Parents Choice box with 80 more diapers and only pay closer to $10 overall.
