Clean and friendly

I have problems with their phony adds every time I go there! They have a sale price, then buy 5 or more prices, then a digital coupon, and then, apparently, a delivery price. I bought 5 family size oreo cookies, and I got 70 cents off after I paid . The app on my phone was $2 off, but I guess thats only if you donate blood! I would rather pay full price at Harmons or Macys, at least they wont jerk you around. The sign on the end displays a digital coupon, but when you go to your phone app, then its delivery! How about Smiths come deliver $10 to my house!

I dont even like writing reviews but im getting so sick and tired of paying for produce through pick up just for them to use it as a way to give you expired or about to expire items. Absolutely ridiculous, I think its just this smiths specifically cause I never had this problem at the Smiths at Daybreak.

People in electronics looked at me like he didnt even know where he was all I needed was help finding the right ink cartridges for my printer lets just say had to make another stop at another store

I spent 1 hour trying to do my shopping and had a very hard time getting up and down aisles with boxes and carts with stock items and employees standing around just talking then when I went to check out there was no register open just self check with 3 employees standing talking I had problems scanning my items with no help so I will never go to this store again!!!

Self check out is a joke. To get through the employees have to scan saying youre not stealing anything like 3 times. It happens every single time. Not the employees fault but the system learning is soooo very annoying

Worst experience ever at a smiths. They should be shut down for disrespectful customer service. They lied to me treated a disabled veteran like I didnt join the Army to make sure they were safe enough stateside. Horrible place. I felt like Id be better off dead. They dont know legalities and yet you trained them to not know the law. I was gonna apply with Debby Dye. But after my experience this morning with the two nasty check-out females and how rude they were I realized that place needs some serious corrections!! If youre disabled veteran Id advise Id advise youd be better off dead than to serve to come back and be treated like your service meant nothing. Sad management. You need to fire those two nasty females immediately!!

Make sure you double check your bagged groceries. Two packages of bacon wrapped steaks squires didnt make it in my grocery sacks. They were on sale for a good deal and never made it in my cart even though I paid for them. Buyers beware.

Ok this is The LASTTIME , I buy PRODUCE/Meat at Smiths, 2nd time, within 24 hours Meat went rancid, dont have this issue with ground beef of other brands from different stores... Smiths keeps going down hill and last time I was in I left name and number for manager to call me on issue with deodorant, no one there knew enough to help me... NEVER GOT A CALL... Smiths is horrible for dangerous foods, lack of knowledge(no training), and no follow up(terrible Customer Service response). I dont care anymore about 4x points cause Im wasting money on their produce and Meats..... WHAT A WASTE!

I have gone to this store for years normally a great store but lately I ve had a lot of over charged items. Example I buy 12 of one item today and was charged 16 times it was around 1:50 ish pm today. I know mistakes can occur. This has happened several times over the last few months. This digital coupon deal is kinda deceiving, you think your buying something at a great deal but if do not down load it it s full price I watched an elderly lady at customer service trying to figure out why her bill was so high. They said you never downloaded the coupon she s in her 80 s ??How many people a day get over charged at Smith locations? Just my 2 cents.

Hey this is a shout out to Carlos ( I don t know his last name) works in the grocery department, Brother did a great job helping me find a product and a super helpful over the phone before I came in the store, this man is a legend.

They rarely update their diecast (Hot Wheels and Matchbox) selection. Their Micro Galaxy Squadron selection is outdated by a few years. They tore out their magazine rack, which means no more already-hard-to-find Star Wars Insider. And that was only after they FINALLY started fixing their horrifically pothole-ridden parking lot. Ive found cheaper food at WalMart.

Worst apparel department employees I was trying to find a specific pair of Angel jeans. I had driven to every Marketplace in Salt Lake, Davis and Weber county to look for this pair of jeans. After driving 35 miles from Kaysville Utah I arrived at the West Jordan store at 10:40. I walked through the apparel department trying to find this brand of jeans. I was looking at a specific display and picked up a pair of jeans, stepped away for a minute then went to put them back and an employee was rearranging the jeans. As I went to hang them back up she said to me. This department is closed. We need to have this department straightened up by 11:00. I explained my situation and looked at my watch. It was 10:54 and I said I still have a few minutes. As I was was walking away I was approached by another employee telling me to, basically hurry up. I seriously felt like Big Brother was watching me. My suggestion, dont shop at this location, especially after 10:30 and especially in the apparel department.

Everytime I go into this store to use the carts the batteries always die sometimes I go through three carts to shop there really need to fix the carts or replace them and have the people thats responsible to make sure theyre plugged in and charging make sure they do it I was informed there six people there that supposed to do it best rating as for the cards only not the overall of the Im very disappointed in the and not being maintained and constantly dying

8:20pm I sent my daughter to get us the fruit tarts from the bakery, and 3 different employees REFUSED to help her. They are pre-made, in display case, lit up for sale, and no one would sell it to her.

(FOR THE STARBUCKS) How many times can you mess up... I order a sweet cream cold brew maybe 3 times a week. So I kinda know what it tastes like... Being very polite I explained it was not right, looks, taste, everything. They replaced it. Again, the worst drink ever. Threw it away and wasted my money. If you want a real Starbucks drink go to a real Starbucks...

smiths is the only place i ve been to in months that doesn t have tap pay. in the year of our lord 2023 where the state of utah literally even has virtual IDs, smiths is still over here in the dark ages. they didn t take visa credit cards for a few years which was also super inconvenient. their corporate decision making seriously makes me avoid going there. every time i go because i think it ll be convenient to stop there for what i need, i am reminded i don t want to come back. employees here are always nice though. nothing against this specific location. just irritated by smiths.

Bagger put two heavy glass bottles into the same bag as a pointy four pack drink box. Drinks shredded the bag smashing the glass bottle across my garage floor. I needed those items four my sons birthday party and didnt have time to go back and get them replaced.

Spencer, in the self checkout stands, was not very helpful and I had the worst experience at this store. Tried to speak to the manager, he didnt even ask what had happened, with a smile he said have a good day...This is not the management and the customer service that I am used to when going to my favorite store..I will start going to Maceys a bit more

I ve been shopping here for 20+ years. I would have rated a 5 but my experiences over the past year have been very disappointing. I spend hundreds of dollars at this location every month. Over the last year, I had a garden clerk sit and watch me load large bags of garden soil in my basket with no effort to help, 2 clerks who responded we don t work in this department when I asked if they could check in the back. I guess they couldn t go outside the box and find someone. Another clerk who was clocked out so she couldn t get a clerk to help me with eggs. A cashier who asked if I swiped my rewards card. When I said yes, she replied, no you didnt . I had to point it out on the screen. Then today, no hello, did you find everything and no thank you . I was a cashier for 5 years in high school and we were told to greet EVERY customer and THANK every customer. I love the one stop shopping but I will be looking at other stores who realize customers keep them in business.

I go here quite often and I will always look at the flower section, cuz sometimes they have some decent flowers marked down . This has happened to me twice now that I was looking at a grocery cart full of flowers and the floral manager (Cindy) has snapped at me t telling me that those flowers aren t discounted . . The manager didn t even give me a chance to respond before she kept on walking. Tonight I was looking for a certain color and I found these peach ones and there was only 11 in there. I talked to the 2 people in charge and they both told me there was nothing they could do cuz the floral dept has to do it. WTH , they wouldn t let me take one from another bunch . I m shocked how customer service has gone down.

The 3 star is for the service at the self check out which they are really helpful and they have everything I need and more at this Smiths. The minus 2 star is for the section by the home goods across from the electronics. I decided to check out through a cashier this time. Big mistake, I had a bunch of groceries and like to look at the prices to make sure they rang up right. However, as I was watching the prices the girl by the cashier checking me out said you know you can start bagging that right (sarcastically rude). When this is happening all I thought was well you re standing there twiddling your thumbs and you re on the clock shouldn t you bag them. When I used to work in grocery store I used to bag them as a worker not the other way around. Has things changed this much?

I just ate the best sushi of my life from this smiths sushi bar. The person who made this put some serious love into it. My tummy is happy. Thank you!

Usually exceed expectations

Trying to order flowers from out of state for a funeral and have someone come and pick them up. Heidi in the floral department couldnt have been any more disinterested and wanting to push me off. Smiths is usually pretty solid...must just be this one location, department or person.

Ive been going to this smith for 5 years, a week ago I went again and my 3-year-old daughter wanted a balloon and I bought it for her, when I was paying I had already scanned the balloon, my daughter released it and the balloon went to the roof of the smith A tall male employee told me rudely, its 5 dollars, I answered I know, and another boy who was with him told him I dont want to wear this sweater anymore and he told me that he was not going to remove it from the list because he hasnt seen it , I told him I returned it where I found it, very rude people and I ended up paying for two balloons and only took one.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Wow! They don t seem to want to do anything, except send you somewhere else, Wow

Bought fireworks here on the 3rd. As soon as I walked to the register area, a kind lady asked if I was ready to check out, sure was. As I was leaving she was out there collecting carts. I didnt get her name but she is working hard. Glad to see some people still have a great work ethic.

Store director Devin Rose is probably the most ignorant narcissistic pompous person ever to manage a grocery store. I went in for some items and had an issue during shopping. He was probably the rudest person I have ever come across. Smiths seems to hire inept people to manage their stores. It seems like they hire the worst people ever, its a direct reflection of their own leadership I guess.

I have been calling them every single day for the past week to get a stray shopping cart picked up from in front of my house. It appears that they simply do not listen. I have been dealing with extremely rude employees.

This store has almost everything you need. Its clean and organized. Plus, I liked how they had additional coupons on the for sale signs. It saved me over $10 today.

Always has what I need

On Thanksgiving Smiths Marketplace located on 90th South and Redwood Road posted that they closed at 2 pm. I appreciate the fact that they had updated holiday hours on their website. What was disappointing is they did not honor their hours. We arrived at Smiths at 1:45 and the assistant manager, Jesse, was standing at the door turning people away. We told him we only needed one item and he still would not let us enter. When we returned to get his name he judgementally made the comment that they had been open since 6 am and we had plenty of time to get there. Although this may be true the posted hours were until 2pm and Jesse does not know the circumstances that surround peoples lives. I can absolutely appreciate that Smiths employees have the right to go home to their families. That being said if the plan is to have the employees out of the store by 2 then please close at 1 pm and post your hours appropropriately, so the public has what they need when spending time with their families. I have shopped at Smiths for many years and use your delivery services but experiences like this make it so I no longer want to shop at Smiths locations.

Employees at Smiths: Kassidy and Connor are awesome ! I was at Smiths today 12/2 shopping with KITV Channel 2 for Angel Tree children and seniors. Kassidy was my cashier and Connie helped me bag and tag everything. They were both amazingly patient and helpful. Thank you!

I love shopping at this Smiths! They have a great selection of food, great customer service, and their store is always clean and stocked. The one downside to this location is that its on the corner of two busy roads so it makes it really hard to turn left into, or out of, the parking lot.

The store had everything I needed for my procrastinating last few things I needed for the Christmas party

Ordinarily, I have not had issues with this Smiths. However, this last visit was very displeasing. Jaden, the grocery clerk, packed my bags into my cart very carelessly. After I asked for him to place some groceries beneath so they wouldnt be so squished, he continued to push them into my cart. Very unprofessional and rude.

This is a super useful store, smiths marketplace > any Walmart. I havent ever wandered into this location until the other day. I was very impressed with the size of the store and the content.

Cindy in Floral is Amazing!! Cheerful & accommodating!! I came in the get a corsage ( This smiths makes the best around @12.99 each:) & upon pickup I needed the ribbon changed & a few other things(I m very particular).She jumped at the opportunity to help me!! It s so hard finding good customer service but I was no match for Cindy s kindness!! A Big Thanks to Cindy

Meats have really gone downhill. I ll unfortunately be shopping elsewhere for meat.

So, I needed a quick visit for some, I messed up, please forgive me flowers, and luckily this place had some! Parking lot was pretty full, but I was able to rush in, grab flowers and head to the self checkout. I cant comment on the customer service .. because I never saw or talked to anyone. Haha!

My favorite Smiths

Gina at the self check out line is racist. She hovers around shoppers of color and leaves white shoppers alone. This has happened for years at this point and Im fed up. The fact that she is allowed to behave like this is unacceptable.

I LOVE smith s bakery (particularly this location)! They did an amazing cake for my son s birthday that fed 50 people, and it was HALF the price of anywhere else! It also tasted AMAZING, which we were a bit surprised by since store bought cakes are usually notorious for their over-sugared taste. (Get yours filled with Raspberry like we did! It was perfection). Thank you to the amazing cake decorator! She was phenomenal.

Roomy and clean

Went in and purchased about $100 of merchandise. Card machine repeatedly refused to take my debit card although I had thousands in my bank account. The cashier was polite and helpful, and finally it took it on the fifth try--ridiculous. The card machine seemed old so I thought I would inform the manager in case it was becoming a recurring problem and they could fix it. Big mistake! The manager, Laurie, was dismissive, snide, and unprofessional--a real Karen. Laurie said it was my fault somehow--too many purchases in one day, too much money spent by me in one day, a low balance in my account, a bad chip on my card, etc., and she kept repeating those possibilities even after I assured her on each point that it could not have been the problem. Wow, I was disgusted at how unprofessional she was--No empathy for my trouble, not listening to my explanations or believing my responses, just snarky rudeness. And to think that this woman supervises other employees. Its no wonder the cashier didnt suggest that she would inform management--probably get her head torn off. Ill shop online from now on. Its not worth the negativity trying to deal with traffic, dysfunctional card machines, and a manager like Laurie.

Shopping at the store yesterday I witnessed something completely unprofessional, Manager completely yelling at a employee in the middle of the grocery store. The employee completely kept his cool trying to talk with ultimate respect. He just kept going Found out his name by asking an employee. Managers name happened to be Devin. Very unprofessional cannot believe they are allowed to run the store like this he should not be managing. Should have been something that was handled in the back. Spend an average of $300 every two weeks here love shopping here love the food but that was a very uncomfortable situation.

I am so disappointed with this store. I loved to go shopping here. It used to be my favorite store to shop at. I cannot tolerate a mask for many reasons. It also violates constitutional rights. It is a mandate not a law. Another customer told her story and she was screamed at in the doorway for not wearing a mask so I called the store today and asked the if the same thing would happen to me when I come in without a mask. She said they would offer a mask to wear but that I had to wear one. It did not matter that I have conditions and not able to use it. She also told me I could do my shopping online then wait in the parking to pick up. NO THANKS.....I like my freedoms. Breathing your own poisonous C02 definitely can hurt you. Look up Hypercapnia. I can be caused by re-breathing your own exhaled C02 by continually wearing a mask. I feel sorry for your employees having to use these all day long. I will no longer be a customer here. Sad to say Update: 2/02/21, I have continued to go to this Smiths and it seems they are no longer as strict on the mask wearing. Which is great for me and others who cannot tolerate a mask. AI love this store and hope they continue to be fair about mask wearing. Only one customer has yelled at me for not wearing one.

I get my click list orders every weekend for my elderly mother. I ve noticed recently that my orders of ground beef are going bad very premature. I purchased ground beef two weeks in a row on Saturday and by Monday they are completely brown. Very disappointed that I have to throw ground beef away that hasn t expired on tag.

Collin was our cashier and he was super awesome and friendly! Excellent customer service. He was working back in the home goods where it was super slow. He was upbeat for it being a tad slow and maybe boring for him.

There are always cherimoyas here during the cherimoya season. If all else fails, I ll find them here. They are also the good variety from California instead of South America!

Store is really clean, neat, well stocked and aisles seem more spacious then some stores. Our cashier was Jim and he was great. He gave my sons stickers and was really friendly. He interacted with my son and even bagged my sons toy in its own bag so that he could carry it himself and my son loved it. We only stopped in at this location because we were in the area but it s now one of my favorites. I ll definitely be coming to this store anytime I m in the area or want to go for a drive

Always a great experience

My husband and I both have Covid so I made an on line home delivery order. The most confusing system I ve EVER been on. It took an hour and a half just to get to the end. But would it accept my card NO! I had to call customer service and was on hold for another 37 min to find out I had to sign out of the system and close the browser, Resign in! Finally it accepted with confirmation. It said the order would be ready for delivery in two hours. Now three hours later and dozens of calls to the store and never having anyone get back on line about my order. The last two attempts with my calls were disconnected! Harmons you now have a new customer! I was trying to keep others safe. I m so furious I wanted to just show up and get my food. You don t order food because you want it SOMEDAY! You want it when they agree to deliver it!!!! If I could give this system no stars I would. Poor service, poor website, just poor all the way around. Hoping we ll see the food tomorrow! We are I ll and needed that delivery. And I paid ten dollars to have it in two hours! Ugh

A little tight moving around with cart

Im not sure I want to let everyone know that this is the BEST Smiths in Utah, but I cant keep it a secret anymore. I do not live close to this Smiths but I have been coming to it for years. Im not sure where you find the best employees but ya did! Its always clean, well stocked, and has everything you need and more! The employees are so friendly and helpful. Im kinda hoping that no one reads this so it doesnt get crowded. They have deserved this review for years!!! Such an amazing store!!!

Hello my name is Sandy Kroll. This is regarding location at 1820 W 9000 S West Jordan UT. I want to let you know what a wonderful experience I received from Cindy in the Floral Department Saturday 2/8/2020. She helped me with finding a special bouquet of flowers I was looking for. My niece has been fighting cancer for sometime but recently has been put on hospice and has been given 2-3 weeks to live. I just happened to be going to visit my niece this morning. I was looking for a bouquet that was very colorful but the ones there just were not enough. Cindy had not started her shift yet but noticed that I was having issues looking over the bouquets. She asked if she could help me. I explained my delima. She offered to help me with what I needed. I picked out a bouquet and a few other colorful loose bouquets to add to it. She offered to add the flowers in and she created the most beautiful Bouque. So beautiful that I was moved to tears. She told me she normally does not go to the floor before her shift but she felt she needed to be on the floor earlier than her shift to look over things. She saw me and felt a little tingle like I needed help. I believe God had a hand in her decision and my decision to be at your store at the same time. I just want to say Thank You to Cindy and your store for having her as your employee. Cindy has a wonderful gift. Thank you so much Cindy. My niece loved her bouquet.

The fuel station guy would not accept my store credit card at this location and all the other smiths will accept this card. Lame!!

Purchased clothing never worn unable to try on around April 1st and unable to return anything even with a receipt. Was told I wouldbe able to return by May 15Very disappointed $50 dont buy wearing appreal

I shop at this store every day, the day time staff are always great. How ever The night time manager candy turned me away with 10 mins still left to shop. I just needed a night light for my 3 year old. candy informed me she was ready to go home and they were closing. Another employee bringing in shopping carts made the comment that it was 1053 and I still had time to shop. After which candy told me to take it up with devin the gm in the morning. Very disappointed in candy but thanks to the employee that stood up for me.

I recently just moved to West Jordan and I stopped here for some groceries. Since this Smiths was a lot different than the one I used to shop at, I didnt know where anything was. I ended up having to ask an employee where a few things were at and she helped me with no problem! She was really kind and asked if I needed help finding anything else when I mentioned that I had never been there before!

Wow, this store has really terrible customer service. Candy the manager was rude and very unprofessional when I asked for a rain check for an item they were out of. I can t believe Smiths would allow this to keep on going on. I read some of the other comments in Google and she was specifically pointed out as being unprofessional. Maybe she was having a bad day, but don t take it out on people who are spending money at your store.

Nice enough store and its my go-to due to location, but they have significant issues with keeping things in stock. Not just obvious stuff, like toilet paper during Covid, but things like cleaning products, cereal, Eggo waffles, Johnsonville Brats, Diet Coke, etc. You name it, and it seems like theres a 50/50 chance theyll have it on a particular day. I occasionally visit other Smiths stores (often just a day or two later), and its crazy how different the stock levels are. A Smiths just a mile or two away will have a ton of mochi-style ice cream while this Smiths will have an empty case where they should (but dont) have the same thing. My old Smiths *never* had inventory issues, while these guys almost always seem to. The inventory problem isnt bad enough to make me want to drive miles out of my way to shop at a different store, but Ive gotten used to my shopping list being a best effort here.

Outside the door at 10:56pm now. Was gonna grab a drink real quick and be out in less than two minutes. Dude locked the door in my face. Been meaning to complain for a while. Nobody says We don t want your business within an hour of us closing quite as well as these guys. Hours before closing you block off half the entrance doors, for what reason? Recently I was in here at 10pm and they made a last call announcement for everyone to grab what they needed and get out. An HOUR before closing. Seriously the manager needs to put a stop to this poor customer service. Don t open your doors if you don t want me there.

Always out of something. I shop here regularly and have rarely been here when everything I wanted was in-stock. Even before COVID and with items not associated with pandemic shortages they struggle significantly with keeping items in-stock.

Smiths is the best. My Smiths is even better than the best. Great staff and great everything. I wouldn t change anything about it.. well, except for the islands in the parking lot. So, just remember which side of the island you parked on so you don t push your cart to the wrong side and hafta go around haha!

I only give 4 stars because no matter what time of day I come to go grocery shopping there is always a long wait to check out. I actually come out of my way to shop at this particular store and am always annoyed at the long lines to check out. I usually have a cart full of groceries so to check out on the self service is not an option for me. The cashiers are always so friendly so I love that but the wait is just insane. I usually see tons of employees walking around while I wait at the check out line.

So far, this place is one of my favorite Smiths Marketplace. Its a huge store, as big as a Walmart Supercenter, or possibly bigger. They sell almost everything here, I really like their Deli, Bakery, Outdoors Gear Dept. etc. And I really like that there is diversity in their staff. Also there is a Police Office located inside the store.. so dont do anything bad/illegal. LOL

UPDATED - They no longer accept a VISA credit card, which I can understand the merchant fees that make most business want to limit what cards can and cannot be accepted, but this was a huge inconvenience, and will result in me shopping here much much less. I hope they can and will reconsider, as my previous review still stands with the exception of this new policy. With more than a few options to choose from for Shopping, Smiths Marketplace is one of the best. They have ample produce, meat, dairy, and of course everything youd expect in the middle of the store. But, they have also brought in a nice section of all organic, and their bakery, seafood, and fresh cheeses are very good. The marketplace also carries quite a bit more, and Ive been able to find nice Carhart gear, shoes for the kids, bike tires, and even bedding. Their prices for groceries are on par with Walmart, and if you can hit them up for sale items or those that are offered to value members, youll save even more.

I love this Smiths. Always clean, friendly staff and always well stocked. Only downside- they dont have little carts (for kids) like a few of their other locations have.

Chicken strips were way too salty. They had no honey mustard dip sauce. Service was not the best. Stood there waiting to pay for the chicken way to long after they had packaged it up. They werent busy. Disappointed overall

Clean and well organized, it seemed like everything was in stock. I do wish every employee I made contact with hasnt been frowning though.

Huge store, amazing selection with EVERYTHING you could need. Clothing, shoes, cosmetics, grocery, deli, Starbucks, home and garden, ect.

Had some good in store sales that surprised me,that I took advantage of. Bought some asparagus that tasted a little old. Prices going up everywhere. Meat was expensive ,but nothing special about it. Was hard to find a decent cut for the price.

The Customer service experience , self check out and The cashier was really mean and not helpful for as well the with the Red hair manager came up and was worse tried to say when I give her an item to take it off try to say that I hit her and goes reports to loss loss prevention guys came tries to surround me around the registers are self check out like I stole or I did something bad hold me there for one hour at the end they called the cops the cop showed up and looked at the videos and said the video was more like given it too here so after the told the cops I can leave and not come too the store shame on all off them on the hole front end the Manger need to be fired out off the customer service and as well I have better cashiers in the store and those guys of the loss prevention people they should be focusing more on other things then what they did yesterday to me that they were holding me up surrounding me like I killed somebody or pulled something they did not let me pay for my groceries ,the called the cops to come in the store the cops told me that I was just the way it s time for them like that situation happened they should not be calling them or something like that that did not happen anything which I think it s horrible or someone needs to do something with the manager and get a better customer service with the cashiers and do something with the loss prevention people very rude according to the cops telling me that I didn t do nothing on the video like the manager said are all over they are the ones that did something like that they should not be doing and treating the customers we re the ones do I need to be treated nicely and different room where the ones that paid the bill in the store The come out of our pocket not out of their pocket we don t need to be treated that way I hope someone steps in the something about this review and complained I m doing for the store I will never enter the store again with experience I just had yesterday I would not recommend anyone having this situation what I experienced yesterday with Smith on 90th south and Redwood Road

Terry, Devon, and Rochelle are amazing managers! They always walk around asking how youre doing. All of the people that work at this location have outstanding customer service !! Jessica at the pharmacy is amazing, she genuinely cares about you! I just love this Smiths, thanks for your amazing customer service!!

I love the store for the most part and the Staff is amazing. They know me by name and they know my family, thats how much we use their store and the services they offer. I use the click list every week so I dont have to put up with the hassle of shopping with so many ppl around, and with my many medical issues it is super beneficial for me. Then the cake lady has always gone above and beyond for us and tried her best to make some amazing cakes with Freehand decorations based on pictures we gave her. Also, love all the new stuff they have added since they remodeled. My only real complaint is the clothes for women, they are all just so drab and blahseh, thats not their fault, but it sux. All the kid stuff is cute and my kids love it, but stuff for me is just not happening. Oh well, guess I will just have to stick with Hot Topic and leave Smiths to Groceries and kids clothes or shoes. Bittom line is the services are amazing the staff treats you like Family and this cree is one of the best, and the store is packed full of tons of amazing stuff from Garden to clothes and shoes, camping gear or bedding, stuff for home decor or you decor (jewelry). Lol. Stop in for a bite at Starbucks or the Fresh Sushi shop! There is lots to see and plenty to pick up so enjoy!

Needed a loaf of bread and went out of my way to come to Smiths because I usually like shopping there. Got there 15 minutes before midnight (the posted closing time) and the manager stopped me at the door and said they were closed. I showed her the time but she didnt care. I managed to drive 10 minutes to Walmart and checked out with my loaf of bread before midnight when they closed. I guess I know where Im going the next time I need a loaf of bread.

Ive been coming to this Smiths for years. I love that it is a Smiths Marketplace. Its large and they carry a lot of different things besides everything a regular grocery store carries. Everything from clothing, housewares, auto & sports equipment, etc. I even bought my Schwinn Bicycle there for a really great price and I love it. Not everything is a great price all of the time but they always have sales and those prices are amazing! Since the remodel its even nicer. There is a Starbucks inside, a cafe to sit and eat. They have a sushi chef there so you can get yummy fresh sushi. The pharmacy is good as well. They also have a gas station and a garden center. Love this Smiths.

We have been doing all of our grocery shopping and more at this Smiths since they opened. We have always liked the case lot sale and have shopped this sale. Whenever we have cases the cashiers never make us put the cases on the belt. They either go around to scan or look up the UPC by the product name. NOT TODAY. Today the jerk made my husband and I lift and hold up each case so that he could scan them. My husband and I are in our 60s. Smiths used to have cashiers that cared about the customers. However, lately the turn over is constant and they are very discourteous.
