Well I was highly disappointed in this place I have never experienced anything like this but very poor customer service. The floors were so wet me and my daughter kept sliding and then when we finally got to the tub to wash our dog my daughter ended up slipping and fell to the ground the employee was right there and saw he didnt look surprised at all. We ended up leaving sincr we couldnt wash him. We were sliding around the whole time. I talked to Crystal the owner and let me just saw WOW very rude didnt even care about my daughter falling all she said was its ok I have cameras I said good I hope so. So thats why I took pictures just in case I might need them for proof. WONT GO THERE AGAIN..

Amazing. This place is the only one where my sensitive dog doesn t leave pouty and upset. They are so kind and capable.

I will not be coming back here. The water pressure was great, and there were plenty of stalls, but the areas were filthy. The problem was the young guy sitting behind the desk. While the older woman was busy working in back, he sat on his butt at the front counter super busy with his phone. All the dog stalls but one were dirty. Dog hair everywhere. If the lazy guy with no work ethic bothered to cleanup after the clientele, it would be decent. I had to cleanup after the person before me. On top of all of that, there was dog pee all over the entrance floor. When we came out of the bathing area, my clean dog stepped in all the PEE! I told the guy there was pee all over the floor, and he just kept staring at his phone. Unbelievable. We left, and he was happily staring at his phone. He said maybe 10 words to clients while I was there. Business owner fire the guy. He clearly has no work ethics.

Seemed like a good place. They were closed during apparently open hours. Wasted time driving down. No hours posted on the door.

Shop has closed and website doesnt state this. Drove there for self dog wash and found out the hard way.

Laundermutts is amazing! They are always so sweet, and take care of my dog so well every time. They do a great job and also let you know to tell them if youd like anything changed. Really great people and service!

Great cuts! The dogs love them and they love the dogs.

Every stall was previously used and dirty. Open vent from ceiling was dropping lint, debris and whatever else was up there. No assistance from desk whatsoever. I asked him to open door to air out dog smell and he didn t move. This place has really gone down hill. Too bad.

Easy access and easier than doing it at home.

Crystal has groomed my samoyeds for many years. From the first time to now they are absolutely stunning when I pick them up. She really cares, and her whole heart is in it. My samoyeds love her. I recommend strongly.

Love it ! Having a difficult dog to take to the groomers it s nice to have this place where I can wash them myself and the people are amazing very kind and considerate I showed up late one time and they let me bathe my dog thank you so much.

Looking to get my dog groomed and they are booked out 2 weeks. Leaving no room for walk in and dont really care either. When this madness is over I will not be taking my dog there.

This place is great! We have had our Pomeranian groomed there for several years and they do a great job at a good price.

I took my cats to be groomed at laundromat, a groomer I had used in the past with no problems.this last time I got them back the cut was not at all smooth and nothing . Nicked one of the cats with the clippers.all in all just a terrible job. Will never take my cats there again. Laundromat has always done a good job on my dogs. And until now had done well with my cats.could say about more but will say this. On a scale of 1 to 10 the job done on my cats was a negative 5.

We ve used the self serve baths & grooming for years. Crystal is amazing with our dog and grooming is always done perfectly! Highly recommended.

First time coming here and Crystal did the best haircut my dogs ever received. He normally doesn t let him self get groomed but they made it happen! Extremely happy !

They did a wonderful job on my 11 month old, Great Pyrenees mix, Haruki! It was her first time being professionally groomed (and she is incredibly tough to bathe being that she is a 90lb, giant baby that pushes into you with twice her weight the entire time xD) so she was difficult Im sure, but they took great care of her and she came home looking bright, clean and beautiful with adorable ear bows as well just like Id hoped. We will definitely bring her back in hopes that shell keep getting more used to it as time goes on. Thank you Laundermutts!

Great Grooming Service! We love them, our dogs love them. And well be using them for a long time to come. They are popular, so I recommend doing what we do, book your next appt after each appt. They are a perfect grooming place!

My furry baby has been going to this wounderful place for a while know and everytime he goes they take great care in him. He is a very large dog and has way to much hair but they always make him look good. He get so excited everytime we say he is going to thespa as we call it. Friendly and always great. Thank you to all the employees for doing a great jop.

I took my small dachshund/terrier mix for a groom. I asked them to even out her hair and showed them pictures of different angles (our previous groomer moved out of state). They took notes and said that the cost was starting at $45 but could go up depending on her behavior. When I picked her up it was $50 before taxes and they made me pay before I saw her and even tipped. But they did such a bad job. Her coat is so uneven- longer on her head and tail. They didnt clean up the hair on her paws. I am so disappointed in the work.

Always friendly, great price, and they always do an amazing job. Our pup Juno does really well here and I know shes in good hands.

We gave specific instructions for our shih tzu s cut, I.e, leave his top knot, cut him short all over, teddy bear face. They cut his top knot and chin, nicked his ears next to his head. We were told by the groomer that she was not given any instructions. We cannot recommend them any more. I don t remember seeing my wife that mad at anyone, including me, for a long, long time! And then they only gave us $5 off! Cheep and unprofessional to boot.

Checked website to confirm hours and rushed over to be there 30 minutes before closing time for a self wash. Open sign was on and door was unlocked so I walked in. Find out that they closed an hour ago and that the website is wrong. Please update your information. For what its worth...the smelly dog in my car would give this experience 5 stars if he could.

This was awesome. Easier than cleaning up our bathroom after cleaning very furry dogs! One thing - they should put something down on the ground near the tubs because it is slick after washing the dogs and me and my dogs were slipping and sliding! Very well priced

It s a great place to wash my dogs, appreciate the aprons and dryers. I love the facility and will for sure be using them again. I would air some caution to the staff, we can hear what your talking about on the other side of the wall. I am sure you re all friends and know each other, but some details you may not want shared with a complete stranger. Just keep in mind your guests hear what your saying.

Was good experience they only need heated dryers at least in the winter time. Blow drying my Husky with cold air was not pleasant not for him or me

So easy to wash my dog here. Its clean and easy to use. Weve also boarded our dog here and they took good care of him.

I would highly recommend Crystal and the crew at Laundermutts for daycare and boarding. I have a very special 8 year old dog-selective and human-attached Doberman pinscher. The team at Laundermutts make sure my girl is well taken care of, well loved and relaxed in an environment that typically stresses her out. They have repeatedly and consistently gone over and above to accommodate emergencies, last minute drop offs and pick ups and extra love for my fur-child without hesitation. They re truly spectacular, I won t go anywhere else.

We called in advance and made an appointment for our dog to be shaved. They told us the price by phone after telling them the size and breed. When we dropped him off (no one was at the front and I waited several minutes to be helped) they asked for almost double the price. We called and talked to the manager (the one who made the appointment for us) and he played dumb about the appointment and price. We tried to work something out with them but they refused to budge. Total bait and switch. Really frustrating. We will NOT be doing business with them again.

My dogs have been going to Daycare here for two years. I could not be happier with the service and people. I also have had my dogs groomed and they always do a great job.

Dont use the self wash station. I had a bad experience using the self wash several months ago but decided to give it a second chance. I experienced the same problems. The water was cold with no setting to warm it. The blow dryer wasnt heated and only made it worse. Oh, and they were out of towels. I ended up leaving with a wet, miserable dog, wrapped in my own jacket out in the 30 degree weather. Though I was not charged for this I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Im so disappointed by my experience with Laundermutts. I called early this week to make an appointment for my 6 month old goldendoodle for his first official haircut. I was told on the phone that the earliest they could get me in would be Wednesday at 10:00. I indicated that I was hoping for a later appointment because I work 9-1, but the guy on the phone said I could bring in my pup before work to hang out in the daycare until his appointment. I arrive this morning at 8:23 with my pup. No one was there to greet me and I waited almost 10 minutes. I even called their number to see if they would answer so I could tell them I was waiting. Nothing. I could see all the dogs in daycare and they were just in a pen in a different room and no one was supervising them. That made me really nervous to leave my dog there because I want someone to have eyes on my dog and the dogs around him at all times. Finally, someone came out to check me in. I began to fill out the paperwork when I was told that I wasnt on the schedule for that day (and was scheduled out for over a week later.) I said that I was told my appointment was this Wednesday and instead of apologizing, I was met with immediate defensiveness: I would have never said that, we have been booked out for two weeks for a long time. No one was apologetic, they didnt try once to say something like: Im so sorry, we could maybe squeeze him in tomorrow! or try to rectify the situation at all. They didnt seem to care that I was now going to be 20 minutes late for work because I had to bring my pup back home before heading back out. Needless to say, it was not a great start to my morning and I was super disappointed since I choose to bring my dog here based on the great reviews this place has online. I will not be returning and dont recommend them.

Want to know how terrible these guys are? Just look at how they respond to their 1-star reviews on Facebook. If they cant even treat humans with respect, what makes you think they will be respectful to your dog?...

Drove pretty far to come use this as the hours say it is open on Sunday until 5, only to find it closed. Very unprofessional, you need to update your hours.

This is my favorite place of all time to take my best friend. I never take him anywhere else anymore. So glad my neighbor gave me a good reference a couple years back.

They took excellent care of my babies! I took them in for grooming services and my expectations were exceeded. The staff was genuine and friendly. My dogs were happy and comfortable being there. THANK YOU!

Made an appointment for 1:00 and was told my dog would be ready at 4:30. I showed up at 5 and they hadnt even started on my dogs hair. I was told she would be ready in 30 minutes so I waited outside. 30 minutes turned into 1 hour. I asked for a teddy bear face and long hair on ears, they shaved her completely and didnt bother to bathe her! I would not recommend this place.

This was my first time going over here and I was very satisfied $13 for everything I needed: shampoo, conditioner, towels, a brush, an apron, blow dryer and even ear cleaner. I liked that the tub was the perfect hight for me to wash my dog as long as I needed to and my dog couldnt have been happier.

I really appreciate the pet services by Laundermutts Pet Services at Fox Crossing, 1379 W 9000 S, in West Jordan. They offer experienced grooming for all breeds, a doggie day camp and boarding for the week end or week and are all great! The grooming side has recently been placed under new management with Lisa and Mike. It has been revamped, more groomers and tables added to take care of getting your pet cleaned and groomed care of, i.e., no more long waits for an appointment. They are up-to-date on the right type of pet cuts and shampoos and conditioners for your pet. The daycare and boarding side has been operated by Crystal and Vincent for some time now, and just keeps getting better and better. They really know the dogs that come in and their owners and what their needs are. Its clean and organized. My dogs love coming and can hardly wait to get out of the car to meet their friends. I know they are cared for while Im at work. Then theres the self wash area. Shampoo and conditioners are provided along with towels. And get this, police and veterans get special treatment for bathing their dogs there. You really ought to check it out!

Took our golden doodle here for a couple of years and he always loved it. New management recently and this was his first grooming since. Horrible experience. They cut his nose and kept him penned up all day. Stressed and dehydrated when he got home. Manager was rude to my wife, couldnt say enough about how bad our dog was, WANTED TO CHARGE US MORE BECAUSE HE WAS BAD, and, by the way, he cut his nose breaking out of the kennel. Really? Stay away.

We use to love this place now its under new ownership. When I went to pick up my dog the new owner asked how much was her last haircut I informed her $45. She then informed me it was now $50! Due to her being old! I was bothered by the sudden price increase but paid. As I was walking out I hear her ask the next customer how much he paid last time and he replied he couldnt remember. She then informed him it would be $65. His dog was smaller than mine! Thats fine if you want to increase your rates but they should inform the customers when they call to schedule an appointment first. Or when we drop off the dogs. Not going back.

Great place

I dont know much about the groomers but the self wash stations are awesome. You can bring your own shampoo or get some from them. They have a latter to use to get the dogs up into a high bath station. Warm water, towels, and blowers to dry them off. Will never wash my dog at home anymore.

Really, 4.5 stars. I havent found an awesome groomer in the SL valley yet (as far as doing a perfect job on the cut itself) - but they do as good a job or better than anyone else I have tried, and my dogs LOVE LOVE LOVE coming to them. I like that they are allowed to roam free with the day care dogs instead of sitting in a crate until its their turn.

Highly disappointed in this place. It had great reviews so I thought Id take my dog here. Well they gave him the absolute worst hair cut ever! Its not like it was a difficult cut even. I said take half off everywhere. They SHAVED half his tail, and left the other half long and untouched (so weird) and then cut part of his face really short and other parts at the length I wanted (again, so weird). I have just a small 15 lb dog (and he wasnt even that out grown) and it took 4 hours. They cut 2 of his kwicks, and 3 other toe nails were not clean cuts. I couldve done a better job! And to top it all off their anal gland expression job they claimed to do made things worse. I had my dog groomed on Wednesday and today (Saturday) took him to the vet with an anal gland infection. He said it looked like the groomers expressed half of one gland and didnt even touch the other gland. So whatever they did to my dogs butt made it worse and has cost me an extra $110 and 2 1/2 hours of my time. Also, while I was waiting to check in for my appointment, people were bringing their dogs in for the daycare and didnt have their dogs on leashes. My dog is a rescue and very nervous and scared around other dogs - especially big dogs. So having multiple people come in with their dogs not on leashes running up to my dog scared him to death! Just really unprofessional - shouldve walked out then. I didnt want to hate this place, I wanted to write a great review. But there really wasnt one positive from my visit.

This place is awesome. Very friendly staff. Our Bichon was a rescue dog who was abused and he had high anxiety. Within two minutes here he was playing with other dogs and so relaxed. His cut looked great and his groomer she was very nice and friendly.

I have been going here for years, always professional and I like how the dogs are not kept in crates waiting their turn. Always friendly and the bows actually stay on for weeks.

I just picked up my two pups and was SO amazed with how they looked and how happy they were! I have been to several places and have never been thrilled with their haircuts. One of my yorkies gets really bad anxiety going into any vet or groomer.. as soon as I arrived Tino came to the front and started playing with both dogs! They really warmed up to him and went right in to play with the other pups there! I left not feeling anxious about leaving them and was so excited to find a place that truly cares about my dogs! I love that they dont kennel the dogs and they are free to play with other friends there! They get groomed and have a playdate all in one day! Tino and Kyle are great- I will not go anywhere else! I give 100 stars to Laundermutts! Thank you thank you!!

My dog LOVES this place and the employees. I tried a bunch of other places before I heard of these guys. My dog used to hate grooming and I never thought he could love getting a haircut. Laundermutts is so good to him. He LOVES it.

The guys are great, Barb is awful. Normally I take my chihuahua there to get his nails clipped by Tino and he is so so great with him so I thought Id take my lhasa apso there to get groomed. When I get there, barb takes him back and puts him in a pen by himself. She told me itd be 3 hours. I came back 3.5 hours later and it was going to be one more hour. I came back then and he still wasnt done so she said another hour. I finally got him back at 5 after dropping him off at 11. When I got him back, he was bleeding really badly from his paw (something that didnt stop for 4 hours) and had terrible razor burn on his underside. She also didnt end up trimming his face because it was just too hard and ended up charging me $10 more than I was told. If you ever go here, only go to Tino.

my dog loves laundermutts, hes not scared to go to the groomer anymore. He loves the people and getting to play with the other pups while he visits. They do an awesome job.

Our Mabel and Gladys love going to Laundermutts and visiting Tino and Kyle (Best groomers ever, and they are so nice!). Their Doggie Day Camp has been a wonderful addition to their business and gives us a great option when we both have to work (they also have overnight boarding available). Our girls love playing with the other dogs in their well-supervised play areas. Gladys (mini-schnauzer) is groomed here monthly - they always give us exactly what we ask for and she comes home looking so cute and smelling so good! (They also have do-it-yourself dog washing facilities available). Thanks Tino and Kyle for taking such great care of our girls and to Jason S. for referring us to the best groomers in town!
