They take such good care of my dogs. I went a bit longer than usual to get my dogs nails cut and she understood my concerns since they were curling a bit. She made sure to take her time and made sure my dog was happy and comfortable the whole time!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I will NEVER take my dog back to her!! She has no idea what she is doing when it comes to trimming dogs nails! She made every single nail bleed on my poor baby! I had to stop her with the last two paws so that she didn’t make those ones bleed too! She had quick stop for bleeding because im assuming that is a normal thing that happens when she trims nails! Don’t put your dogs thru what my poor baby went thru! She has no idea what she is doing I wish I never paid her!! I didn’t even want to give her one star but it won’t let me post this with out giving her at least one star. But I want other people to know so that they don’t make the same mistake that I did! Worst experience ever!!!!
At first it brought they did great, but they left my dogs partially wet and the next day I found an obvious cure caused by a blade on my dog. The owner said she would do a full groom which included a nail cut and didn’t. Wasn’t very pleased with this place.
Sam is incredible! Happy Tails is my new go to groomer. Excellent service! We have a cruise coming so Jazzy needed a grooming before we took her to the sitter. Sam got us in later in the evening on short notice. Jazzy had a great time and the results speak for themselves.
When our original groomer moved away we needed to find a place that could take care of our Cocker Spaniel. Happy Tails was close by, so we gave it a shot. Whiskey our dog was so overgrown and when we picked him up he looked amazing.! She treated our dog like her own and was personable. We are thankful to have found someone who could get us in quickly. Thank you so much for taking care of our dog. We will definitely bring him back!
Samm did a great job on my 3 Scotties, she took 1/3 of the time and was 1/2 the cost of PetSmart. I’m so glad we saw her sign, we have a great new groomer and the dogs look amazing!! Thanks Samm for doing a great job!
We've been looking for a new groomer for about two months and I'm happy that we finally found one! When I first reached out Sam responded fast and was able to get an appointment quickly. When we arrived she was so nice and excited to see my doodle. My dog is afraid of everything and everyone, but Sam was so patient and sweet with her. Can't express how happy I am with the service! Also my baby looks adorable 😍 I'm excited to take my toy poodle here soon! Thank you again Sam!
I have two big dogs who desperately needed a good grooming. I informed Sam of what I wanted from their appointments and my expectations were exceeded when I came to pick up my puppies. Sam took great care of them and I couldn’t have been happier. The communication was great and scheduling was very easy. I’ll definitely be bringing my dogs back to see Sam on a regular basis!
I love this place, she takes such good care of my dogs. they always some back so happy and clean 10/10 recommend!!!!
Great response time, very friendly and accommodating. I ended up with a last minute family matter to take care of and Sam worked around it for me so that I could get both done. My dog was very happy and looked great when I picked him up. Will be returning soon!

I don t not recommend this groomer: - Our dog came home bleeding with several scratches and cuts. - Her promotion was for 20% off, but she s dishonest and only gave 14% off. - This is definitely the ugliest haircut he s ever had; she just shaved the hair down to the skin.

I said I wouldn t leave a review but this was unacceptable. I took my dog for the FIRST time and she came home with 5+ bleeding cuts, bleeding nails, & a very choppy & uneven cut. I would not trust this service with any dog, ever. She bled all over my pants on the way home.

Had a very good experience here with my rambunctious dog and he did really well there she is really good at connecting with dogs. My dog was nervous at first but then was comfortable by the end I feel...will definitely be going back

Recently adopted a Husky and though I logically knew hed shed a lot, I was NOT prepared for all the hair! We were brushing him every day and it was still all over! Finally decided to take him to a groomer and most places I called didnt even know who would be taking care of him. Called Sam and she was able to get him scheduled and did such an amazing job. Im so surprised at how little hair Ive gotten out of him since Sam did the deshedding. We will definitely go back! I love that she personally handles the doggos and doesnt take multiple at once. Its individualized and worth every penny- which is less than other places I called!
The best dog grooming around! Sam is so amazing! So patient with our nerves dogs and always make them feel safe and loved. They use to hate grooming but now they love going to see her! Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants their dogs to love getting groomed!

So happy with the service here. She was able to squeeze my dog in last minute, literally followed my instructions to the T on how I wanted him to look, and very well priced. We just moved here from WA state and I am so glad we found a groomer we can trust and use from now on. One less thing to worry about!

i have a yorkie who generally is terrified of the groomers but samm immediately made my dog feel at ease and displayed a level of professionalism seldom seen these days . the one on one approach worked so well my yorkie even said he loved the experience thank you happy tails ive found a groomer for life

Happy Tails dog grooming did absolutely great on my Pom! I love the one on one grooming, my dog usually gets anxiety around other dogs so this a less stressful environment for her. She even told me how my pom did and what she liked and didn t liked, which I highly appreciate. Anyways, Happy Tails grooming is a great option, her price is reasonable and she does a great job!

Our baby needed a grooming and saw a sign in the neighborhood so I decided to take him and try her out. Samm was very pleasant and she did a great job.
I have a very anxious husky named Moxie that usually has a pretty hard time with strangers and grooming in general but we had an amazing experience, Moxie looked great afterwards and she even got a new scarf AND collar! Im extremely happy with Happy Tails and Ill definitely be going back there from now on!

I honestly don t know how this place has 5 stars I took my 2 dogs in for a groom after finding this grooming service off of the Nextdoor app I decided to message for a price for a grooming and was given a $45 a dog price so I thought wow since the price is too good to be true maybe the groomer doesn t do a good job since their prices are so low but after reading that the owner has 20 years of experience in grooming and reading the reviews I gave her a shot anyway. Let s just say I regret not listening to all the advice about you pay for what you get you pay cheap that s the type of work you get. I feel like both of my pups after their grooming services look worse than they did before they went in for their grooming service. I felt like their grooming service was completely rushed I took them in a little before 10am and received a called an hour and a half later saying both pups were all ready to go. I usually take my pups into our local Petsmart individually and they are there for a good 2-3 hour time frame. I guess this groomer was in a hurry to get to her next appt because she was already on her next groom how could somebody have enough time to take their time to groom a dog right within an hour let alone 2 dogs. Never again will I be taking a chance this company cause now I need to pay extra to get both my pups grooming fixed.

Best grooming experience ever. I was afraid to try a new place but now I am so happy I took the chance. She was very kind and gentle and showed my dog chewie lots of love. I will definitely be going back. The service was excellent and the rates were great.We fell in love.

My dog has been very anxious with groomers because of a bad past experience. Sammy took her time to meet with my dog and get to know him before we scheduled a grooming. My dog absolutely loves her.
