I used to bring my shih tzu here until the last time. I let them know she has extremely sensitive skin. My last groom her bum and sanitary areas were shaved to the skin. Her ears were lopsided sided, and she was miserable for days after. I contacted Muddy Paws to let them know and see if they had any suggestions. They thought my dog was licking the razor burn to get hot spots. I was told I needed to take her to the vet and they would help with the vet fee. The vet confirmed it was razor burn. I didn't get a refund for the bad groom, and was told a check was "in the mail". My dog was miserable for a week! I'm really disappointed that there was no refund for the bad groom offered. My shih tzu didn't even walk out on her own the inside of her legs were so sore. I don't want to remind a groomer that I've been seeing for months to keep her sanitary places longer. I've since moved to a mobile groomer and haven't had issues. If the groom causes hot spots and razor burn, you should seriously consider refunding the groom instead of telling your customers to go to the vet. This was great at first but ended very badly.

Our dog has had a heart murmur for years . Most groomers will not take him in as a client because he was deemed a liability . Lucky for us we found muddy paws grooming . They accepted him with open arms and treated him like one of their own . Scheduling is easy. They can usually get him in within a week of me contacting them . They are also affordable and payment is easy . They do a wonderful job every time with his haircut . Our dog always comes out looking great . We love muddy paws grooming and we highly recommend them !
This place is really a hidden gem. I needed someone to help with my pup to get him used to grooming. I reached out and they responded super fast, and got me in the same week. Little Hank was relaxed and happy upon pickup. He looked so fluffy and smelled amazing! They trimmed up his little eye hair, nails, and did some hygienic grooming. I will 100% be bringing him back and am so happy I found someone that I can trust with my Cavapoo.

I have a little toy poodle and Muddy Paws is the only place I'll take her. She's a rescue, and for some reason she is scared by just about everything and everyone except me. Muddy Paws is so kind, gentle, and caring, and she always looks adorable after getting groomed. They go the extra mile and put cute little bows and holiday themes in her hair. I absolutely recommend Muddy Paws!! 😊

Best place to get your pet groomed and cared for. Tammi and her staff go above and beyond. The prices are more than reasonable as well. Its a win win situation for sure.

My dog got some green burrs on his face and paw this morning. I cut off what I could using a sharp pair of scissors but didn t have the skills to get it all off completely. Muddy Paws not only took care of the burrs but gave him an awesome haircut. He looks so handsome! My doggo loved it here and will be returning for his future grooming needs.
I called this place to get my dog a grooming, and when I spoke to what I though was the owner. I requested exactly what I wanted done for her grooming. One of the things was brushing her teeth. When I arrived. I made the same request two more times for her teeth to be cleaned. They never said anything to the fact that they dont clean teeth. NOT until I picked her up, and I looked at her teeth. Then thats when they told me we dont clean teeth. After I paid them $98.00. I have a pet groomer I normally take her to that gets her teeth sparkling clean. the only reason I took her there is because we moved and Muddy Paws is closer. Ill make the trip back to her regular groomer. I only wish they would have told me they dont brush teeth so I could have taken her somewhere else.

We went there paid 69.00 to bath and have nails and paws completed on our dog and that didn t happen. So sad that for a simple bath they changed that. I reached out to the groomer and no response back. I loved the groomer in the past but 69.00 for a bath is outrageous for an 80 lbs dog.

Just picked up my two fur babies and they look amazing!!! Muddy Paws did a fantastic job, I have a hard to groom Shih Tzu and a Mini Schnauzer with anxiety, they were very well taken care of.
I ve been taking my two Yorkies here for 8 years and could not be happier with the groomer and business. The owners are extremely nice and Tammy is very skilled in her craft. My dogs always leave happy, smelling good and handsome. Recommend very highly!

Have been taking my Miniature Schnauzer to Muddy Paws for 5 years. Fantastic service and friendly. A couple of times Tammy has been there for me when my four legged companion has gotten some wild grass tangled in her beard.

Poor service. My wife took our dog here and the man who checked our dog in was rude. There was poor communication about when our dog would be done, and when she picked our dog up, they were rude towards her and hurt her feelings. I wanted to go talk to them personally but my wife didnt want me to... plus our dog looks goofy now. We dont like how they cut his tail or face.
