Auntie Jayne is a true dog whisperer. She genuinely loves her furry clients! She treats all of the dogs so well and bends over backwards for her clients. She has great advice if I’m ever not sure how to handle a situation with my dog, too. Definitely recommend.
This place is just so amazing. I walked into her shop and she welcomed me and my dog DUKE. He was a little nervous, but she made him feel very loved. I love how she explained to me what she was going to do and how her shop works. I was very impressed. I will definitely be going back to have my dog Cut and Cleaned to Auntie Jayne's goomeries.
The most wonderful experience 💞 So happy we found Auntie Jayne's. She made the first grooming for our new Samoyed perfect! We really enjoyed the attention and willingness to help make this the best experience. The love and kindness was shown not only to our puppy which was made beautiful but to my daughter. She is struggling with an illness and we got this puppy to be her companion. Jayne not only helped out puppy but she offered knowledge, information for training and veterinary doctor for my daughter. She also offered to answer any questions my daughter might have. Thank you does not explain my thankfulness and heartfelt happiness ( which has been in short order) for the love ❤️ 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 My heart
I love, love, LOVE, Auntie Jaynes as does my precious Isabelle, and Isabelle doesn't like anyone ... lol :) Jayne treats your pet as if it were her own and trust me when I say Jayne loves her pets! When I pick Isabelle up she is soft as silk and smells wonderful and she stays like that for weeks. I take her every 4 to 6 weeks and will do so for as long as I can. Jayne is a grooming genius! I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Jayne and Eddie treat your dog with the love and care that you can't put a price tag on. They found several health issues with my dogs and even referred me to a marvelous vet. My dogs are happy, relaxed and looking marvelous when Jayne is finished with them. I highly recommend this grooming business for your beloved pets. You won't be sorry.
I've been taking my maltipoo to Jayne for the last 3 years. She is amazing at what she does. I had a hard time finding someone who would cut him the way I like but she did it right the very first appointment. After 3 years of grooming, I feel like my dogs and I are part of Jayne & Eddie's family. I have a golden doodle pup (95 lbs at one year old!) and Jayne grooms him just as well as she does my 10-lb maltipoo. Jayne & Eddie are so good with both my dogs and their very different personalities. My dogs love going and love both Jayne & Eddie. She is absolutely fabulous and understandably in high demand. It may take you a few months to get your pet in to see them but if you can get in, do so!
Today I went to Auntie Jayne's Groomerie today. I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the business owners towards Chows Chows and Pit Bulls! I have called and came into this business on three separate occasions with today being the last time. Each time I have tried to make an appointment for my two chows to be groomed, each time I was given the run around on how backed they were. Today I was finally told that they have breed specific policies in place. My daughter also called to see if she could bring her Pit Bull in and was told no on Pit Bulls also.
The best groomer in town by far! Well priced and great service. They love your dog and you can tell the moment you enter into the store! We have moved to AZ and wish we could find someone as good as Auntie Jayne's.
Absolutely terrible groomer. She is constantly drinking and is drunk almost every time I brought my dog. Just terrible.

Auntie jayne is the most amazing groomer out there! A kennel free place for my dog to play and run around until ita time to be groomed. My girl usually takes a couple of hours/all day, because she is a tuff cookie I DONT mind at all though, because I know she is lived and well taken care of. If shes having a tuff minute and starts throwing one if her fits, she gets put down and they work on another dog while she is having a break. They go outside for potty breaks every hour, in real grass! When you walk into the shop it doesnt smell like other places do, its a very pleasant smell. My girl is always a little nervous to go (her nails she hates) but as soon as we go through the gate she goes potty and runs right down the stairs, she LOVES jayne and I know Jayne loves my girl. This is the only groomer I trust with my girl, and I will always, always recommend her to anyone. Thank you for all you do Jayne, Rick, and girls.
Jayne never answers the phone, nor does she return phone calls. I was referred to her by another client; I called multiple time and left 3 messages but never received a callback. If this how she runs her business, Im glad I wont be taking my dog to her.
When true animal lovers all work together, they really take care of my pets. She s booked out six months because she s good.

I would honestly never use this lady. Not a bad experience with her service. A bad experience on the road with her. Tail gating everyone, flipping her hands and giving everyone attitude through her window. She did it to my wife just now. Flipped her hands and yelling at us. Im witnessing her do it to everyone else. White SUV with her marketing all over her vehicle, cant miss it. I dont respect people that act like this on the road. She is getting a negative review from me off character alone.

Jayne and Eddie and Jennifer are amazing!! I love them so much! They are more than just groomers they are apart of my family. They are family to me. They have been taking care of my furry kids (my cats) since they opened and they take care of my in laws furry kid as well. I just love love them. My cats come home so happy and stress free!! They treat my furry kids like their own and give them treats and loves. Best groomerie in Utah will not go to anyone else. I lost my baby boy and they were so sweet they gave me photos of him in frames that they took when he got groomed and made him pet of the July 2013 month on their pet of the month board. I just love them so much and they mean so much to me. Thank you guys you are the best and i love ya tons!!!!
I just recently called to get info and the person that answered the phone (a male) was too busy to talk to me. I called to ask about a grooming and the person on the phone said that they were booked until Feb, I asked about the pricing and he said in a nasty tone, I am just too busy to be talking to you, those exact words! I also could hear a female yelling at him from the background. What kind of business is this that has such horrible customer service? If you are too busy to answer questions stop being greedy and hire a person to answer your phones! I was going to make an appt, but now will never use this groomer! I never write reviews, but I am so disgusted with the way I was treated on the phone, it was very rude and unprofessional!! I will be telling others of how I was treated. The owners need some business training #1 rule Customer Service! If they treat a person this way how are they treating a persons pet? Extremely disappointed!!
