No communication. Go to the appointment 20 minites away and find out I need a date or papers on last shots. Shouldve been told that on the phone call. Will no longer use this business.

They do a good job with the actual grooming, but every time I walk into this business I feel so unwelcome - almost as if I am bothering the people working there. That, combined with two extra fees tacked on to my bill raising the price for my dogs groom to $160, will have me going elsewhere from now on.

You deal with dogs and have to understand that some dogs don t stay still. But how are you gonna tell a customer not to bring the dog back because it didn t stay still. She said she s weeding out the bad clients. If you run a business you can t say don t comeback because the work got hard. That s why it s called work who said it was gonna be easy . If you have a dog that dosent stay still. When grooming then don t waste your time here

paid $77 for them to give my dog pink eye. other than that the grooming was fine.

Wont take on new dogs 10 yrs old or older. Thinks they are too much of a hassle to groom without any questioning to even confirm if the dog has been recently groomed, etc.

Always wonderful and sweet with my 17lb Cockapoo. He always arrives to his grooming sessions excited and leaves looking (and smelling) great. Highly recommend. (We go to the one in West Jordan).

I used this place as a last resort since I needed to get my golden doodle groomed soon and my current groomer (Paw Wash) was booked out two months. I asked friends/family who they use and I called those groomers too. Same story - booked out two months. So I looked online and found this place. They had open appointments the next day. So I took my 30 pound doodle in the next day. I was told $70 on the phone, but when I picked up my dog a couple hours later, the final charge was $107. I balked at that, but they said it was $70/hr, and it took an hour and a half. Fine, chalk that up to miscommunication. Heres why the one-star... What I thought was odd and out of order was the front desk lady had me paying before even bringing my dog out to me. Not only that, but she asked if I wanted to leave a tip for the groomer BEFORE even seeing my dog. Following intuition, I did not leave a tip, and I am glad I didnt. Because when they brought out my doodle she had a racing stripe down her back where the groomer had not put on the proper trimmer attachment and cut my dogs hair nearly to the skin. Ah, so now I see why I was asked to leave a tip BEFORE I saw the grooming quality. First and LAST time visiting All About Dogs. Ill be sure to book ahead of time now with my dogs regular groomer.

Good job but now my cat has been banned. My cat bit the groomer which to me means they didnt handle her properly.

I had a great first experience there, I wish I knew the name of the groomer. However, my second experience was my last. The people at the front desk were so rude and accused my very well mannered dog of not being very cooperative. I was in shock when they said that because of how good he is. Also I believe they need to figure out their capabilities. Because if you can t handle it or don t have the experience for a malamute, then tell me. Instead they took him didn t go a great job, then charged me over 200$, then decided to tell me that they aren t capable of doing big dogs. If I knew that before hand I would ve looked elsewhere. Left there very upset, overwhelmed, and tearful. So disappointed in this place

They were Awesome with Dakota, it was her first time getting her nails cut. They allowed me to go back with her and comfort her while they cut her nails.

Ive taken my dogs here for years, and am always pleased by their skill, friendliness, and professionalism.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. I gave them a second chance after they kept going on about how bad my dogs fur looked. And then charged me extra saying he bit them when they touched his paws. I recently took them somewhere else. And the lady said he was the most well behaved dog and was so sweet. I can squeeze his paws and so can others and he never even gets upset. These people either hurt him or just want more money . It was ridiculous and a big waste of money.

These guys did a wonderful job with my cavapoo puppy. They were gentle and thorough with his first full grooming. They also were very responsive to my questions. We ve found our new groomer!

Would not recommend bringing your dog here, they charged me extra because my dog wouldn t stay still and left me a voicemail (30 minutes before they close) of my dog just barking at the phone!! Would not come back EVER

The owner and staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Sally the groomer is special. She came to speak to me about both of my dogs. I can tell she truly cares about the animals she grooms.

I took my cat to be groomed and was unprepared for the horrific experience. Upon pickup, I was told that my (declawed, two-toothed) cat was out of control for the entire grooming, so he had to be muzzled. He fought so fiercely that they had to charge me $15.00 extra for the trouble. There are so many things wrong with this situation, but I will point out the issue that is most glaringly unprofessional and unethical. If an animal is so out of control when you first attempt to groom them, you should not think to muzzle them first, rather call the owner to share this information and ASK them if they would still like you to proceed with the grooming under these circumstances. There could be undetected issues going on with the animal. My cat has NEVER had this kind of reaction to a grooming. He has always had glowing reports from every groomer he has ever been to. Think about it this way: If you went to pick your child up from school and the staff told you that your child was so out of control that they had to muzzle and restrain him or her, and then they charged you extra money for the hassle, you would probably drive right to your attorneys office. My recommendation: If you love your pet, do not take them to this establishment.

I ve been taking my dogs to All about dogs for 10 years now, they started in Taylorsville and have now expanded to a second location in West Jordan. Ive never had any problems with any of the groomers and have always been so happy with how my dogs turn out! They are so professional and kind. All about dogs is a great place to groom your pets! We recommend them to everyone!

I have been taking my 3 dogs to Leyla for years, I have Min Pom who I love to get cut like a teddy bear. She is the only person I have found that cant successfully accomplish this adorable look. I have one big dog who is so sweet and they just love her and she loves them. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who loves their fur baby and wants a great cut and an amazing price

Took my dog for the first time, all I have to say is great work! Very pleased. My dog usually comes back upset from the groomers but today he did not! I will take that as a sign as he was well taken care of! I will definitely be taking him back! BTW I have a siberian husky. service he received: bath&brush and de-shedding treatment

My cat is a long haired cat. I live in Park City. After calling a number of vet offices and a cat store, I had no luck finding any one to do a cat cut. I reached out to an independent dog groomer who said she didn t do cats but had an interest in doing so. She texted me the next day and told me about her instructor who teaches cat grooming. Would I be willing to do a 45 minute drive to Salt Lake. I was desperate! I said yes. Took my cat to get a lower abdomen and hiney cut with Kami. She did a spectacular job! And my cat handled it well. Thank you for your excellent service and loving bedside manner. You rock!! I will come back again.

This is the first time I have come to this place for my 1 year old yorkie. I was referred by my ex husbands neighbor. I saw their dog and how well he was cut and had to ask. My dog came out cuter than ever and definitely needed a cut. I love how thorough they are and how quickly they were able to get my dog in from the day I called. (Only 3 days). Fast and friendly.

I truly love this place, i take 2 fur babies and they alway do the best work possible, the prices are good and they always have available appointments for the same week, i had to cancel a couple of times the day before the appointment and they are so understandable and kind i love love love and my dogs love them too
