I took my Doberman in to be groomed with Juliana. She was amazing to work with and made our pup feel comfortable and came home smelling so fresh and clean. Would recommend to anyone for dog grooming services!
I take my dog to Marissa and she is absolutely the best!! My dog looks adorable every time we pick her up. And she loves Marissa which makes me feel so good when I drop her off!
Juliana did the complete opposite of what I asked of her. She completely disregarded all my requests and did whatever she wanted. I had been growing out my poodle's hair on her nose for months and she trimmed her so much that skin was showing. I even brought in my clippers and explicitly told her what length to do it. I strongly DO NOT recommend if you have an idea of what you want your dog to look like, she will not do you right. You are better off trimming your dog yourself. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the results because I was very specific verbally and over text. Even my teenagers came home and said "what did you do to Lucy?!?!" Husband came home and said she had a Danny DeVito head. She's not even tapered nice to her ears. Ugh! So, its not just me. Honestly, I'm being generous with 1-star.
I can't say enough great things about this place! I have fospice (foster / hospice) dogs and these guys treat my babies with such love and care I never worry when I drop them off because I know they're in the best hands possible. If you haven't given them a try, please do. Just the absolute best team around!!! ❤️🐾❤️
I took my White German Shepard for his first professional grooming ( bath and other dog spa services) and both of us were more than happy with service ❤️. I immediately scheduled regular grooming sessions every 6 weeks to make sure we have our time locked. So happy I found such a wonderful grooming salon close to home 😊 I would highly recommend this place !
I can't tell you how awesome this place is. I rescued a dog who was in ruff shape, I wanted to give him a fresh start, the groomer there came in on her day off to help this doggie out! And did it free of charge as a good deed service cause she knew he needed some love. I was in awe of her kindness, her generosity, her willingness to go above and beyond for a sweet old dog who stole my heart, and apparently hers too! Edward and I so greatly appreciated it and he looked so handsome! I would highly recommend this place!
I have been taking my Cavalier to Marissa for some time now. My sweet dog has problems with her hips. Marissa is always gentle with her, and honestly, she has never looked better than when Marissa has worked her grooming magic. (We have seen a few different groomers). I would (and have) recommended her to anyone looking for a groomer. She is fantastic!
