I love their store it is adorable and Amazing not to mention I had fun with the dogs ! The husky me and my sister played with her name is Glacier and she is such a joy I love her! And adore her!

Adorable little puppies that you can sit in a little room and snuggle them! They are very nice and clean too.

Yeah this place is awful, my parents recently purchased a puppy that came to them sick. I walked through a couple days ago and saw that a lot of these puppies are showing symptoms of Giardia. Clearly an unacceptable level of neglect and no care going into these animals. Personally, I d like to throw hands with the owner.

I just bought a corgi puppy there last Friday, she ended up very sick, she had giardia which is a parasite that put her in hospital for the night, very expensive if your dog is sick take to a vet right away I was told this is common from any of the puppy stores. Pay attention to paperwork so you can get reimbursed for any vet bills.

The Puppy Store sources their sick & inbred puppies from cruel & inhumane puppy mills! Do not support this place! If you love dogs, do not support puppy mills.

PLEASE do not support this business! As a veterinary healthcare worker you absolutely would not believe how many people every week bring me incredibly sick puppies they just bought from the puppy store. Their health gurantee doesnt hold water and good luck getting any sort of reimbursement. We see giardia, parvo, kennel cough, severe heart murmurs, infectious pneumonia, etc. in so so many of these puppies. It is inhumane, unethical, and will likely cost you thousands in vet bills after spending thousands on a poorly bred dog. You would not believe how many of these little puppies we have to euthanize on a regular basis due to the severity of their illnesses. It is absolutely heartbreaking.

Absolutely sickening by the conditions of these poor puppies first of all they lay in shredded paper and the water canister where they drink from is like what hamsters drink from which probably means these dogs are very dehydrated as it s probably more work then drinking from a normal bowl, Not to mention The canister would drop droplet by droplet into the containers they are placed in which would make the puppies all wet so if their siblings in one container they would just cuddle up to be warm. the store would be cold at times so when i would pick them up they would be shivering and apear very sick :( They would also be eating the paper which is obviously very bad for the dogs not to mention most are babies so they are most definitely are eating up most paper because they know no better. These poor babies don t even have a place to pee my guest is that s the reason they put this paper which is just even more sickening and sad. When i told a worker if they could change the shredded paper (because i noticed it was all wet and the dogs were laying in it) they appeared very annoyed and told me they would ask the girls in the back They indeed did not before i left. MY POINT IS PLEASE DONT SUPPORT THIS STORE Look at all the reviews they speak for themselves

Bought my puppy here in July. Like others have said, he had Giardia and I submitted the required paperwork & never got reimbursed. They are selling puppy mill pups, I didn t want to believe it because I love my puppy but I wish I would ve bought from a reputable breeder.

A friend of mine bought a dog here and the dog had kennel cough, pneumonia, parasites and could barely eat when we brought him home. The store said they would not take the dog back, however they would compensate her the price of the dog. The medical bills tremendously exceeded the amount of the dog, however the only options she had was to either put the dog down or pay thousands in medical expenses alone. The store only reimbursed her 2,495 even though the whole process cost over $7,200. They had no care about the well being of the dog, and were very uncooperative throughout the process. It was made very clear they don t care for their animals at all.

You hear the common saying adopt DON T shop and I would have to completely agree since it applies to this place. I ve never been against of people adopting or buying dogs (especially if they re reliable breeders) because either way, that pet is getting a home regardless. My close friend had bought a puppy from this place in April but it already came sick and this PLACE. Wasn t. Taking. Accountability. It resulted my friend over 7k in vet bills and there was just no help in her hands from this shop. These puppies are so cute they are, but I d steer away if you don t want to pay for a sick pet and for them to not help is ridiculous. Go adopt OR buy from a trustworthy breeder, not this place. Stop supporting them.

This puppy store is a complete scam. Save yourself the trouble and buy your dog elsewhere. They clearly don t care about their customers. My sister has been waiting patiently for some sort of reimbursement, and all they gave her was $2,496, which is completely unacceptable. They sold her a sick dog and should have refunded her more. Don t trust this place avoid it at all costs. Ruin my experience with having a new dog. It took a huge toll on our family and it made me very sad seeing her go through this. These people are horrible.

As a store owner, I believe in putting customers first and always ensuring they have a positive experience. It s shocking to me when I see businesses that don t share this same value. I understand that businesses have protocols to follow, but when a customer requests a refund for a product that was clearly sick or defective from the start, there s no question in my mind. I would make it right without hesitation. Customer satisfaction should always be the top priority, and it s disappointing when that doesn t seem to be the case.

As a family member of someone who purchased a puppy from The Puppy Store, I m deeply concerned and disappointed with how the store handles issues related to the health of their animals. My relative had to deal with a very sick puppy shortly after bringing it home, and this was their first family puppy. Despite submitting all the required documentation, the store s response was far from what was promised. They only covered the cost of the dog itself, which was contracted through the company reimbursement policy however this didn t even come close to covering the extensive vet bills. This is unacceptable, especially considering the emotional and financial toll it has taken on her and her family.. A pet store should stand by their commitments and ensure the well-being of the animals they sell. Unfortunately, this has not been the case with The Puppy Store. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a pet from them to think twice and be aware of the potential for inadequate support and poor customer service. She deserves all of her money back. Shame on you puppy store.

There was at least four enclosures that had dogs laying with their own feces rolling around in it and the people at the front desk are just sitting there on their phones and gossiping these dogs are living creatures to and I understand if it just happened but it was at least half an hour and I don t know how long before I got there

Visited here the last couple years and it has always been exciting to see all the different puppies they have. Just recently went in today and was told they charge $10 on and off a couple months now to be able to play with the puppies. Curious to know since when? And when is the off season? lol

Brought my son here to look at the puppies, great customer service and the lady working in the front was very knowledgeable and very helpful! All the pups look healthy and very kept.

They charge to play with puppies now. Their site isn t super clear and the sign is pretty small so it s hard to notice until after you ve asked to play with a dog and are now socially obligated to pay.

So it was $10 and I didnt really approve of that cuz I was there with my mom and my friend told me about this place and my friends said it was $5 and he charged me $10 and it and he was kind of being kind of rude about it and the animals and the Animals needed affection and they seemed a little depressed and they needed some attention so if you want people to buy your things I think you should probably let people pet it and play with it for free because more customers would come and they would love to look at the puppies and the cat to come and see them and to know if they want to buy them and the worker was on his phone not really paying attention and he was just sitting on his phone the whole time and he seemed irritated when i was asking questions about a kitty i wanted to purchase so if you want people to buy your pets then it should be free to see how they act and see if you have a good connection with them

Very disappointed after buying 2 puppies from here. They do not work with reputable breeders, their staff is uneducated, one of my puppies had giardia. I should have done more research. So Im leaving this review incase you are researching this place as a possibility.

This store is a sham, terrible customer service they preach are their breeders are reputable and sell their puppies for extreme amounts. But the puppy they sold me is clearly from a puppy mill, one search on the breeder and all the dirty laundry came out countless infractions from usda inspections and terrible living conditions for their puppies. The manager only had to say they follow state laws and if that s not good enough for me then too bad. This is a terrible place to support and should be shut down for ethics. I would definitely never buy a puppy from here again, I was lie to about the puppies age, I was told she was born 4/4/2024, and the puppy was actually born on 1/1/2024. She s almost 9months and they told me she was 4month. I call the store and they told me they re was nothing they could do.

Really disappointed after purchasing my puppies there. One of them had a heart murmur that they never caught and I called to make sure they would cover the tests to see how serious it was. Said they would and didn t cover anything. They also both had been tested positive for giardia and have yet to get rid of it (3 times now with tests and medication). I mailed in the claims like they said to.. it s been 2 months and nothing. Make sure you re aware of that. They don t cover 100% of your vet bills like they advertise. Pretty crazy for the prices they charge.

We walked into the puppy store after a hair cut. I I fell in love with the silver lab. Hes so playful and fun. Cali was extremely polite and willing to help with anything we needed. Definitely a kind hearted place and great Staff. Cute dogs for sure! Definitely recommend coming here.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY A PUPPY HERE. The staff are completely uneducated on the dogs they are selling and the health of the puppies parents. I reached out to the breeder listed for one of the puppies and found out that while the staff were saying , he was completely health tested they hadn t even gotten the results of the tests yet before they started trying to sell the puppy. $3,000 for a puppy whose parents weren t even health tested. Puppies went without water for hours. They don t give a hoot about the puppies. I asked if there was any sort of contract we had to sign saying we would get the dog fixed among other questions and was told once he s yours we don t really care what you do with him. They make absolutely no effort to educate people on the puppy that they want to buy, and I personally know someone who was sold a very high energy breed who wants a job to do (border collie) with out being informed. Utah is in crisis with how many shelter and rescue dogs there are. There are breeds specific rescues if you must have a certain breed. Healthy young dogs are dying due to lack of space and still this place is still lining their pockets. If you really need a puppy from a breeder, go to the breeder themselves. No ethical breeder would sell their pups to a store where he would live in a glass cage for weeks. No ethical breeder would sell their dog to a store where they would have no idea what happened to that puppy. No Puppy Mill Promise! if you have to make that promise you probably aren t on the up and up. These puppies are INCREDIBLY mouthy. While , the store claims this is because of teething . This is an abnormal amount of biting that I have only seen in puppies that were taken from their mothers too young and were never taught how hard they can bite. So if you d like an hyperactive Bitey dog with unguaranteed genetics stop on by the puppy store to help like corporate pockets.

We have bought two dogs from this puppy store in the last two years. We love the fact that you can go in every week and expect news dogs to see. They even have a sheet that you can sign on to request a breed of dog to see. If you are interested in a certain dog they allow you to play in a pen with them to see if it s the right fit for your family. We love it here!

You enter and there s only puppies. WHY? Because when the unsold puppies grow up they get EUTHANISED so they can purchase more ones. DO NOT support this practice. It s a PUPPY MILL. Want a doggie? Go to a shelter or look online at KSL etc and adopt a homeless one not bred into existence for the profit of this corporation. You are supporting a business that use living animals as profit. One Star for Adorable puppies! But after entering the store and not even being greeted! Not good for customer service Today is a Sunday 4-14-23 one person up front working. The puppies had no water and finally the worker noticed the puppy crying after I mentioned a tad loudly to my daughter he is Thirsty! We ended playing with a Puppy but after reading many reviews and after trying to return her and nobody came and I knocked on the back door that was open to find staff just on devices they took the dog and closed the door! Y all who read these reviews and actually take the time to do the research. The shelters do have all kinds of dogs and needing homes as well. Plus side of shelter animals are most likely Crate trained vaccinated and already had more hands on time with family who help in shelter (foster) anyway way you decide enjoy your pet!! All dogs they will quote you at 3000-3500, labs, shitzu, golden retriever, mutt ect, then say oh just for you I can do 2800 totally over priced and a scam. They say it s due to all they come with but it s not worth it sadly these puppy s still need homes but if you go in and are an impulsive person expect to spend 2500-3500 dollars for a puppy possibly more

We scheduled an appointment to see a specific dog and called ahead. We came right visiting the Vineyard location were the staff were nothing but polite and helpful. We walked into the West Jordan location and were less than impressed. We were not greeted by any staff. After gandering for a few minutes we asked to see the puppy that we intended on seeing. She told us that the puppy had to stay on the ground couldn t be held. When you asking 3k+ for an animal, I better be able to interact with him/her to make sure the animal would be the right fit. I let her know that we had just come from the. Vineyard store and that they were totally okay with us holding, petting and loving on the animals that we were meeting with. She then responded with I m from the Vineyard store, I ll have to chat with them tomorrow. That s when we decided to leave. The vibe and environment are completely off for a business that wants $3,500 for a dog. The Puppies at this location seem really scared compared to the Vineyard location. I agree with other reviews on here. This place shouldn t be in. Business. Their employees have sub-par attitudes and the animals act like they are scared and neglected.

The puppies kept fighting and we told the lady at the front counter in dark hair possibly the manager and she brushed it off as it s not her job and she didn t show any empathy to any of the puppies. Stop using puppy mills. Im tired of getting puppies from your pet store coming in to my clinic with all these birth defects, suffering fro. terrible qualities of life at just a few months old, all caused by your inbreeding. Dont come here. Dont support inbred dogs. Dont support terrible care for these pups that they then charge 1500 for them. Your pets future medical bills at the very least will thank you for avoiding this place.

Do NOT use the financing! I went to make my last payment in the interest free promotional period found out they sold my account to Concora (which has horrible reviews) and my balance includes all the interest that should NOT apply for another month! They gave NO notice of this transition. I am on a holding period to have my promotion added back. This all seems super shady. My puppy is great! But their finance company they use is a joke!

It was such an amazing experience, and it s really good if are struggling with your emotions and need a little bit of happiness you can just pay $5 to play with a puppy for only ten minutes, and it s is a very organized clean store and you can make partial payments and give a puppy or cat a home while paying partially. 10/10 FOR SURE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This place is garbage!! The puppies are treated like merchandise, not living beings with thoughts and feelings. No reputable breeder would just sell their puppy to a store. Good breeders care what happens to their puppies. If you want a specific breed find a breeder who does proper health testing. A great place to look is a breed specific club. You want a Labrador look for a Labrador club near you, you want a boxer same thing, look for a boxer club. Check out your local dog show, and talk to the people who are participating. Do not buy a puppy from a store, they dont care what happens to these dogs they only want to make MONEY! DO YOUR RESEARCH!! What really set me off was one of the staff intentionally scared an already terrified puppy! This store needs to be shut down!

Overpriced puppies. I could buy a purebred from a local breeder for 1600 instead of the 4000 they charge here. No proof of responsible breeders either. Look on google. Responsible breeders will require a spaying/neuter contract, show genetic history and information about the parents, friendly traits, and require you to send back the puppy to the breeder should you not be able to care for it. These claims from Puppy Store seem like buzzwords, they are cheating people out of their money. Not even a reliable breeder would charge that much for a puppy. There isn t any source on their website to show their breeders either..

I would give a better review but despite how cute the puppies are, the staff seem like they Hate their jobs. The good reviews are given to be put in a raffle. The staff complain about cleaning Pee in front of customers and get annoyed whenever we ask to bring a more energetic pup out to play for a bit. They are very crabby compared to the one down south and it just puts me off. Ive been here so many times and its always been the same. I wish this store hired people who actually enjoyed their jobs. Edit: I don t think it s because of this review but the mood here has seemed to change. Happier staff are here and they make it a warmer environment.

If I can go -million stars I 100% would. We bought a puppy in 2020 from here. About 2.8k. He has severe hip dysplasia and arthritis. The vet said it s from bad breeding and 100% been severe since he was born. We did some research on the breeder they bought him from and he should be shut down! He s on the top 6 of worst dog breeders in his state.

I absolutely loved going to the puppy store! I went with my little brother and got the best service. My brother said, Nigel was my favorite dog! I hope I can come again and win to get him!

I had a great experience here! I always liked looking at the different puppies they had in until I finally saw the one I knew had to be mine. Aiden was very helpful with me when I decided to get a puppy from them and even got everything taken care of over the phone with me. Then when my puppy came to the store (he had to be transferred from another location) they sent me a bunch of adorable photos. They were very informative when I came to pick him up and the puppy and I bonded instantly. That maltipoo has been my bundle of joy since that day. I love my little boy and the rest of my family has fallen in love with him. I recommended this place to other friends who are interested in going through them when they are ready to get another puppy. The only thing I would say, if you are interested in a specific puppy, make sure to also mention the breed and name of the puppy. When I was wanting the maltipoo, they also had a Yorkie with the same name. It turned the maltipoo was at a different store (they show all puppies through all locations online) and they had to have him transferred, which was fine. It worked out, but just make sure to be specific.

This place gave us a lovely experience! We got our Golden Retriever puppy from here. The process took a little while but was super easy. Puppy was clean and in good health. For those who are thinking this is a puppy mill, we left with papers that verified where our puppy came from, along with his family tree from the breeder.

I just bought a puppy 15 days ago for my mom for Mother s Day. And the puppy has Parvo. We have dogs and they have never gotten it before and we have a dog that is a year old fully vaccinated and never got it. We never took this puppy anywhere kept it in the house to make sure that he doesn t get sick if you want a puppy that will be healthy. Do not buy a puppy from the store or any of the puppy stores.

We bought a puppy back in February. She s super sweet and awesome! The only problem, she had Giardia when we bought her. We took her to the vet and got her tested and when it came back positive we went in a complaint and a claim for reimbursement because it was within the warranty they said they provided. They also claimed that all their puppies are 100% healthy. Just the first of many lies. When we submitted the claim they said it would take 3 months to process and return it is now May, almost June. And we haven t seen a dime in the mail. The reimbursement was only for $25. Since then, we ve submitted more claims for more tests and medicine that s added up to around $300. And we haven t seen anything come back to us, or any word from this store, or the company that handles the claims. It has been so frustrating and unprofessional dealing with this store. We have called and emailed dozens of times and every time we talk to them it s always, we ll get back to you B.S. and I ll check up on that more b.s. the company that handles the claims is impossible to reach as well. We haven t been treated good with this store. I d give it 0 stars if I could.

Too many of their puppies have health problems within a year or 2. No reputable breeder would sell their properly bred dogs in a store. They invest too much of their time and money - but still charge less and offer more than this store. These are dog mill puppies and there is always a neglected puppy mother involved usually with very painful medical issues.

Just visited the puppy place! This is such a fun place to play with puppies. My friend got a Shiba Inu puppy here about two years ago and he has become such a wonderful pet! I recommend this place if you are looking into getting your next furry friend!

Used to come here occasionally to give the puppies some love, but always felt weird about this place. Now they won t even let you play with dogs without charging $5 for 10 minutes. When people interact with the dogs it helps burn their energy and socialize them which is important to their health. Charging people to even interact with them is an insane business move to both the puppies and your customers. It s already gross treating a living creature like a toy, and this makes it even worse. It doesn t even cost money to test drive a car, but you have to pay to sit on the floor with a dog? Every time I come ALL the workers are new because they only pay $10- 11 an hour and expect way too much from them. Please go to the shelter instead of paying 2-3k for a heavily neglected animal by a shady business or the cycle just continues.

The Puppy Store was such a friendly place to be! The puppies were clearly well-looked after and well behaved. My nephew and I spent 10 minutes playing with one of the cockatoo puppies and it truly made our day. The store was clean and well-kept and the was a great environment to visit!

Before you enter the store ,you have to sanitize your hands to make sure youre keeping the dogs safe from possible illness. The staff is very helpful with any questions you may have ,and it costs $5.00 to play with the dogs as well. The environment is also very clean and well maintained.

They have all of their doodles listed as hypoallergenic, which is just a blatant lie. I am a dog groomer and I can say firsthand that ANY doodle breed you get will be the HIGHEST maintenance dog you ll ever get. They require daily brushing, they often have behavioral issues, they are always unethically bred and the breeders/sellers will always lie to you. DOODLES SHED AND THEY SHED A LOT. HYPOALLERGENIC DOODLES DONT EXIST. Shame on you for lying to your customers, further contributing to the amount of doodles ending up in shelters because pet parents don t get what they paid for.

Please save yourself the heartbreak of adopting a sick puppy from this awful place. Who makes a store full of puppies from backyard breeders and from puppy mills? The animals are in such close quarters that if one is sick, they all are. I adopted a dog here when it was under the other name (yeah I see you changed the name but its the same company)was sick with giardia and had copious amounts of fleas. They make you feel okay about it by giving you a coupon for a vet check but they checked them over and when he came home he was covered in fleas and shortly later we found out he was sick. This company is unethical. These are living breathing animals that you shove in glass cages all day to be poked and prodded by any person who walks through the door. This is gross. Feel bad that youre hurting animals because you should feel bad

My boyfriend bought me a puppy months ago, when we sat with them the lady told us my dog was able to breed and they never went over his history! As a sales person they should go everything about the puppy that way the customer can decide if the dog is right for them. All I saw was that she only cared about commission. I later found out my puppy has a history of Luxating Patella and that he was Fixed!! these breeders fix their puppies so the new owner doesnt make money of a pure breed. I would have wanted my dog to have puppies. I dont regret getting my puppy he is my joy!! but the store should have been informative and not lie about their puppies also the warranties are useless they are always a catch. so much for long life vet cares!!!

The dogs inside were crying and sad. The worker was ignoring them on her phone. And they make you pay to interact with the puppies. You have to pay hundreds of dollars to adopt one, and they have an interest rate Adopt don t shop and get a puppy in need for much less, this store makes my heart hurt.

Highly unethical business to support. Why are they breeding puppies when we have an overpopulation of dogs needing homes? Animal shelters across the nation have been over capacity for almost 3 years - I just got to see 12 puppies be euthanized in Heber because nobody came to adopt them in time before they had to euthanize them to make space for even more dogs coming in. Stop buying puppies, there is a surplus of dogs that already exist & dont have homes. If you spent 3 seconds looking up animal shelter on Google news or followed any non-profit rescue or shelter volunteer on Instagram you would be well aware we are in a crisis situation.

My husband and I have visited the puppy store several times and the staff is always friendly/helpful. They have very cute dogs like this gal.

Do your research into ethical breeders, they offer the same exact guarantees and more for 2k less. The owners are greedy people who only sees dollar signs instead of living creatures. The dogs are pumped full of antibiotics that they do not need and do more harm then good, and in the long run make them sick more often. They use a fake raffle to try and hide the truth about this place in the reviews. Places like this need to be shut down, there is nothing ethical about them no matter how many pretty ribbons they put on it. The workers are mistreated and underpaid for the work they do and get fired if they try to speak up against them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE

We have been to the puppy store a few times, never with intention to buy, but my girls love dogs. In July we visited and I fell in love with our cute boy and ended up bringing him home with us to California! I have since had to reach out for information on completing my purebred registration and the staff was quick and knowledgeable. Great customer service!

This place screams unethical breeding. Shelters are overcrowded and its cheaper to adopt anyway. This place is 100% an underground puppy mill. If you absolutely must get a purebred of your choice, look for breed specific rescues. There are plenty of babies that need homes.

Please do not buy from here. The finance company they use for payments on the dogs has a 98.99% apr for me! I realize on my part that I should have definitely paid more attention to detail and lesson learned for that. Don t buy from here it s a scam. Best bet is to buy from a private breeder or a shelter.

terrible place

We purchased a puppy in October and the purchase included a puppy pack with a medium crate. The store said the crate would be in the following Wednesday (we purchased on a Saturday) the crate did not come. Over the last 3.5 months we have been lied to, promised resolution and even set up to sit in front of a closed Saratoga Springs store for 20 minutes waiting for the crate delivery and we still have not received what weve paid for. We worked with the Saratoga Springs store when it was opened and then Rayne in the West Jordan store, who promised the crate would be delivered to Saratoga Springs. Make sure you get all of your purchases delivered, because this company does not keep its promises after you pay.
