I have been doing online pickup for a couple years now and it is great. Going shopping with a 3-year-old is not fun. For the most part they usually have what I need in stock or an alternative I would be happy with. I usually pick up my groceries on Sunday morning and it is quick and convenient. The workers who bring my groceries out to my car are always friendly and sometimes give us candy with a little Thank you note. The few times I have been in store, I have had a good experience. I bought cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday from their bakery and they were perfectly done and ready on time. The workers were also very helpful in the designing and deciding which type of frosting to order based on the weather.
I go to this Walmart more than other locations because it is the closest to my house. It is always clean and I know where things are. I usually have good experiences for those reasons. However today I had a phenomenal experience because Flor helped me with everything that I needed. I always in need of something there but I was going only for one item, drain snake. I could not find it after walking around 10 -15 min, when I decided to go to drop by at Lowe’s because I could not find drain snake. Then I came across a staff and she took me exactly where I need to go and she walked with me there. Since we were walking together we talked about and I told her other items that I needed like curtain rods and dryer lint remover and other cleaning supplies. I didn’t even know some of the things even existed. With her help I was able to get all the cleaning supplies that I needed. Her name was Flor I think. I had a great shopping at Walmart today. Thank you Flor!
For the substantial income the owners receive they should do something for the good of others. Like protect our planet or invest research into sustainability. I would be a 5 stars supporter all day all night.
Horrible experience. Bought a Christmas tree came home, put it up and it was damaged so I went back back to return it. After I returned that I went to the back to find the new one and realized it was on the shelf that was really high. So I reached out for help one time 20 minutes went by. I didn’t hear anything anything so I went and reached out a separate time then another 25 minutes later someone finally came to help me and when he did, he told me he apologized because the people that worked in that area all took break Totally unprofessional and horrible customer

Walmart is always great store to find most items you need.l don’t know if they are good quality but we just bought it . The employee are very hard to be find and get help you need most are very rude and none experience . Please if the issue changes community will be very appreciated and great
Needed to stop by to get some essentials. They had almost everything I needed. Prices are reasonable. Facility is clean and organized. Staff are super friendly. No one gave me grief about my son riding a big wheel around and I appreciate that. I witnessed a greeter inform an entering customer of the need for a mask and provided them with a mask. I also had an associate take time to help me locate something specific. Very much appreciated.

Management allows non service animals into the store. This particular dog pooped on the floor and drug it all through the store.

I ve been trying to call the store regarding my application. Nobody ever picks up the phone or when they do the pretend to transfer me & hang up. This Walmart is VERY unprofessional, I submitted my application 3 months ago, I ve called multiple times since & still have yet to talk to anybody or hear anything about my application. With the reviews you get & the customer service in store & on the phone, it sure the hell looks like you need my help cause Yall can t do shit around there!

Our mission was to get the stinky, cheap, low-cost, canned wet cat food. Why, you ask, because some cats like that type of food. For some reason, its primarily the stray cats outside that enjoy the stinky food.
horrible customer service return 2 bags of candy without opening and didnt not want to return my money or exchange according to them because Halloween due so i trying spoken to the manager and a supervisor with the name melanie come and she didnt not help me so i leave the bags with her and I told her keep it i dont want it !! Im really upset!! I have a Walmart credit card and believe that I am going to cancel it because of the bad customer service ! Seriously you losing good customer ! The store looked so much better, even the employees seem more relaxed. Downside, it is very annoying seeing couple employees on their personal cellphone instead of working or offering help... No cashiers available, only self check out with only half of them open.

This store has a good selection of collectable cards. There is a old lady that works for the company that stocks the cards. She is rude, disrespectful, and treated my son like he was a criminal. We spend thousands a year on cards and it is unacceptable to have am employee treat a customer like she does. We have seen her more than once and she is ignorant and miserable every time.

No one knows where anything is it is constantly crowded, its impossible to find someone to assist you. Even when you order online for curbside pick up, I have waited an hour before receiving my order and not even getting so much as an apology. I do not like walmart the only good thing is they are cheaper then most places and you can find most anything you need there.

The employee named Sofia was very helpful to me today (7-7-2024). She helped me track down where RV toilet paper was. She kept at it until she discovered what isle it was in.

The store management doesnt you value customers at all and you absolutely dont care about them? I came on the truck, to a strange city, I had a need to update the refrigerator, as the old one began to work badly, I was going to buy it here and when communicating with the manager, I was told we do not have a trash can for the old refrigerator, these are your problems! Super attitude to the buyer , God forbid I have to come back here again!

Jess was incredibly unprofessional and childish. Will never be returning to this Walmart again. She treats her employees terribly and seems like she s miserable in her life. I d rate it 0 stars if I could. It s unbelievable she s a team lead. If I was running this store she d be removed due to her pissy attitude and lack of compassion towards others. Go to the Walmart on 5600 west and 3100 south instead, you won t be treated like you re disposable waste there.

The delivery service sucks. It took the guy an hour to deliver, he drove around with it in his car and the delivery time slowly stretched from 11:14 to well past noon and all the frozen stuff was melted. Not everything was fresh either. This happens every time. One time the delivery driver stopped by a taco place for like 20 minutes before delivering my order. One time they went back to the Walmart after an hour of having my stuff in their car. One time they went to a different Walmart entirely, my stuff still in their car. I definitely wont be renewing my Walmart plus membership.

One might think that all Walmarts are the same but theyre not. This ones a good one. People are chill there, Even the customers. In fact I passed a gentleman with a strong hint of cannabis. Despite your opinion on its use, this guy was just chillin and hurting nobody. Every time I visit, this place is clean and well presented. This Walmart features a Claires store and a Dominos Pizza.
I know how this will sound but this Walmart is only Spanish speaking at this point went in a few days stuff to get a pregnancy test and went to six people to ask for help none spoken English at all had to use my phone to ask for help. After a week i went in today to get some stuff for camping and again no one could tell me in English what i was looking for was. I need firewood and took almost 1 hour to finally get someone that knows a little English to tell me they are out. Im all for having people off all races here is the us but at this point when the manager dude not even know English and all the cashiers only know Spanish it is unreasonable on a country where English is the primary language
They need to do better about making sure the prices on the shelves are the same as what they ring up as. I was adding up the prices of everything as I went along and my purchase ended up being about 10% more expensive, before tax, then I was expecting.
This Walmart is great for grocery pickup. They always have items in stock. My orders are always ready on time and I never have to wait longer than ten minutes once I check in online.

On 04/14/2024 I call the Wal Mart Auto Center on 6200 S and 5675 W, West Valley City Utah. I explained what I needed to have done to my vehicle and that Id like to schedule an appointment. The individual that took my call told me they could do it and scheduled me for 6pm on 04/15/2024. I arrived to the location at 5:45pm, waited my turn in line. Once I got to the Wal Mart employee, I was told that they didnt have the staff to do what I was scheduled to do, and I would have to come back. I explained I called the day before and advised the service I needed done and specifically did this so I could come in and not have an incident like this occur. The employee said hed call his manager who also told him to tell me Id have to come back. I asked if they could just stay late and finish it and he said no they dont allow over time. He also said they were short staffed. Needless to say, no one seemed to care that I scheduled a service, came in to have it done and was told tough come back another time. I called the store and asked for a manager. The manager told me shed pass my complaint to the store manager but also advised they have received numerous complaints about the automotive center.
Didnt know that they hold family friendly activities until recently. One of the kind greeters told us about a Saturday event where kids came to paint rocks and plant seeds. We loved it

I have ordered this tv at a west valley city Walmart super center here in 5675 west 6200 south west valley city Utah. The product got here the same day around 1:30 pm. I have called the store and told me it wasn t bought from their store when I have the app set through them. They also have me call 1-800-Walmart and said they couldn t help me. There for that means I can t get my money back are they won t replace what I bought. I have bought another Tv on March 4 2024. It came in today March 5. The delivery guy knocked on my door and after 5 seconds he was about to leave until I open the door. I took my package and notice the delivery guy has another car following him. he seem to know about it. If no body was home they take a picture that it was delivered and then take the order.
Whenever I have visited that part of West Jordan I have found friendliness, parking space, gas and a lot of variety in different services and products.
OK I have to admit, I love that Walmart lets me purchase money orders. Although always busy, I like this Walmart better than some of the others.

Out of 3 stores that day I went back to get the on hand mattress topper that by feel felt best to me and the right price. Relatively inexpensive. Clean store. Quite a few steps if you do the whole circuit to help your workout. The Great Value brand in general has fewer allergens than most of the big brand name foods. Checkers have been polite and quick. Open 7 AM to 11 PM. Has some less common foods.

Had a grocery pickup for today and came to realize their power has gone out, meaning they would not have access to their pos systems and phone. regardless, the pickup employees found a work around and were sure to get all the cars seemingly taken care of. These are the type of employees who 100% deserve a raise, thank you guys for your essential work even at the most frustrating of times.
Worse service center ever !!!...over 2 hours wait just for a patch on tire ... Ridiculous
I bought new tires at this location, but come to find out one of them was defective (as per inspection by my mechanic). When I took it back the auto manager said I needed to call Goodyear. I reminded him I bought it from Walmart. He proceeded to have the tire replaced, but then tried to charge me for it because I didnt have road hazard insurance. I again reminded him the tire was defective and had nothing to with damage from driving. Then he tried to charge me for mounting and balancing. I told him I had already paid for that. In the end, he conceded and told me never to come back.

Online ordering consistently says certain items are out of stock but I go in and theres plenty on the shelf. Friendly service but many times you have to wait a while for curbside orders.
I ordered a cake since January 2024 and I went to pick it up 2/24/24 and the order was all wrong. The lady at the bakery was so rude and didn t offer anything to fix it. I left without any cake and it was for my son s 16th birthday.
